Horrible Customer Service. Slow delivery and they simply do not care. A customer service manager told me how big the company is now and how they sell so many products. I told her all I am is a customer who wanted to buy a holster. Customers are not important to We The People Holsters anymore.

I ordered the wrong size hoodie and immediately requested they change the size by phone. They refused, rudely I might add, and told me I would have to cancel the entire order and reorder. I requested they cancel the order and I asked for a confirmation number and was told they didnt have one but I should receive notice in a few days. I did receive notice of the order cancellation and reordered the correct size. The order was not cancelled and when I contacted them again they said the order had shipped and nothing they could do. I would have to reject the order and return it to sender. Wow. It took so long to receive the order I was afraid I wouldnt receive the 2nd order I had to place in time for Christmas. I ordered a holster and other items along with the hoodie. Well needless to say I didnt return the first order and wanted the 2nd order because it had the correct size hoodie. The product I have no complaint with but all of this could have been avoided if they would have just changed the hoodie size. The customer service is just terrible. I will not order from this company and would not recommend ordering from them.

Save yourself the aggravation and buy your holster somewhere else other than wethepeopleholsters.com. Normal shipping times for products are three weeks or longer and forget about canceling...youll just get some run around about the shipping label has been created so we cant cancel. Customer Service is utterly lost as they cant answer the simplest of questions about delays or delivery estimates. In fact, Id go so far as to say the rep I spoke with was incredulous and dismissive of my request to cancel. Just a terrible company.Im going to have to dispute the transaction through my credit card company. Seriously save yourself some time and energy and buy your holster somewhere else.

Processing time 7-14 business days. Contacted customer service after 25 business days just to be told that they didn’t even started to process my order.PayPal refunded promptly.Save yourself and aggravation and look for similar products elsewhere. This “business” is certainly unable to provide the goods they sell.

I saw a charge on my credit card from ecommerce innovations that I didnt recognize, looked the name up on Google and it led me here. Reading the comments I see We The People Holsters is the company I ordered from so now I made the connection. In my case, I ordered and quickly received the holster I wanted. It works perfectly and it was a good price. If I need another one I would order from them again.

I have to put a star but it needs to be a NEGATIVE!!! This place is horrible. I placed an order with them on Dec. 10 and asked for a status update over a week later, and was told a shipping label has not been created. I stated I wanted my money back since the order had not been processed yet. Then they suddenly created a shipping label. Now almost another week later, I still havent gotten my package and it will not be in time for Christmas! THANKS!!! I will blasted everywhere that this is nothing but a scam!

BEWARE: DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! I ordered an ornament on 12/07/18 and they immediately took the money from my account. On 12/17/18 when I checked it said a shipping label had been created and had a tracking number. It has never been sent out and USPS is still waiting for the item. Terrible customer service, Terrible company. I just filed a complaint with the BBB. I wish I didnt even have to give a star rating because they wouldnt have one at all!!

Terrible customer service from their wethepeopleholsters brand (one of many brands based out of their Las Vegas warehouse). They claim to have a 12-month, no questions asked satisfaction guarantee, but refuse to provide a return shipping label for a holster that doesnt fit the intended pistol. They victim blame the customer by saying they dont provide return shipping for the customer deciding they dont like the product, but the product doesnt even fit the firearm. The requested return has nothing to do with not liking the product.

This job is horrible place to work. Maufacturing manager Araceli talks about people with other workers. Alot of work place bullying. I was told position was permanent and was let go after a month with them saying it was only seasonal temp job. There is no HR and the know your rights board is out dated as if it was just placed on the wall to make there company look legit. This is the worst job Ive ever had with good pay but the work hurrassment and bullying mind games is not worth it.

I got extactly what I order. Put it on as soon as I got it today.

Ordered from them on December 9 and have not heard or received anything. Thinking this is a scam to get your money.
