The receptionist was very friendly, relatable, and nice. However, I am not sure if it was because it was because she had a long day and maybe had seen many clients before me, but Dr. Brown’s attitude was not professional at all; I found her to be rude. Long day or not, that should never get in the way of your professionalism. She was very short, dry, and lacked any sort of personality. I’d recommended she space out her clients so that she is able to offer them a respectable and pleasant experience.

The receptionist is very rude. I called to set up an appointment and she told me they don’t offer testing and hung up the phone in my face.
