Buses are dirty they dont clean them. Trash left from days before.

The ride is always comfortable and on time but I just wish they still made that one 15 minute break but its okay the straight through is good.

No complaints with the ONE staff member working there. Very unprofessional on behalf of owners of the place to only have one person working there. I have used this company to travel on several occasions, very upsetting to only see ONE employee running around doing all the work. I guess this company really does not care about the employees, come on at least hire one more person to help that poor guy there. On the other note, its an ok place wouldnt say that its safe with all the crazy ppl that end up trying to go in and asking for food or money. Clean place, clean bus.

The stops are not even close to the elegance of the ride. Better by far than driving.

The us driver did a great job and got us safely to Lad Vegas. The ride was the best I ever had. People were friendly. I really enjoyed the trip.

This and Flix Bus are the cheapest ways to get to and from Cali to Vegas. You can order a ticket online or over the phone. Getting checked in is way faster and easier than on a Greyhound bus. And you get a free ride after 10 of them if you go back and forth a lot.

Since they changed main Street to a one way street, they have to exit through an alley and cant clear the cars parked for the business building next door so they call a tow truck to remove cars legally parked at that building. They need to exit on Charleston and turn down the next street instead but would rather keep using the alley and tow everyones cars. This is bad practice and the tow company should know better than to go this but they want the money

If youre a women do not travel through this bus! Sexual harassment goes unnoticed even when we notify the white bus driver (there is a latino bus driver who is very nice tho) they proceed to tell the victims to shut up and the women that answer the phone are rude & unhelpful specially the Manager Claudia. Please for your own safety stay away! You may be harrased and they will ensure that the aggressor gets away.

I have been taking this bus for a long time and what i like about it, is that it gets you to vegas or cali pretty quick without all the extra stops. Only bad thing about it would be that alot of times people sit in your spot which Ive had happen a few times unfortunately and turns into a bigger deal than it has too but Im pretty sure this happens too other bus companies.

Not fair by the ticket two days before and then let me get I refriend I have to repay for another one even though I ride the bus all the time they still give you a hard time they.😥💔

Cheap way to travel if taking the bus every so often they have a $25 one way trip.

I have rode this bus for the last 18yr .... Wish they had a vip... Club as many times I have traveled my self family and friends from California to Vegas.... Had a few bumpy road had my wallet stolen but with the help of workers and staff I got it back... And returned to me .... The bus drivers are great they get us there safe in a timely safe manner .. I wish I had money to donate new buses to them ... They gonna push them buses tell the wheels fall off ...God bless them and all the people they served over the years .... Once again I want to thank all of the staff there at El paso for getting us there safe ... And lets go a million more great years .... Great service affordable way to get back and forth to Los Angeles but I have enough spend lots of money on gas a little bit hard to rebuild the ticket but thats typically always on time

Great service. Wish they had these public postings 8 years ago. The Main Street location had bad management the mainly the manager she thought she was hottest thing ever. She also talked down to customers and to her employees out in the open, No respect. Good thing she got fired. I think her name was Aracely. Other then that good busses, clean cheap and on time.

Just want to say that your service was out standing, drivers very courteous and helpful . I just wish your company could travel direct to Denver instead to El Paso first or better yet tell Greyhound to move over, because someone better is getting the job done.

Ill never ride again.The driver stopped 4 times after i told them the tire was low which made us extra late when thry couldve fixed it when mentioned. Extra hours on the bus that wasnt expected so after some time i need my meds. The bus driver yelled at me and said he didnt care. Even after i called customer service and let them know that i needed it and they told me it would be ok and to let him know. Ill never deal with el paso again. And ill make sure nobody i know does either. Signed- lady in the back sneezing to death and can hardly breath without her meds.

BUS driver was very rude and would not let me speak . he new his bus was not working there was no air conditioning. On the bus that why I did not want to continue on the bus. He yelled at me with no respet. He needs to be on another job not a bus driver. I am bus member this has never happened. I will call news an let them how I was treaded.

Idk why that let that guy ride I understand he paid for his ticket but it took us almost 5hrs to get there slower than usual and the whole way so many people including myself were spraying body spray, cologne, perfume cause the smell was Soo bad he was sitting in the front but he got up to use restroom like 20x and every time he passed by the stench was so bad my daughter threw up then my son career he saw his sis and then a teenage girl in the back it was like a scene from the exorcist or scary movie lol 🤢

Today we had my grandmother come to Vegas on this bus line. Worst choice ever. The air conditioning didnt work the whole way from Los Angeles to Vegas. Since she is a senior citizen we always get her seats behind the drivers. She over heard the driver radio dispatch over and over about his passengers being hit and overheating. Temps out side were almost 90 in San gabriel valley, 113 in Baker Ca. and 110 in Las Vegas. The disregard the company had to their passengers Saftey over the heat is disgraceful. My grandmother over heard dispatch tell the driver to just keep driving everytime the driver tried to find a solution for his passengers. Hopefully this doesnt happen to another group of travelers. Passengers saftey and customer service was not taken into account on this trip...so sad.

When traveling to Los Angeles this was my mode of transportation back in the day. They surpassed Greyhound on their fares to L.A.You would think they would upgrade and purchase New Motorcoaches and get with the times?. Last time I used this Co.the bus smelt real bad!.Many Hot summers ago we broke down just before Nipton on the way to Vegas. Can you imagine the driver didnt even have a cell phone!. Instead of sending a bus for the passengers,they sent a mechanic like 3hrs. later with the part!. Some of the passengers families drove out and picked them up. 5or6 hrs.later and back at the Main -Chrlst. Station, I looked for a manager and expected a full explanation -apology -refund?. Manager not here!. NEVER WILL I USE THIS BUS AGAIN!.

Purchased A Ticket By Telephone. To My Surprise I Got A $10 Discount. Didnt Understand Or Know Why I Got A Discount I Really Dont Complain About The Service. Which In My Mind Is Very Good Since El Paso Limo Are From Out Of Town. Bus Rate To Las Vegas To Los Angeles Was $60 But I Got $10 Off. Maybe Its Because I Am Taking Trips Back And Forth From Each City. The Only Problem I Have Is The Location In Los Angeles. The Place Is Very Run Down In A Bad Part Of The City. #Skid Row. I Think As A Company You May Want To Find A Better Location For Your Staff. Went to the location on Main Street to pick up a package and was treated really rude, people didnt greet, the guy just ask me on a very rude tune what was i there for, normally when a Customer walkin in you ask, how can we help you? or a simple hello, the the employees there need a basic customer service training ASAP

REALLY BAD SERVICE ! DO NOT RECOMEND ! VERY RUDE SERVICE ! I got to my bus on time and the lady in the register told me to get on the bus then spontaneously told me i couldnt get on the bus. i was urgently needed in la and i paid 90$ for 3 tickets that wasnt worth it because they made me run a wild goose chase just to get on a crapy bus with sucky service.
