I have requested a refund 3 times since my order was out of stock permanently. Its been 2 months and still nothing has happened. The last time I called I was told my refund had been issued and I should have received a confirmation email. I told them I hadnt and after she looked into it apparently my refund didnt process. I was told they would issue my refund again but still nothing. They didnt catch when my order wasnt filled until I called, they didnt catch when my refund failed to go through and I really think they are either being lazy or they are crooks that have no intention to refund my money.
I ordered from the website and never received the products even though they immediately withdrew the money from my account. I called the store only to find out that what I purchased was a bait and switch. They advertise a three pack case of diapers but youre really only getting one package for that price, and in the end you wont get any packages cuz theyll never arrive. I called and emailed left messages for the person in charge of online sales. Never got any response. 3 weeks later Im having to dispute the charge with my bank.
Dont even try to order products online from them. It had been 2 months and no product. I did give them time but I was very patiently hoping that we would receive them. Made several email requests with no answer. Called several times before I finally got someone on the phone to cancel. I did get my refund, which is a great thing. Beware of ordering online with them.
I was 1 week out of hospital and still didnt receive Ostomy supplies. I called the other medical supplies stores and they didnt have it. I called and they said they had it. I was stunned because I called ALL the other high rated suppliers.They had everything and I mean everything. The 3 women knew where everything was in a matter of minutes and I was out the door. I REMEMBER being embarrassed at first re my medical needs, but they made me me feel at ease. Thank you
You go 3 or 4 months without supplies. The office does try very hard, the staff is curteous and nice. I just do not know what the company is thinking. Been left high and dry for the last year or so
Placed an order a month and a half ago. No product received. No contact from company. Had to call 4 times to finally have them cancel my order.
RIP OFF….if you do not have something on stock…do not put it on your website for sale!Ordered something back in Feb 24 2020 and I have not received what I ordered and no refund, will not answer emails or phone calls. They will charge your CC right away but will not refund your money.
I went to Everything Medical per my doctor to get a blood pressure monitor. I bought one the girl said would fit, got home and it would not read, probably too small. I took it back and asked to order a brand they carry in a size they were out of. They had me fill out a request and said they would call me. I never heard from them. I stopped in and asked what happened and they said they sold it to someone else. The girl said, We make one call... but they never call me. I left irritated with their lack of professionalism, and I went home, ordered the exact one I needed on Amazon Prime and had it the next day. Every retailer better figure out quick that online sales are killing them and they need to take care of their customers and get online. I need to tell my doctor to just send patients to Amazon.
Went today for chair pad saw a handwritten sign We have masks. $30 for 20 disposable masks. Definitely validates American Greed! OBVIOUSLY GAUGING!
You guys left me no choice, I honestly try not to give ppl the chance and not ruin ppls business. However you guys areScammers, took my money since May, never sent item. Does not reply emails when you even try to inquire about order, they also never answer. Stop taking advantage of ppl during this pandemic, stop listing item that are not available on your site, or if you find out it was listed by mistake and it is out of stock, cancel the transaction or notify the customer that item is out of stock instead of keeping my money since May and not returning emails or phone call or shipping the item, that is called Scamming
Don’t know what’s up with this company ordered a knee brace and was told it would be in by the end of the month in January well that has come and gone call back and they said it would be in by the end of the week or for sure by the next week no dice still waitingAnd here we are the end of February and no sign of a knee brace this is really frustrating. They always say they’ll be checking on it and they’ll call me back I never received a callback bad customer service bad business
Do not buy anything from the online store. They will take your money and never send you what you bought. Its been 2 months I have bot received my products. I have tried to contact them and I get nothing. 100% do not recommend.
I really rate this place with No Stars...Nothing. The lady that helped me had an attitude problem. I complemted her and she totally ignored me. O.h i read the reviews this lady should not bs workong hete. Sje should work in a morgue.
Ive been here about four times. Each time I got a complete different vibe. Either the staff is helpful or the person doesnt know much. The owner was really helpful my third visit. Today I was ok... There was one person helping someone in the back, another was helping a guy at the register which took forever. She had to look something up for him which was fine. But the owner just sat there while the line was getting longer. I had surgery recently so I wasnt feeling great to have to stand which feel like forever. But what could I do. They have a lot of supplies for different needs which is nice. I guess to sum my blabbering up hopefully you go on a none busy day!
This place has many things to offer, things are kind of all over the place but hey they have all breathing equipment here. We needed longer hoses for our moms machine and we found it right here. They kind of are dingy if you would understand, but they have some stuff available here.

My son broke his leg just the day before and is unable to walk. We came to Everything Medical to purchase a wheelchair not expecting more than just regular service. John helped us out and showed us the most kindness Ive seen in a very long time. He helped us with a wheel chair and shower supplies. In a time where things just seem unbelievably hard, a stranger shows us that there is still a lot of good in this world to live for and pass along to others. Thanks John!
My dr sent two perscriptions for catheters and everytime i call to check on them they are rude and say they dont have a perscription but i was sitting in my dr office when they faxed them the perscription now i cannot urinate and have to keep going to the hospital my insurance only covers this horrible medical supply store the people working there should be ashamed.

This is my go-to place for medical supplies. They have a good selection and what they dont have they can order it for you. When is shoe is I dont feel that their store is very organized.
FRAUD AND SCAM! BEWARE!This company is scamming and defrauding customers. We ordered masks from them more than a month ago and have not heard from anyone at all. No response/update in any form but charged money right out the gate. If you call them, they will transfer you from one scammer to another to make you go in a big circle.
Everything medical has alot of things to choose from that is for sure. But I feel like you come here when you know exactly what you need. You cant really get the guidance you need from them, but they have almost every medical stuff just know what you need before you go and you should be fine, hopefuly
Horrible customer service. The lack of professionalism is unbelievable! To begin with I was on hold for more than 20 minutes. I called in regards a blood pressure monitor kit and the lady who assisted me, Katina, was extremely rude. She was not willing to help me and gave me an attitude throughout our entire conversation. Long story short she did not help me in getting the kit or referring me to a different place that my insurance would cover it. Waste of time!
My parents ordered a lift chair from this business in mid-January. It should have been delivered in 4 to 6 weeks. I had to contact the business to see what was going on when we didnt hear anything. They did not return my calls and I had to go to the store. They then delivered the wrong chair. Again they wouldnt return my calls. I went to the business again and someone was sent out to measure my mom (again) for a chair that would fit her. We were told it would arrive in 3 days from L.A. When the store did not call after 10 days I again went to the store and they made a call and told me it was in route and they would deliver it in 5 days. They called on delivery day and told me the chair was being made in Pennsylvania and would be here in 3 to 4 weeks. The correct chair was delivered 85 days after it was ordered. If we didnt have to pay in full when we ordered it we would have gone to a more reliable distributor since there are two others in town. Horrible customer service!
They cant even open the store on time, too bad if you dont like it. They will leave you standing in the cold and then open the door when their good and ready..
Employees were friendly and very helpful. I was asked multiple times if I needed help in finding something which was great considering how large the place is and how many different items they have on the shelf. I quickly had the bandages that I needed that I could not find at neither Target nor Wallgreens.I took several business cards to give to family and friends and will be telling them about this place and all the items they have that they might need.I recommend this store.
This place is a true nightmare. Staff attitudes are down right deplorable! They are incompetent, and no one can give you a straight answer. When they screw up they will say it was a miscommunication and blame you.It is hard enough to deal with the medical issues that cause you to need medical supplies without having to put up with them.Just save yourself the aggravation and go elsewhere.
Their customer service workers seem very knowledgeable about what they sell. And they quickly answered all my questions and met my needs. Overall great experience.

Placed an order on line and called the next day to cancel it. Had to call 3 times to speak with the person who handles on line orders. She was only in for a few hours, apparently and was unable to speak with her. I believe her name was Sherry. Tried to cancel order and was told it would be canceled. Of course it was not and showed up several days later. Called and was told by Sherry she never received the message to cancel it.

The workers here are dishonest in representing what they are. I came in for compression socks that needed to be ordered in. I bought a c-pap mask the same day. The c-pap mask is garbage and I called numerous times asking about my socks so I can retun the mask and purchase the socks. I specifically told 2 different ladies what my intension was. They said thats fine, we will contact you when the socks come in. 3 months later, no socks. Finally get the call they made it in. I come in today to do the return and the mask couldnt be returned after 30 days. SERIOUSLY! THE MASK WOULD HAVE BEEN RETURNED! WHAT A WORTHLESS. My initial purchase was 4/14/16. Throughout the next 45 days of calling, nobody mentioned anything about the 30 day return on the mask. Its not prunted on my receipt and none of the ladies mentioned I need to return it knowing I was waiting on the sox. The phone call letting me know the sox came in was on 6/29/16. I am going to try calling the doctor who issued the prescription and tell them how this company does business. If luck prevails, this business will not be on the short list of places to use.

Workers are rude and demanding, they tell you to order by the month, the supervisor is rude and will cut you off when talking. before you leave make sure you get what you order, or you will be billed with insurance for wrong product inside smells and dirty carpet bad area as well.

Every time I placed an order they conveniently misplaced it. They would tell me it would be ready on a certain day and it never was. The insurance department is horrible, unorganized and rude.

Worst voice mail system ever. No matter what I pressed it just kept looping me back to the main menu. I dont know how they will stay in business if no one can get through on the phone. I tried every phone number they have listed and NEVER got the opportunity to leave a message or talk to a human being. DO NOT BOTHER if that cant answer their phones what good are they.
