The team at Blackwood Camera Rental are nothing short of stellar. They are legitimate life savers who are there to pick up the slack when other rental houses drop the ball. I was in a bit of a bind going into a Sunday shoot, missing some key components from my rental rig from another company. Not only were Rob and Meredith responsive and amazingly helpful (on a Saturday no less!) but they were able to hook me up with a pretty amazing discount, and get me the pieces I needed within a couple of hours. This level of customer service and quality of equipment is why I will only be using Blackwood camera for all of my future rentals in Las Vegas!

I needed a last minute Movi Pro Rental in Las Vegas Last week. Rob got me hooked up very quickly and assisted me for setup in their large work room. The Rental house is by appointment so normal rental hours arent an issue when your production goes late. Meredith in the office was extremely helpful in getting all the paperwork signed and returns figured out. I would absolutely rent from Blackwood again in the future and you should too, very professional shop.

Amazing company! I was driving down from Utah to film a conference. I needed more cfas cards for my camera. I texted them after hours and they assured me they could have a couple ordered and delivered before my shoot. They even gave me a price break on the cards. Some would note your desperation and eek a few more dollars out of you. They beat B&H prices. I also needed a shotgun mic holder to mount on my Ronin 2 and some Lav mics rentals. It was rush hour in Vegas when I arrived so I called and they agreed to stay later to allow me to pick up my rental.The day the shipment of the CFAS cards was to arrive Fedex showed up late and I was in the middle of my shoot. They graciously had Jules from their team deliver the cards to me at the hotel I was filming at.I could not ask for better customer service. From late night texts, going to be late texts and troubleshooting texts they fielded all my questions. Top that off with helpful delivery and staying late. Most companies you work with are transactional. Blackwood is a partner! Thank you for your amazing customer service and support! Rob, James, Jules, the whole team is amazing!

Renting equipment from Blackwood was a great choice for our shoot last weekend. Everyone we worked with was knowledgable and professional and were able to provide us with everything we needed. Blackwoods in-house services gave us everything we needed from production to post production, the location is great, and their facilities are very clean. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone.

I just recently used the editing bay at Blackwood and it was a pleasure to use the cutting edge equipment. The suite I was in has everything from a tv, couch, great audio system (mixing), and Mac Computer loaded with FCPX.
