Very long hold times (40-60 minutes). Booked a canyon flight tour three days out, they called next day to say it was cancelled by the operator, changed us to the morning, then never provided details in an email. Called, found out we were never confirmed for the rebooking, we were out of luck. They did refund quickly (as if that took much work on their part) but the tour was one of two things my wife really wanted to do on this trip...so not impressed and wont ever use them again or recommend them.

I used this app to plan our Anniversary Weekend in Las Vegas. Neither my wife nor I had ever been to Las Vegas; therefore, I used this app to plan our activities. I have no idea what process they use to communicate sales to their vendors but it is completely broken. I purchased tickets to the Eiffel Tower Deck, Big Bus Tours and the Laugh Factory.1st: None of the vendors where able to locate my purchases in their system. I wasted 2.5 hours with the bus tour and finally gave up. The people at the Eiffel Tower Deck told me the QR code that came up on my phone wasn’t recognized - so we left. The Laugh Factory ticket booth didn’t have me in their system either. One of the workers told me that this happens all the time with Vegas.com. They gave me some general tickets in the interest of customer service but I paid for VIP tickets. It’s really hard to enjoy a show from the back of the club when you know you should have been sitting closer to the stage.#2.: It is Almost next to impossible to get anyone on the phone. After about 1.5 hrs I was able to speak to a lady named Maureen. She was helpful and tried to do what she could to help out, but a lot of what happened was beyond her control.#3: Many of the prices are higher on Vegas.com than what you would have paid if you booked with the actual vendor.#4: Vegas.com has some descriptions that are completely inaccurate to what you are actually purchasing.Overall, using Vegas.com completely ruined my Anniversary Weekend! With the tough year we all had in 2020, you would think a service company would do everything possible to ensure you have a good experience; however, that was not my experience.I have sent an email explaining all of this and look forward to seeing how Vegas.com’s management will respond. I will update my review after.

I have continually called and emailed since not receiving my refund for tickets to a show that was cancelled, due to COVID-19, last April. I have NEVER received a response aside from an Email last May saying that it could be up to 30 more days for my refund to be received, which I assume they sent to everyone in my situation. Absolutely ridiculous. After reading the reviews, I cant believe theyre getting away with scamming all of these customers.

I wish I would’ve read the reviews before using this site. I called and emailed for days beacause I never received tickets I purchased for an attraction no one ever responded. I’m pretty sure I was scammed and this site is a scam. I’ve began the steps to dispute the charge through my bank.

Im deeply disappointed as Ive used them in the past but past few days they have not responded via voicemail nor from my emails. I cannot believe how unprofessional this is and will not use ever again after this latest episode. I cannot cancel my reservation and change it due to their obvious ignoring of my calls and emails. Ill be stuck going to a hotel I would rather not go to but upgrade so I know better next time. They will also get a complaint via BBB and Federal Trade Commission plus Im writing the Las Vegas Nevada AG office.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST THIRD PARTY BOOKING COMPANY!!! They claim to have reps available to help whenever you need it, but they don’t answer and keep you on hold for HOURS. When you call outside of company hours (which by the way they say is Mon.-Fri. 8am and don’t provide closing time ??!) it asks to leave a voicemail, their website has a form you fill out where someone will contact you in “24hrs” or even if you email them they DO NOT get back to you. I have been trying to cancel my reservation for 2 WEEKS calling all the numbers they have, leaving voicemails, sending emails, filling out the form providing all the necessary info each time and I have yet to speak to anyone or receive any emails regarding my cancellation. Save yourself time,money, and the frustration do not book through them.

Im so disappointed. Las Vegas has always been good to us, but now its like we mean nothing.Trying to get a refund for my reservation (reservation #VCX-006PL0UC) that I booked back in April and weve gotten no response by numerous emails and they NEVER answer the phones.I have no choice but to contact the list of ombudsman, advocate and public information officers to assist me in getting our money back.Shame on you, Vegas.com.

0 STARS!!!!!!!DO NOT USE THEM. THEY ARE HORRIBLE! I will never use them again. I made a reservation in April for October. I’ve called multiple times as I need to cancel and there has been no answer. I’ve left voicemails and sent emails and they haven’t responded. Im currently on the phone with them, and have been on hold waiting to speak to someone for 2 hours now. This is ridiculous and beyond unprofessional. Very bad customer service.

I loved the Red rock Vegas desert tour! Our tour guy name was Skip and he did phenomenal job explain and showing us everything. He also kept the kids interested on a hundred degree day! We got as much water as we wanted and a lunch. Im just saying, I would definitely do it again.

Terrible! Due to Covid the shows we booked in March were all cancelled and they promised to reimburse us for the 6 tickets for a value of about 1,000$ They initially said it would take a few weeks then they said a month or two and now its been almost 5 months. No answer to voicemail or emails. This is 1,000$ that I am still waiting for with no one that will answer.

Why didnt I check Yelp first?UGH. Nothing against the chat agents. i found them to be nice. However, the flights are way over priced.I booked my hotel and flight to Vegas 8 months before departure thinking I would get a good rate, but if I booked today I would have saved $300 on my flight. $300! Thats a whole plane ticket to some place else.The best rate guarantee is only for hotel stays. For a flight, you can get a credit, but the airline will charge a $200 change fee... I would still save money after losing the $200, which is crazy. Buyer beware.

BEWARE!!! Do NOT use! They’re horrible at customer service will charge you extra any chance they can. I purchased the wrong date for one show ticket, and called immediately to correct my mistake and now they said they have to submit a change date request but will cost an additional $25.I reached out to Wynn directly and they said they can change the date easily if the third party calls and requests it, and cost no additional fees. I suggest you purchase tickets directly through the box office. A lot easier!

Booked tickets to men of Sapphire through their site and it was a mistake.First of all the limo that supposed to pick us up left the moment we came down, even though we told the driver we are coming down. Driver said that vallet staff told him no to park in hotel area which was not true as we asked the hotel staff.When we arrived in Sapphire club, they somehow had issues finding our reservation but the staff there was really kind and helped us out (seemed that they had this issue before ).Our package included 2 hours of champagne or wine but the waiter told us that they can only give one round of it! We showed him the ticket we booked and he said that Vegas.com arranged it by themselves but that is not part of the club! Ticket to Sapphire club is actually only 27 $ and then you pay extra for drinks, dances, etc.All in all I find it really unprofessional from this site to sell tickets like that. I am happy that the Sapphire club took care of us but still is not fair for them to sell tickets on behalf of them with an offer that they never agreed on.

Purchased 7 tickets and received the confirmation, everything was great. Until they decided to cancel my ticket without letting me know. I show up with my family the day before leaving vegas to find out my tickets were canceled! Thanks for letting us know, if there was a problem how about you tell us so we can resolve it. You guys screwed us and ruined our vacation.

You do not want to book a trip through these people, their customer service is horrible. I registered an account with them and took several trips. I recently booked a trip and got no confirmation. I tried to call several times but the wait time is very long and gave up. Finally got through today to find that I never got my confirmation because they claim I entered the wrong email. Apparently, they could bill by credit card but not let me know that my email was entered incorrectly? Why have an account? When I finally saw the booking details the return time is wrong, my name is wrong, all apparently my fault and if I want it corrected then I have to pay. Way to many people providing this service to use this company. When I called to tell the supervisor he was losing a customer he could not have cared less.

The worst service. We have gone and come back from our trip after canceling with Vegas.com the night after making the reservation. No call-backs when they say they will call back, no response through email, have called many time and been put on hold for an hour or more at a time. DO NOT USE.

This company will lie to sell you tickets. I specifically asked for handicapped seating and was assured for two shows that we were booked for handicapped seating. On neither show did we have handicapped seating and we had to separate our party and pay a surcharge. The supervisor and manager both said theyd return my call and never did and they said they had worked it out with the box office but they had not. Will sue in small claims for ADA violation. In addition they said the best seats are the tickets sold with the buffet. They were the nosebleed seats and the buffet costs $50 with them but $26 if we had purchased then directly. They lie!!
