I had labels done here my labels didnt stick they didnt peel. I had Rush delivery next day it end up being two months before I got my labels that still wasnt corrected. They even spelled my companybusiness name wrong, Their excuse at first was it was the printer employee? They told me they fired him but afterwards it became worse. The ingredients on the labels were all mixed up. Every time they would fix one thing they would mess up another. $975.00 worth of labels that I cannot use. The sales guy Joe was a charmer at first but his boss shaking my head still havent receive the 3-5 days refund for one of the orders and that was back in June 2021. I see all the good reviews sadly I didnt get to experience. If I could give this place a 0 Stars I would.

I love ❤️ my signs! It cracks me up that folks read them out loud and tell people to make sure they don’t slam my doors. I did have someone do just that, but she was mad because I told her to get out of my car. I reported her so she’ll never be matched with me again. So it works-she read it and did it anyway. Everyone else has been mindful. Which is all I could ask for!

I needed invitations and memory cards created for my husbands celebration of life. Nathan and his staff were so kind and patient as I wasn’t certain about what I wanted. Every other printer wanted me to download a template and they would print it. I don’t know how to do any of that.We came up with red rock graphics on both pieces with his pictures, and they turned out great. If I were to need any printing done in the future, Alpha Graphics would be my only choice.

Nathen was so great helping with the order I placed. There were so many different lanyards on the website it was overwhelming as I knew what I wanted but wasnt sure where that would be with so many choices on the website. I decided to go to the physical location to ensure I was ordering what I wanted. Nathen took the time to sit down with me and go on the website to show me options of what I was looking for. He explained to me in detail how I needed to place order ect... followed up with me from start to finish via email and phone calls. I received the order on time which so important. The quality and the colors were excellent! I was very happy with the order!! I had used another company before I looked this one up on google, it took over 4 months to receive and absolutely no response to emails or phone calls when I would inquire about my order not being shipped as promised. Not even close to the date it was to be ready! I was so frustrated with this company is to why I reached out to Alphagraphics. I would most defiantly use this company again in the future and will recommend this company to others 100%! Other companies could use more people like Nathen! Communication!
