The Ladies in office are fast and polite,the Hombres in the yard are Great! Lolo,and the side loader men are Great.

Theres no customer service here. You pretty much go there chose the biggest stone put it in your truck then drive the truck to weighing station and they weigh your material and charge you accordingly, if you are uncomfy with the price then you have to take out the material off of your truck and put it back. You gotta go with your own help. The construction workers there are hard working but their cashier girl didnt seem to like her job she was quite unhappy while cashing us out. They need to place the price pamphlet by their entrance of something so atleast we have an idea before just putting the material in your truck.

Rock was purchased and delivery scheduled with a window of 11-1 on Saturday. I came to the job site at 10 to be there early for the delivery and saw the rocks were dropped off in the back of the parking lot in the back alley 200 feet from the job already, I checked the cameras and they dropped them off at 7:30 am and didn’t call me to ask where I wanted the rock placed. I called and the manager said they’d call me back to come up with a solution and they never did. I was charged an additional $400 from my landscaper who had to wheel barrel over 11 tons of rock one wheel barrel at a time due to their incompetence. Extremely inconsiderate company and when I called the manager said the time window is just an estimate not a certain time and it’s based on route.. so an 11-1 window is not a window? And they had no valid reason to dump the 11 tons of rock in the back alley and never stepped up to help or offered to compensate me for my additional expense.

This place is Amazing!! Super friendly and helpful!! We are in the middle of a owner build swimming pool and we’re getting frustrated when it came to the waterfall. We started calling boulder m/ shops shops and were not getting the friendliest responses nor were we pleased with their selections.That’s when we stumbled into Boulder Placement. From the first interaction with Luis (the forklift guy) all the way to the last boulder being craned in by Jerry.. we had the best experience.Thanks Jerry and everyone at Boulder Placement - our natural rock waterfall dreams are coming to life!!

I would not recommend this company for landscape rocks at all. I recently paid for a couple tons of larger rocks and I gave them over a weeks notice to deliver. They gave me a 2 hour for which I paid laborers to help transport. The invoice said I was to be given a call 30 minutes prior to delivery. The owner/delivery driver never called and showed up an hour and a half late. I asked for compensation for the men I had paid for the window they gave me. None was forthcoming. I never received a call but I called and was told by office staff the delivery was 45 minutes late and obviously that was wrong.To top it off, over 500lbs of the delivery was dirt. YES DIRT. Fortunately I had plastic tarps laid down prior to the rock drop. Of course I had to shovel 10 wheel barrels full of dirt out of my backyard.NEXT TIME USE STAR NURSERY OR VISTA

Had a great experience! Needed rock delivered the same day. They delivered it to my home within 2 hours. David was a pleasure to deal with via the phone. Would definitely order from Boulder Placement again!

This place is great. Next day delivery, great selection, super nice staff. Huge thanks to Jeff the crane operator who went above and beyond to get our project looking fantastic. Cant say enough good things about this place.

Incredible value!! Had three 1/2 ton boulders purchased, delivered, AND placed for less than the cost of a single boulder placement from other companies. Their staff was friendly and extremely patient. The owner operates the placement crane himself and made the trial and error process of placement much less stressful. Many thanks to Dave for his light-hearted demeanor during our 2-day selection process. Actually took less time to schedule and place the boulders LOL!! Friendly, efficient, and incredible value.

The people are nice enough in person, but they dont communicate very well. They showed up an hour and 15min late, and while offloading the boulder, they swung it into a decorative sign in our front yard and bent it. I asked him if he could make any allowances on the bill, but he said all he could do was say he was sorry. Like I said, theyre probably nice people, it was just a lot of trouble trying to work with them.

Rock was contaminated with dirt. When the issue was reported, they said that they just resale rocks and they were not responsible for the quality of the rock. Excuse me.

Great experience. I ordered a tonne of sand and it was delivered right on time, placed where I wanted and the driver was very nice and professional. If you need sand delivered, I’d go to these guys.

Have gotten rock here 3 times previous, Ron was super helpful and estimated how much i neededto cover project perfectly, the truck came early and placed stone right where i needed it.Excellent services by Ron and driver, thanks fellas

I have used the services here for over 15 years. Prices are comparable to most other options. Service is solid. Bob is very knowledgeable on phones and staff as well. Very helpful to everyone from the rookie to the pro.

Ben Mcfie is not truthful he said he was going to remove sign before placing Boulder and didnt he had me pick up Boulder four times and one of thoughs times he didnt steady it and it barely tapped the sign nothing was ever said about sign I even looked at sign and straight the edge with my finger as far as being late it is hard to be right on time because each customer takes more time than expected and bens delivery was last one of day

Grate service

Horrible experience the owner is the crane operator he showed up 2 hours late drove on side walk and broke electric lid then the bucket flung up as it got unloaded smacked my wall and almost smashed into my neighbors house. My block wall has 3 broke blocks and pitched it off center to the point that my gate wont line up. I understand mistakes happen however Ive called and left messages 8 times and still no response. Just all round bad business its going to cost more to fix my wall that was damaged then the rock.
