Ray was not only NOT responsive, but would only be communicative when I would contact him and tell him how upset I was that he wasnt communicating with me, then I wouldnt hear from him for weeks or months. I never knew what state my project was in, and definitely wished I had paid more to get it done in a timely manner (took him AN ENTIRE YEAR to get my project done and did nothing to help move it along WHEN I WAS PAYING HIM). Do not recommend at all.
