The people that work here are very kind. Jackie is very helpful and I am very grateful for what they do. They do have a lot going on but they care and will try to help in whatever way they can.

A terrible company. Repeatedly denies receiving emails with documents attached. Difficult to get anyone on the phone. Delay after delay after delay on the simplest things. It must be the cheapest bidder when employers seek contracts with companies of this sort.If you are a purchasing agent for an employer seeking claims management services, PLEASE do not consider this company.If you are an injured employee, GOOD LUCK in dealing with the incompetent people employed by Sedgwick and the disgusting way in which Sedgwick does business.

My trailer was hit by an Aramark truck and despite the evidence provided, they generated a completely different story to protect their driver. The supervisor and claims examiner both advised me that they will side with their driver, no matter what. They forced their version of the story on me and then told me to go talk to my insurance.These people are crooks and absolutely do not examine situations objectively. Be prepared for a nightmare experience if someone insured through them hits you. Ive never had to deal with a corporate insurance company and I hope I never have to again. Get better drivers, Aramark!

If you could give negative stars this souless company deserves it more than most. They put 100% of their energy into terrorizing injured workers for heinous heartless & unionless corporations, where workers have no collective leverage. If there was ever a company incentivized by Satan...synonymous with Sedgewick. Get a lawyer if your Company uses this evil company.
