Prestige is great at the sale however there service after is horrific. High end luxury cruise booked for months and we have to double check everything. Documents sent to wrong addresses no response for days on emails and call backs.We found out just days before leaving that our flights were not booked and the confirmation number they gave was fictitious because they never actually paid for the tickets. It has been over 30 phone calls and more emails and this fiasco continues. Andrea J. and her team either do not care or their business model is to hook people and not follow through.As of today we are still waiting for air reservations and had to do our own follow up. Use another booking agent and forgo the lackluster effort from this organization.If our deposits where not nonrefundable we would have cancelled!
Top tier customer service from this agency. When it is time for you to go on a cruise this is where you go. Sales agent Stephanie is the most knowledgeable and exciting sales person you could work with but every other agent I have worked with there has complete knowledge and same desire for customer satisfaction that is unmatched at any travel agency. Check their website for deals. We have used them multiple times now and will continue to return.
I booked a cruise for Alaska for nine people with prestige and they ashored me that it was a kids friendly boat. After getting on the boat it was a 19-year-old boat, on princess cruise with nothing for children. My whole family was very Disappointed. I would not recommend them to anyone prestige or princess cruise !
Travel agent was not very helpful. Typical answer was call the cruise line. Call the airline. Call anyone else but dont bother me. Couldnt answer basic questions. An embarrassment to the industry.
We were happy with Prestige Cruises, but there can definitely be room for improvement. Bridget Leonheart was our assigned agent and she was not helpful at all. She was unable to answer most of my questions and provided Oceania with incorrect information. Overall the communication with the other agents was good. I would recommend this travel agency.
