I loved working for Sutherland on the PlayStation campaign and feel like I did a really good job for the 6 months I was there. I liked my immediate supervisor and coworkers and felt like it was a great fit. They very abruptly fired me saying that I deleted a few customer emails (something I didn’t even know was possible to do in their system). Even if it is possible, I don’t see the point of deleting customer emails since that is how we communicated with them a lot of the time. I earned a little more than a week of paid vacation during my time there because of my near perfect attendance and saved it up.. of course I didn’t get paid for any of that. I’m still baffled as to why I would be accused of this. I was never warned and this was never brought to my attention. Also, when I asked, they couldn’t show me any proof that I actually deleted the email addresses. I was very hurt by this. Felt like being stabbed in the back after giving my all.

Play games with peoples life: bring you back for 4-5 interviews. The person you are suppose to see is not there yet. 4 hours later that you have waited the someone else fills in for the person whose team bit cannot guarantee the schedule you are promised for the team you are assigned. You are sent back downstairs to wait another 2 hours and told to comeback the next day when you team lead who you are assigned to will be in. Next day, they still are not in, now the teams are changing and so is the shift. They wonder why the turnover is so great. Do not waste your time if you do not know someone inside to get a fair chance.

They seemed cool at first. When I didnt get an one position, they told me to apply for different one, and when I didnt get that either, they wanted me to apply for a seasonal position and they said if if I did a great job I might be offered permanent position. I was upset about the other positions but I had hope because they were trying to work with me. Then I got a call saying I was being offered the job and to come back to fill out paperwork for the position. After all that, I received emails saying congratulations and welcome to the Sutherland team, orientation is on Monday 6AM. I show up and the lady at the front was confused because on her computer it said I was rejected, I showed her the emails and explained that I received a called me saying that I got offered the job. She wanted me to wait so she can get a hold of her boss.I was in the waiting room with other people and I quickly realized how horrible the communication was in the company. There was two different groups of people that were for orientation. The lady at the desk who talked to me was still confused because one group supposed to be there at 6AM and the other was supposed to be there at 3PM but they were all called and told to be there at 6AM. The person that was in charge of one group had a conservation with the lady at the front desk saying no one told them 3PM, it was always 6AM.I left and got a call hours later saying they figured out the confusion. I was never supposed to be offered the job. Even though they made me fill out all this paperwork, drug and background check, and all the information they needed to pay and blah blah blah. The whole time they still never officially approved me.So I went there back and forth about 6 times. First, for assessments. Second, for one interview for one position. Third, for a second interview for the same position. Forth, for a interview for a different position. Fifth, to fill out paperwork for the supposedly offered position. And the final, for my orientation. I was so excited to start a job with what seemed to be a professional company, but Im really upset that lack of communication and how much time I wasted for nothing.

DO NOT WORK HERE ! I’m only speaking on the location in Las Vegas. The very first paycheck my training class were suppose to receive didn’t come on time. They paid us with pay cards like a week later. When I did my drug test there their Employer didn’t even check to see if it came back positive (they do their test by mouth), so basically they hire anybody. I’m currently in a situation to where I was suppose receive my last paycheck NLT than 01/21/2019 because I stop working there 01/14/2019. Its currently 02/21/2019 and I STILL haven’t received my paycheck and they’ve told me multiple times to come pick up my pay card with my missing hours. I explained I’m a single mother and this put me behind many bills and they DO NOT CARE. I drove up their with my two toddlers in the car with no gas to pick up my pay card just for them to give me the run around once again. They take advantage of employees and are NOT professional. Yes it may sound like a catch because of the pay and you get on easy but it’s not worth it! P.S. I still haven’t received my pay! My mother is currently help me fight this. I tried to add photos for proof of the emails but it’s not letting me.

If I could give a lower rating, I would do so. This place was an awful experience. As I walked into the building, I witnessed a bunch of ghetto people walking around smoking and in flat out unprofessional attire. I was well prepared, well dressed (better than any employees and directors by far), passed all the required testing, only to be informed that I would not be hired! The initial training was awful and I already didn’t want to be there, but I tried sticking in there, as it was my first and second day of the interview process.Wasted gas, the atmosphere is super ghetto and I’m not upset for not being chosen. I’m upset at the fact that they hire a certain type of demographic.Never again. I urge anyone reading this, DON’T DO IT! Huge disappointment. On to bigger and better I go.

There is a reason why call centers have such a high turnover rate. This center pays better than some, but unless you want to receive a daily beat down from angry customers Id say its best to steer clear. I have an extensive customer service background but I still left this job at the end of the day feeling like a whipped dog. Not every call was bad but Id say at least 50% of them are. When its really busy there are not always enough managers to help with a customer call that requires a supervisor, so a customer can be left holding for a very long time as they get more and more angry. The computer programs are slow and freeze constantly. The only positive thing I have to say is that my trainer and a lot of the people I met were great. However, the actual training program that my trainer had to work with was very outdated. Once you start training on the floor a lot of seasoned agents give you complete opposite information from what you learned in the classroom so you are left confused. There is a lack of consistency and although managers tell you there is no favoritism and everyone is treated the same, you find out quickly this isnt the case. Oh, and dont plan on ever getting sick or having a family emergency because its made pretty clear that you are expected to work your schedule no matter what or you are penalized. I had perfect attendance in the short time I was there but in reality this is not always the case and there seems to be little to no flexibility with the attendance policy or schedules. Kudos to the people that thrive in this kind of crazy environment. Im not one of them.

I had to leave this job because health issues and I just felt bad having to call off again and again. A month ago I tried applying for that campaign but I noticed they werent hiring anymore :c Im currently at another call center named C3 which is TERRIBLE management its a huge mess! People in there be almost getting into fights, the drama is real in there, hallways be smelling like weed, bathrooms and classrooms are rarely cleaned .. NOTHING COMPARED TO Sutherland 💕😭 in Sutherland Trainers, TL, Supervisors, Security, etc. Are super helpful, reasonable, patient with everyone, you get treated equally in here, you walk those halls peacefully and Im almost depressed of leaving that beautiful place haha Im not going to give up, I will try applying again once the hiring event hits:) so EVERYONE that is trying to work here or already does... If you just focus on getting there on time everyday, everything is going to be fine you will have tons of support around you, have clear communication with your Supervisor/TM/TL of what is going on even for the most embarrassing thing or simple issue. Please enjoy/keep this job, get the most out of it! Theres a lot of growth in here and aggggh I just cant stop writing about how much I miss this place 😭

Just take note, if you get called for a 2nd interview its a group interview and everyone whos trying to get the position go over to a room and meet the hiring people, watch videos and talk... Thats the interview. The recruiter doesnt tell you this but basically your resume speaks for itself because the 1st interview doesnt help and theres very limited time to talk during the time spent with the hiring managers. They basically already know who they are hiring before the 2nd interview if you ask me..

Hey Ive been interested in trying this place out I guess.... I am at precision opinion right now and things arent going well. I had good attendance here but they arent letting me clear everything up. I guess some of that is my fault. But others are completely not like I was just told I may not get paid for 7 hours I worked in because I didnt punch in but I wasnt allowed to punch in in the first place because I was put in training 2 times due to being sick... I was wondering if this place would somehow do the same thing because this is the second call center that made me work for free. Last one wasnt this bad though. I was at McGuire and they cut me and clocked me out even though I was sitting on a survey and sending it so that whole survey I did for free for them. That was worst because I actually worked very hard to get that survey just to not get paid. But anyhow Im tired of bad call centers I wouldnt mind trying a place thats not going to cheat me. If I could give them a negative 10 I would. I am happy to say that I’m glad that I ended my employment relationship with Sutherland Global. When I apply for a company and they interview me, I also interview them. Some of the hiring crew had terrible attitudes which was one of several red flags for me. I don’t want to represent a company that doesn’t know how to articulate and speak properly. The company is very unprofessional when it comes to emergencies. I notified the director of a particular campaign within the working hours and received a (what I would call) nasty email back at about 9:00pm(outside business hours) stating that they would be “unable to accommodate my request” and basically don’t show up & im needing to pick up my vehicle so I am not late or missing any days of work. (Makes sense to fix the issue while it’s available now then being late or missing days in the future). During my interview they stated that “we are investing in you”. Obviously if I was able to pass the interview and get a position on the spot it means that they saw something in me that they don’t see in another person. They also stated that “We are not very good with people leaving us so we want to make sure that you are able to commit to the position.” I am pregnant and took 3 buses this morning to get here just for them to turn me away and they were down right nasty to me. The director of the campaign literally spoke to me in person the same way he spoke to me in the email. I was appalled. At the same time I feel that this is a two way street not a one way street. It shows that this is why they have extremely high turn over but claim that they’re always hiring because they’re expanding 😒...yea...expanding. They can’t keep seats filled. I would neeeeeever ever recommend this company to family, friends, or a homeless person looking for a job. It’s not worth it.

There is no integrity nor accountability with this company. They will change their story every week and blame it on their clients. They just recently Lost the USAA contract, lied to all of us saying Sitel had signed a contract with them to hire us since Sutherland Global lost the USAA campaign and that we had nothing to worry about... yet we had to interview for the position we currently work for and can not be hired until we complete the same background check that we completed with Sutherland for the USAA campaign. Hence, Im still out if a job. Then to make matters worse, Directors will retaliate against you when you prove them wrong. My last check from Sutherland Global was shorted by 27hrs of PTO hrs because the payroll deot advised my manager after my check was issued that those 27hrs of PTO time was not available to me unless I stayed with the company until June of 2019. Now, how was I suppose to do that when the USAA campaign was lost by Sutherland Global? PTO has to be approved by a manager in order to take PTO and it was approved by my manager. On Jan. 10th I was asked to leave work early because I had PTO but on my last check Sutherland Global took $416 from my last check and did not issue the $350 bonus we were promised until I called my manager letting him know my check was $700.47. Thats when payroll put the $350 bonus on it but kept $416 of my PAID TIME OFF money. You tell me if this company is accountable for Their actions or not. Then I was warned about filing a complaint with HR because they are close to the USAA director at Sutherland Global. I NEED AN ATTORNEY

NOT A GOOD PLACE TO WORK AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!From SUPERVISORS to MANAGEMENT, they treat their employees like slot machines just another slot The supervisors are very incompetent. its a shame that the REPS have to show the MANAGERS how to do there jobs. me and my fiance use to work here..... we resign because we were treated wrongfully by our manager STEVIE her profanity and loudness is thru the damn roof....she is not the only manager that LACK respect for there employees......if you are new to Sutherland, be mindful who you hang around, it aint what it displays to be.......

Two different people reached out to me via email to invite me to come interview amd take typing test. About a month apart. The 2nd time they got my hopes up asking me my availibility for traning. Then send some one else to tell me im not a good fit. Smh these companies dont know unemployed people lookingFor work have to spend money to get to these interviews.

I cant say enough about this place... If youre ok with job insecurity have at it. I honestly cant believe this company has been around for years or their account managers have resumes worth any type of mention. I worked for the AT&T/ Directv program and it was absurd. I couldnt imagine any of their other programs being too much better...

HR will never ever, ever, ever, ever answer the phones. What they do is purely tatical...They suspend indefinitely, to avoid having to help with unemployment and on top of all that, families can not even get temporary assistance/Food Stamps because Sutherland holds every past employee as still hired, and pretends to do investigation This company is causing so much hardships on people whom want to move on. SGS should have a class action law suit for that Circus, and non-lagit fake investigation status they do to everyone. Stay clear of this place because only the manipulative get ahead. Company is full of a bunch of strange politics and ghetto.

I went through training, I had to go sit in another training class because they didnt have attached id right. I came from another company that had the att campaigns, they had me under my last company all of training. Then when it was time for me to go to the floor. All of a sudden they couldnt get me processed. The trainers are unprofessional, so how can you expect it to be different on the floor. I had the man that was head of the att campaign in my class. Him himself was unprofessional. If you have a problem with someone, and complain you end up being the problem. If you ask recruiting how is the company to work for. They will in their own way basically say its not professional. I should have listened, I passed out at work was told if I was going to be out more than a day, to resign so I could be ready hirable. I have re applied, went in 2 weeks after was excepted. But was told they would call me the next day to tell me if I had to go back to training or OJT. I never received a call or any of my calls returned. Text messages, email, corporate.. NOTHING for 2 weeks until I just have up. Now all of a sudden Im not qualified.

I got put on suspension because my dads lung collapsed and they told me to choose my dad or my job. That wasnt a hard choice to make!! I definitely quit! Loved my job, just think they hire the wrong ppl for management. My manager was always high on coke, other managers getting caught on sight having sex in the car in the parking lot. The managers couldnt even do ur job, yet they get paid more than u. They tell u to swallow sperm because its good for ur skin and its protein, and they think its okay to make jokes like this. Theyre ridiculous af! Good luck to all that apply! Looking for an at home position that pays $25/hr? Nexus is hiring. Youre welcome.

Sutherland global is an amazing company! One sme in particular Aaron is so awesome! Hes always helpful and very nice.. he was even sent on an all expense paid trip to Jamaica due to his passion for customer service! I hope one day he is a team manager as he would be great! Im sure insecure people feels as if he only helps pretty girls? Lol when his focus isnt on any woman besides his fiancé, at work he puts his job first and alot of effort with that. I love Sutherland global and it is an amazing company.

TERRIBLE AWFUL, NO OPPORTUNITYS OVER THERE, THE TEAM MANAGERS ARE UNRELIABLE THE ACCOUNT MANAGERS ARE FAKE N STRICT ESPECIALLY RICHARD VAN WHATEVER, THEY WILL HIRE ANYONE WITH A PULSE QUOTED BY HIM. THE SOME WHAT SMES THEY HIRE OVER THERE THEY DONT REALLY KNOW HOW TO ASSIST OTHERS OVER THERE LIKE FOR ONE EXAMPLE OF A SME OVER THEIR (ARRON) ALL HE DOES IS FLIRTS N HELPS WITH THE PRETTY GIRLS...THATS WHAT THEY HIRED. THEY WORK YOU LIKE SLAVES OVER THERE, THEIR EXPECTATION REQUIREMENTS N STANDARDS ARE VERY VERY HIGH, THERE IS NO FUTURE OVER THERE, ITS A LOW PAYING JOB, YOU FEEL LIKE YOUR ENTRAP OVER THERE, THEY FORCE YOU TO MAKE SALES OR YOU WILL BE FIRED, THEY FORCE YOU TO REMAKE UP DAYS OF WORK IF YOU HAVE A HOLIDAY OFF, OH N THEIR HR ... GOOD LUCK WITH A FEED BACK FROM THEM, IF I CAN I WOULD RATE THIS PLACE NO STARS, SINCE IVE BEEN THERE CHANGES HAS HAPPENED BUT FOR THE BAD NOT FOR THE GOOD. N I ADVISE THEIR CUSTOMER TO NOT BUNDLE THEIR SERVICES BECAUSE AFTER THEIR BILL IT IS TRULY A NIGHTMARE FOR THE CUSTOMERS. THEY JUST DONT TELL THEM THAT, CANT WAIT FOR THIS PLACE TO BE UNSUCCESSFUL.
