To sum it up, Brittney saved my whole world. She’s amazing and she never missed a beat. She has always been very honest with me about everything and never sugar coated anything. She worked so hard for my son and I, and I always felt that she was 100% in my corner. I normally dont review services but felt I needed to with Right Lawyers and my lawyer Meredith Weiner. I spoke with Meredith (after 2 consultations with other lawyers) and felt she was my best option because she was charging the least amount ($4,000- which was non refundable which I found out the hard way considering we never went to court and her paralegal was the only one I ever spoke to after that and at most they did 5-6 hrs of work most likely less)The only contact after that I had with her was her being ccd on every email between me and her paralegal. My ex and I were able to work it out completed the decree without needing to go to court (only positive about this)But during the process I asked about several situations that occurred (once my ex showed up at my house at 1140 pounding on the door we called the police and I asked what I should do- no reply ever to that email) then my ex called the police to do a welfare check and I wanted assistance on what to do again (still no reply from her on what to do)What did I pay $4k for, I literally only spoke to her paralegal on the phone 2-3 times and only with her for the free consultation. And on emails Danielle and I just went back and forth 7-8 times on the decree (just to get a few things changed)

The Right Lawyers - Are the WRONG Lawyers:Not my attorney in a divorce but as I shopped around for a lawyer many firms warned me of this firms reputation. It seems they drag out the painful process in order to bill as much as possible. My ex had Attorney Keith P. I mentioned I was willing to meet and negotiate without legal representation. He did his best to ensure my ex and I did not meet in person. I stayed clearly what I wanted. After being bullied for over 2 months I hired an attorney. After a painful eight months we finally settled. The result I received everything I originally stated I was seeking, and a car. My ex-spouce got a bill from this firm for well over 8k. This could have been settled within the first 3k retainer fee. Lawyers like Keith are the ones that give lawyers a bad reputation. Please beware of this attorney/firm. I recommend Patrica Ross, my attorney whom understood just how emotionally daunting this process was and listened and supported along with providing excellent legal counseling.

I attempted to represent myself in the first stage of my divorce which turned out to be a huge mistake. Get a lawyer, and when you do, retain one from RIGHT Lawyers. Rock is the go to guy. He was the first impression and the reason why I even considered this firm. He made me feel like I was a person and not just a business transaction. He spoke to me on the phone for a good 10-20 mins to simply get some questions out of the way. I was impressed.When I came in to meet with the attorney, Rock was kind enough to show his face since I insisted to meet with him. And I made sure to let him know if it wasnt for him making me feel like he actually cared for my troubles over the phone, I probably wouldve made an appointment with the next firm.Over all, the firm is consistent with their quality services. I only wish my attorney was aggressively comparable with the defendants attorney to get the result I would be highly satisfied with; because I ended up paying fees I was promised would be highly impossible. Nonetheless, satisfactory experience, it could have been worse.

I went to this firm by referral, was seen by Brittney Salvatore and after reviewing my files, was told we have a good case. 6500.00 to do nothing. I had a false police report placed against me that could have resulted in me losing my career, my lively hood and even my life ( told to me by the officer that responded to the call) I had 5 domestic violence attacks against me w/ witnesses, including breaking into my home and attacking again with a witness present, my personal belongings damaged, I woke up 3 times to property damage on my vehicles, Mind you my ex had already lost her previous kids to domestic violence she created, was told to take anger classes, and me with absolutely no record of any kind. explain to me how an attorney does not eat this up and this attorney shows up to court in sweats, un prepared and taking notes on the fly, a bunch of paperwork filed that went nowhere, 2 court cases that barely lasted 1 hr each. I was charged for patternity ( never done) charge for mediation ( court requires it regardless if party has attorney or not) 15 minutes before the 2nd court date she gives me the ( AS A MOTHER SPEECH) I hired you to defend and protect me, the child and my interest, even if we got nothing but joint it was your job to defend and put all the information you had in front of the courts and than she ask if there was room for reconciliation. Where have you been for the last 6 months? this woman tried killing me, withheld my daughter for all the holidays, none stop harassment by phone, text, my home etc. etc. and you ask if we can reconcile? after court my ex takes off out of state with the baby and doesnt even notify me, thats how much respect she has for the courts. the baby has visited the hospital 4 more times for mysterious bruises and illnesses ( also this attorney was aware that this was happening previously)since than I have had to file complaints with The State Bar and Attorney Generals Office as well as hire a new attorney and refile for misrepresentation. I was told after all this unfolded that Stacy was a great lawyer who hires bad attorneys. Divorce, especially when young children are involved, is usually an emotionally charged and complicated situation. I had several consultations prior to choosing Stacy Rocheleau as my representation. Lawyers will never tell you the truth they work for the state and this stupid umbrella coorporation child support they deprive you of your rights under the color of law and never accept mail from this private agency they dont have any jurisdiction read the federal manual and the constitution. Read the us codes and challenge the fake judges because they work under contract for this private unit.

Kind folks, these people are the scum of the earth and endeavor to do nothing other than line their pockets. Case delays, whiny attorneys doing work for Stacy that we were never told about and who did nothing in court but stand there. I could have done that and at least spoke up when the judge asked if my lawyer wished to comment regarding the opposing lawyers motions. No dice, no comment and a lost case.A few other points of contention concerns Eric Siegler, a disbarred California lawyer who provided incorrect legal information for NV. Siegler, unfortunately, does not have a NV law license and cannot legally dispense advice. Yet, as the CA Bar noted, he screwed his clients out of more than $200,000. Here in NV, such behavior would have earned him a prison sentence.The house paralegal, Rock and Karen also dispense advice daily, which the NV Bar is now investigating. Paralegals cannot dispense legal advice, yet these clowns did not get that message. Hmm, lack of education? Oh, yes, and a healthy dose of unprofessional behavior, and I witnessed Karen berate and abuse an employee who dared ask her a question. WOW.Pick elsewhere, folks, and you may save a ton of money :)Response to the owner: You spend more time worried about your reviews than you do about the corrupt, illegal practices of your disbarred lawyers and screwy staff. People have a right to know what you do not do correctly, and of the illegal practices of your staff. That includes Eric the ogre, the disbarred CA lawyer who still owed me a huge sum of money. My wife and I went in for a 200.00 dollar consultation. We waited 20 min after our appointment. The attorney comes in and says it will be 3500 just to go to court one time and if he has to go again it will go to 8500. This law firm is a joke. I was told by rock that it was going to be one flat fee no matter how many times we had to go to court. I guess this is all lies.

I got a referal from another lawyer friend to talk to Stacy. When I went in for my consultation I was given a different lawyer. After speaking with that person he said I had a case. He reassured me that this law firm does not take frivilous lawsuits and they only take solid ones. The final cost of my case doubled the original estimate and transfered to yet a third lawyer. In the end I lost my case and had to cover my opponents lawyer fees due to filling a frivilous law suit. The attorney that took my case wasnt as qualified in this field as the second attorney and hense filed a bogus frivilous lawsuit according to the judge. I would not reccomend your firm to anyone sorry. I ended up spending triple what I intended to and at the end got nothing except laughed out of court after 10 minutes.
