I am a DaVinci IQ owner, and not only do I love this product, but I also admire and respect their attitude towards customer service. I had to contact the support team asking for assistance in fixing my unit, and Rosie from the customer service team has made it so easy that she created a lifelong loyal customer. I will keep buying and referring their product to my friends for as long as they can keep their commitments towards customer service. I purchased a Davinci IQ from this company for a vacation that I was going on. When I received the product, it was the wrong color. I received blue instead of the gunmetal color that I chose. With a trip ahead of me, and no time to deal with customer support to get the correct color, I decided to live with it. The product worked ok but I found that it seemed to consume a lot more plant material then any other vaporizing/smoking method. After returning from my trip, I did not use the vape for a few months. When I went to go use it the next time, it would not power up and there seemed to be a battery issue. I reached out to the company looking for a solution and possibly see if I could also get the original color that I ordered - after all it did show gunmetal on my receipt. The representative made things very difficult with multiple emails back and forth. I should note that I was not looking for anything for free but they treated me as such. They asked me to make videos of the issue and prove that my issue was present - what ever happened to the customer always being right? I already felt that I spent too much on the Davinci IQ to begin with, the product seemed very wasteful (which added more expense), I didnt even get what I ordered, and now the customer service was making me jump through hoops. I am extremely dissatisfied with this purchase and advise all my friends and family against making the same bad purchase from this business. The Davinci is not only very wasteful but it also smells like you are smoking dry or from a pipe. Worst of all, it requires MUCH more plant material to provide the same effect that you would achieve from otherwise smoking dry - there is no benefit to using this product and the company is not helpful when you are just asking basic questions.

Received vape and was not impressed. It seems to only work about 10% of the time and the battery only lasts for 2-3 sessions. I found that I would spend more time trying to get the unit to function than I would getting any vapor. Generally vapor production was minimal when it worked (totally fine), but I could consume 3-10 bowls back to back and feel no effects. I tried different products, grinding as fine as humanly possible, packing more/less, etc and support could never get the unit functioning. They offered to repair the unit at my expense and I instantly lost faith in this company. When I requested to return using my 14 day return policy they gave me a hassle and told me Id probably be charged a 15% restocking fee on top of it. So Im out nearly $100 if I want to return a vape that doesnt work well, or at minimum around $30-40 in shipping fees to get it back to them for repairs due to non-functional unit on arrival. I feel like this company is a little scammy and would never recommend them. I also found Customer Service to be extremely difficult to work with. Their phone support is non-existent and their email support only operates for 4 hours a day because of Co-Vid. Apparently these guys cant work remotely like everyone else in the country? Please look elsewhere unless you want a poor experience like Ive had.Whats even better when leaving a review on their website I found everyone was giving them 5 stars. After leaving them the review, I found that they screen all their reviews. How convenient to only hand-pick the good ones? Totally a scammy company - please look elsewhere before considering this unprofessional company. If you have issues, you will not be pleased with them.

Misleading advertisers.Theyre promoting the IQ2 vaporizer with in-app features but the app is not available. You can read on their website the app will be released from end 2019. LIES.Check YouTube, in davinci channel you will find some videos showing the IQ2 managed from the app: FAKES.By the way, Da Vinci is an american brand but the devices are made in China..Of course they reply sayng we had the app working.. etc. etc... but it is half a lie: the app shown on videos on their website and youtube channel was never released to the publc.Who lies? Simple to know: Google search da vinci vaporizer android apk. You will find many web archives storing all the apps, even the banned from the play store. The app for the IQ2, the one with the dosage settings, does not exist. But you can find 2 old apps for IQ.

One rarely has an experience with customer service so good that it makes you consider working at the place but thats exactly what happened to me here.Not only was the staff (Alexis and Valerie) friendly but they were also very knowledgeable about their products.I had a ascent that I thought was defective, of course it started working as soon as Alexis touched it, lol. She still went to her tech guy to make sure the power button was working correctly before I left, I wish other places I have to deal with were so thorough.I also had a return which she accepted and gave me some extra accessories that any ascent user would want on hand.Awesome product and great staff!
