Excellent employees. It’s has plenty of room to back in. Security guard such a sweet guy. It’s really start right there how you are treated when you pull into the facility, he took us to the office came back gave the dock & then the loading staff very knowledgeable and friendly. Quickly loaded us put a load lock & off we went they brought the paperwork to us excellent place keep up the good work

It is a great work atmosphere everyone gets a long very well from what I have experienced and seen. My time there was productive, enjoyable with great people to talk to while working on assignments. I was looking to build savings on this. Now I’m looking for a more honest work place. Do not count on these people to give you 30+ hours every week look for a stable full time jobBen Blanton.

Hi, Ill tell you this is one of the worst companies Ive worked in, here I work for the night time and the supervisors are the worst they do not know how to value your work after they are lazy and you do all their work2.They do not know how to control workers and less about the work,¡The workers!¿why?They all want to be bosses and they want to order you...¿And the supervisors?Because they do not know how to keep track of what is being ordered and the work is treated, they need to study more...Friends, I recommend that you better look for another part where you work, here you are discriminated against, no matter the color or race...

Work environment is beyond a joke. Terrible management and stressful attitudes for a crappy pay. Good if you need quick cash but try to find something else ASAP.

Ordered 2 sets of lights - [for 4 lights] Last week we received 1 set and the tracking number was closed stating package was delivered. True to a point, the second set of lights was NOT included in the box and it has been days of waiting for the second set. I wrote to the company to investigate and still waiting for a response. Will update when/if I hear from them.

Well first things first I been working with the temp Decton for 3 yrs...finally got hired on. .But I can say this World Pack has changed a lot of the year of 2017..and Im looking forward to 2018 and so on..But morally speaking Skills are required at any job..and if u working hard..u gonna be around for long bcuz ur good..But when u start slacking, they always have a replacement for anyone thinking they bigger than the program Hard Workers is required..not complainers.

The LEADS care more abt making friends than getting the shipment out!! they let the very good workers go!!and keep the ones that r there friends that dnt work just gossip abt there party life ppl that bust there asses they get rid of them the worst ppl i worked!!!

This company is a company that promotes discrimination to all that arent Mexican or latin decent. If your white you get promotions. But if your black your treated with disrespect rudeness unfairness and racism.. No black man on the retail side of the company can talk to any spanish female without suffering severe consequences.. This needs to be addressed. Immediately.. If your not of spanish decent dont try working at worldpack in the day time mornings are run by the Mexicans and anyone who doesnt abide by there rules. Sees the door.. Most of the spanish labelers that work in the morning are racist. Talk bad about blacks with no fear of losing their job because of it..This is a everyday practice at worldpack...Manager, supervisor, GM.. All have something to do with it... The new GM they have is a racist Person from the start .. He call any group of 3 black men together gangbangers.. Not workers but gangbangers.. If you have a tattoo your a gangmember if your pants sag your a thug.. This GM for this company has skeletons in his closet but cast stones on everyone else..Moral to this story is The BBB NEEDS TO INVESTIGATE THIS COMPANY FOR bad employee treatment.. And the on going. Practices of Discrimination on black men working there... Last One is a young black man only 19 hard worker at Worldpack was assaulted by a labeler who was a mexican female who decided to pull his pants down. Most of the woman that are labelers thought it was real funny for this young black man to be made fun of. The lady was fired and that young man was picked on daily because of it. Till he couldnt take anymore from the supervisor who protects all spanish workers who since letting the lady go made a point to pick on him.. He quit.. Horrible place to work!!! Everything is unorganized, the supervisors and leads are very rude. And hardly any of them speak proper English making communication very bad.

This place is horriable i work here for 3months and thos was the worst job i ever encounter there aint nothing but drama and bs all dam day long they wont give you no raise unless u screwing james are whoever has a little pull the leads are on power trips they feel they can talk to u any kind of way they treat the temps like we are on a dam planttation i thank god im not at that miserable as place any more i can do better then 8.25

They dont value there temps at all and made sure you know youre only worth minimum wage. Over heard Rauel discussing something inappropriate with a forklift driver as well as asking why him and I havent had relations yet which was uncomfortable.

If you are applying get used to the disrespectful, crazy, ghetto, language barrier, filthy, extremely unorganized, not worth 8.25-9.25/hr work environment!!! Most of the leads dont speak english, poor communication literally no one knows whats going on 98% of the time. Leads are rude, if you report it to Keith(boss) he doesnt care, obvious favoritism, so if youre a temp youre NOTHING!! Clearly dont care about their employees with SUCH a filthy breakroom. Company previously had a sexual harassment problem. Its obvious this is this companys 1st business...

Awful company, They charge your card before showing the final price. I have been on hold for an hour. So I just cancelled the charge at my bank for $25. The charged me $180 instead of the advertised price of $90.
