As a board member for Phoenix Women in Technology (WIT) Im charged with identifying speakers for our monthly and quarterly educational meetings. I asked Kim to present a leadership segment for our women managers working in technology. In Tech careers women can be the minority, and always have questions about the best approach to leading. The talk Kim provided us was valuable and thought provoking. It was simple to grasp and easy to put to work right away. What is amazing is that I was able to use it to get my current job. When I share some of the ideas I learned people always ask, where did you learn that, and now you know what I say is Kim Nelson. Her talk? Mentors, and Mindset.
I attended a PMI Professional Development Day event and had the chance to see Kim Snyder present as one of the keynote speakers. The content was relevant, insightful and helpful. Her presentation addressed challenges Project Managers face and included actionable solutions for those challenges.
