Great company to partner with. You need to work with A1 National Fire if you want more than just the run of the mill get by with the minimum amount of effort company. Steve is always there to help to make sure Im compliant. He is a great resource for when I need help, even when its outside the scope of fire protection.

We used A-1 National Fire Company for our fire extinguishers. We have quite a lot of fire extinguisher on the property. I paid them for all their services and was told they would be back in two days to bring me 4 for the ones they need to hydro check for 4 of our units. So, now the four commercial units have no extinguishers in them. That was on 3/8/2019 it is now 3/21/2019 and still they have yet to come and get these replaced. Which was paid for on 3/8/2019. John did apologize for the mix up but, we were still misinformed on information about the extinguishers. We use this company every year. Not so sure if we should. We shall see how the result goes.

I have 2 - 5lb ABC fire extinguishers at my office. Last week, a tech stopped by my office to recharge the fire extinguishers and quoted a price of $70 (this is a standard price for up to 5 extinguishers). However, after receiving the invoice from A-1 National Fire Co., it states that I owe $165 for recharging the extinguishers. I called to inquire about the additional cost and was told the fire extinguishers required additional testing and thus the additional cost. My complaint is that the cost of $165 should have been conveyed to myself prior to starting the job. Be careful when using this company. The price quoted by the tech may not be the same price on your invoice.

A-1 has been coming out to Callville Bay Resort and Marina for years. Robert is an amazing person! Great instructor, always very detailed and full of knowledge! Enjoy the classes and every year I learn something new from him. Sometimes people don’t realize how what you are learning may one day save someone’s life, even your own! Randy was also awesome!
