If you’re thinking about coming here DONT. They did such a bad job on my car. I paid $30 for a super wash in & out cleaning. At first I was so happy with my car because it LOOKED clean. they make your car look really pretty but they don’t even clean it. They’re lazy. There were still crumbs in my cup holders, crumbs in the corner of my seats, dirty stains on my leather seats, random stains on my windows, and there was still dried up water on my grill. So what did I even pay for? Because my car is still dirty. I’m not exaggerating & i’m not one to complain about the little things. But wow, you can tell they didn’t even clean it. Save your $30 and thank me later

I came here yesterday and experienced a horrible job. Before they performed my service I told them that I would like for my truck to be vacuumed out. Let me remind you my car is new so I didn’t have anything in my trunk to make there job take longer. My trunk was not vacuumed at all. My back seat was not vacuumed either. It’s like they rushed a job and forgot a lot of things. My interior was not cleaned the inside was still dirty. They didn’t even try to make it look presentable. My windows were also still dirty. I didn’t not have time to go back due to work but that will be my last time going to this place. Horrible experience hands down.

Im a customer and theyre Ive been going there since 2019 to get my cars service tinted and washed if it wasnt a good place I wouldnt keep going back back and forth I love going to that place because they very clean and efficient never had no problems so if you look in here for dependability and people that thats going to teach your car like this go to them

The car wash was fine, it was the inside where they didnt vacuumed. Looks like they were rushing and left areas untouched.

I love this place. Got my windows tinted here. Good car wash. They also work on remotes/keyless entry. They do good work. Theyre nice to me which I appreciate. They also do smog. All good.

Convenient, easy and fun! All the amenities good quality and they provide you with a cloth and the price to purchase the cloth and other necessary for cleaning your car prices are excellent!

You might miss the entry, but the guys are very good at eating they do, I was surprised that I didnt have to wait as long as I thought, well worth the money.

Requested full window tint and was quoted $144 complete price. Had to ask for car wash after the the tint was completed. Did not tint the front across the top, was told that is an extra $20. The car wash detail wiping inside the door edges had dirt and water spots all on each door and didnt wipe down the tires, because I was watching because this was not my first visit. So this had happened before. I am not impressed with the service.

So the outside is in need of a major overhaul. They do spot on work and quick. I went for a smog check they gave me a free exterior car wash. I also did my DMV filing for the registration with them for $5.00 more and got my oil changed. They threw in another free carwash for another time.

When I first arrived was confused where to go to get the car wash and oil change. I pulled up to the vacuums and I guess the employee was doing a Google rating because I sat there until she was done texting. Waiting on her 10 minutes was the only bad thing of their service . Everything else I would return for sure. Their service out beat that place across the street. I was only there due to word of mouth.

Best place to get your car worked on. I always go to get my car washed and get my oil changed the guys are so hard working.

There always good experience and you can get car wash, and smog, all at once you cant top that oh you can get ur windows tint.

This was my first time at Premier Car Wash and got my car washed for $13 came out pretty good, had no streaks, added tire shine, and clean the door jams plus got a small car freshener.On the other hand my main reason to stopping by was to get my headlights restored and I honestly felt like I got ripped off $20 for the headlight restoration. I believe all they did was apply some type of compound because when I got home I seen residue by the lens but still seen haze and nothing diffrent so I know they didnt sand it down. Im just taking it to walmart where they sand and polish it for $30. I asked the guy who dried my car if they did it to make sure before I leave & he said yeah but I notice when the car was coming out the wash It looked the same.Ill most likely well come back for just a car wash but not for any additional services and I was thinking about going next time for a shampoo but that will problem look like nothing was even done too.

If i could give no stars i would. Today my husband spent over a150.00 for tint and seat cleaning. When my husband received our brand new car back, he went to adjust the seat because they moved it, and found that the seat was broken. By the way, the seat is electronic, the bracket underneath the seat was broken, how this happened is beyond me. My husband immediately requested to speak with the owner, after inspection the owner accused and insulted my husband by saying he brought it in like that. Why would we bring in a brand a new car paying 150.00 for their services and then turn around and take it to the dealer and spend another 200.00 for the deductible to get it fixed, it makes no sense. They did a great job on the car i can not take that away from the service and mistakes happen thats why you have insurance, but to refuse to accept any blame and blame my husband after we spent money at your business is horrible. We have pictures and video of the seat it actually moved sideways. Mistakes happen make it right. Id suggest to everyone bringing in your vehicle make sure you take pictures of the inside of your car and make sure everything works because if something breaks they will blame you and take no responsibility for the damage. This wasnt a leave and come back situation, my husband never left, my husband immediately reported the issue once he received the car out their care. We will be going to small claims court and will be requesting the 200.00 deductible and court fees.

Paid for a handwash and had several people washing my car. Once they told me it was ready I had oily fingerprints on my side door. Told one of the men and he had a attitude because I pointed it out. Come to find out they didnt even clean or vacuum under either of seats.. Smh super upset

A little crowded inside and busy. But still very timely. I spent a good 20 mins inside deciding on air fresheners. Even if i didnt need a car wash, I’d come back here just for the many different fragrances!! By the time I came out my car was almost done. One more thing, there were at least 5 different guys cleaning my car at once so it made it difficult to figure out a tip.

Really bad. I use to go there for years when I lived in the area. I decided to get my car cleaned since I was in the area. My interior was a complete disappointment. There were spots on every piece of glass in the car. They didnt even wipe the dust off my touch screen. Normally I point out little things but it was so many things I decided to just take my loss and move on. They wont be getting any more business from me.

I have a huge jeep. I took it in for a full wash, wax, detail. And I was charged $150 for it. When I picked it up the tires were all shiny and it was a 115* outside. I just got in and drove away...only to find that they did NOT wash or wax the jeep. the windshield was super streaky and there was even a blob of armorall on the pain on the passenger side.What kind of place is this??? WOW!

This place does a FANTASTIC JOB of washing cars and trucks! When you pay inside, they let you pick a scent you can put.in your vehicle. They have 4 or.5 scents to choose from. Smells like tropical, baby powder and new car smell just to mention a few. They scrub your rims first, then it goes thru a mechanical car wash. When the vehicle is done with that, they drive it under a large tarp/awning dry all the excess water off and clean all the windows inside and out! They do a VERY thorough job. They also polish all the inside of the car as well. I was extremely pleased.

Vacuum good. Good wipe down, inside and outside after coming out of car wash. Spray your tires too! I forgot to turn off my radio so my antenna stayed up in the machine. Messed it up. Now it wont go all the way down or all the way up. They do have a disclaimer about lowering your antenna... just sucked that they didnt lower it for me since I got an oil change.

Paid 35 doallars and they couldnt even clean the cup and middle area up also barley put in tire shine, I think also they have something against white people

Great job, and even though theres a wait, they at least have a TV and seats in a waiting area. They also offer other services such as detailing, window tinting services, and keyless remote programming as well. The car wash prices are fair, and there are a few levels of car wash packages.

I got the interior and exterior detail, the $100 option. Took a little over 2 hours, which I didn’t mind waiting as long as they did a good job. However, they said it’s done, I went to go check out my freshly washed and fully detailed vehicle, and it didn’t even look like it got washed. There were still dust and dirt streaks on the hood of the vehicle, bug guts in my grill, full on streaks on the windshield, and the interior carpeting, mats, trunk area, was all supposed to be shampooed, but I ran my hand over the material to even see if it was wet, it wasn’t. Instead I got a cloud of dust puff up when I swept my hand across. I went and checked with the staff just to ask if their sure it was washed and not accidentally skipped through. They informed me everything was done that needed to be. They got my money this time, they won’t get it again.

I received a flyer from Premier in the mail. Needed a smog check, so I gave them a try. They had me in in and out quick. I returned again for an oil change on a different day. The charge? $25 plus tax WITH, yes WITH a free car wash. I thought the car wash would be half ass, but they did an excellent job and put tire shine on my wheels. I will be back again.
