I have a virtual office with them, and they are great! I am usually able to book the meeting boardroom office whenever I needed to meet with clients since it didnt tend to be booked up a lot. They also provide free notary services for my use with clients which was very handy the few times I needed it. Great experience overall and affordable! Chris Marcy and Nancy Help me out all the time

I recently purchased a mail only package with a reader board and lobby listing and I regret doing so. If you are thinking about doing business with Viewpoint Executive Suites and Virtual Offices make sure you call and ask about the CRMA identity verification process. They will accept your money without any problem though and then send you an email requiring you to send certain documents. They do not accept social security cards, birth certificates, credit cards, or your own face with your license as forms of identification. You are required to show two forms of identification and the acceptable forms are a valid drivers license, state i.d, passport, green card, current lease, mortgage or Deed of trust, voter or vehicle registration card, home, health, or vehicle insurance policy. In other words if you are a stay at home mom who owns a small business dont think about doing business here, if you have no insurance dont think about doing business here, if your vehicle is registered in your husbands name forget about it, if you live with family dont think about it. But if you dont have a social security card, and you dont have your birth certificate, and/or dont have a credit card, a valid state drivers license and only a passport and a green card then this place is PERFECT FOR YOU. All I know, is Chris Johnson should return my call and my $110.80 as soon as possible. Whoever I spoke to over the phone only made it worse and further validates the scam going on here. I believe the CMRA acceptable forms of identification should be in bold and in red before we make the purchase ONLINE. Either you are making it harder on yourself or you are taking our money on purpose-- its a way for you to make a quick $100.I wonder how many other people have been mislead by YOU, the owner is this the reputation you want for your business? Change your website! Transparency is the best policy!
Use caution when you are soliciting this company for physical office space. I was in contact with them on many occasions and event conducted a site visit. I was told that the only person who could quote pricing was Chris J. So I emailed him specifically inquiring about an office that just became available at 9:30 am. I clearly identified in my email I was interested in the office. However, i was told by the front desk staff that he was out of the office until later in the afternoon. When i did get a response, I was told the the office was leased and that their only option now was $900+ dollars. What was most concerning to me is that the front desk staff did not communicate that there was any other interested individuals in the space and Chris specifically advised his front office to show me spaces. I am guessing that you commit before you even get a price in order to ensure that you get the space. Poor business process, to literally sell something out from under someone who is clearly interested and then come back to them and tell them you want more money for a different space. I am learning that in the Las Vegas market you need to make sure you are ready to move at light speed and hope you get all of the details when you make your decision.We ended up only getting their mail only service for the immediate time as we were planning on an office at this location. I am also disappointed by the fact that mail service you dont receive any notifications. Also limited day office (one to be exact) is available and is first come first serve. No conference room access.

They have everything to run your office without actually having to have it yourself. They have copy and fax that you can use, free internet, wifi or wired connection, that actually is fast. They accept your deliveries in to your suite for you. There are mailboxes that are locked and plenty of parking. There is 24 hour access with use of your key card.

I travel frequently for work and play. Almost all of my vacations include at least one afternoon of work. I always make a point of visiting the local Executive Business Center in the city or neighborhood that I’m in; mostly because of the ease of being able to rent an office, meeting room or workspace for the hour, or half day that I require to plug-in my laptop and return calls and email. I like the flexibility to work on my terms that these types of professional shared workspaces provide. When I travel to Las Vegas my workspace provider of choice is (and always will be) ViewPointe Executive Suites, Las Vegas. The friendly staff and onsite ownership continues to exceed my expectations. The staff is very attentive and personable and always goes above and beyond to meet my business needs. Their meeting rooms are impressive and equipped to handle all of a small business or solopreneurs needs.
