Josh and Kyle were very professional and friendly. They kept me well informed throughout the entire process. I felt like they were very respectful of my home. They answered all of my questions when I had them. They made sure I was informed about what was going to happen and consulted me when needed. Josh helped me upgrade the faucet for tub to a Long one at no charge.

Kyle and John did a great job installing our new tub and surround. They were professional and efficient. Tub looks great! We still have other work that has to be done in the bathroom but this gives us a good base to get the rest done!

He came and gave us the quote and represented the company very well. His thorough explanation had us choosing them over other companies. The warranty is a great as well.Reborn (Lori and Ivan) kept in touch with us every step of the way. Our initial install date was three weeks out, but they were able to get us in within a week.Midway into the install John and Reggie came across a plumbing issue. They explained what a plumber would need to do and said they could come right back out the next day to finish. They came back this morning and finished up.I am more than pleased and the shower is beautiful. Our house is older and the shower has given the bathroom a more modern look. I would recommend Reborn to anyone looking to replace their current shower.

It was a bit pricey, but so worth it for Virgin Acrylic that will not stain for 25 years. You can even mark it with a permanent marker and you can wipe it off.They did an awesome job replacing our shower.

Recently Reborn Team came to replace my existing Kitchen Cabinets.The first two days were the three Musketeers or I call them the A Team (Bula, Kodie & Jermaine). I am an Engineer by profession and I watched these guys workmanship and Professionalism was amazing. The Forman (Bula) doesnt have to say any thing since every one new what to do. We had Reborn do a full reface on our kitchen cabinets. The guys they sent over were professional and very friendly. They did a great job of keeping the area clean as they worked. The job took about 3 days and the end results were outstanding. A couple of the doors were messed up from the factory but they ordered new ones and came back out a week later to install them. They gave me some great discounts because of being a veteran. We hope to do the bathroom cabinets in the future and well have these guys back for that job as well.

I have asked this company to stop calling me over 4 times. I receive calls and voicemails daily. I had considered using them for my remodel job but they don’t seem to respect my timeline or my requests to stop calling

We purchased a new home in April 2019 built in 1995. The kitchen had not been updated since building. I did a lot of research and decided to reface the cabinets and get all new appliances since we liked the current layout. We visited a few places and talked to salespeople but after we went to Reborn we knew who we would chose. From day one the company has impressed us with their professionalism and standards. Memo came out and did the measuring and had a few suggestions on how to make the most of our remodel. His ideas were spot on and worked wonderfully. We rebuilt two cabinets and added pullouts on three others.Cesar, Nick and Tony were assigned to install our new kitchen. They arrived on time and were very respectful of our home. On day one Nick went over everything that would happen and thoroughly explained the process. They did their best to keep dust to a minimum and cleaned up daily. We chose the flat front thermofoil cabinets in light Italian walnut. The kitchen came out better than we could have imagined. On the last day Cesar went over the warranty and care of the cabinets. He made sure we were satisfied with everything and checked the cabinets to make sure the soft close hinges were all installed. I love the Reborn bathroom cabinets they did last year 2019 on my master bathroom and hallway bathroom, excellent job. There were 5 of them guys working together and they used my front court yard to cut and assemble the cabinets and cleaned up when done. Now I need another estimate again to redo my 3rd bathroom off the kitchen side, but not sure whats going on they havent returned my calls for free estimates, probably because of pandemic covid-19 issue but I can wait.

It took about two days to replace all my tub plumbing and replace my bathtub and replace my bathtub walls. It is gorgeous! I love it. Thank you Danny and Reggie for a great job and for being very professional. Before they even started they explained everything they were gonna do in detail. Again great job! 😀

A warning to all residents in Las Vegas and surrounding areas, if you are looking to remodel your bathroom, Reborn is NOT THE RIGHT COMPANY FOR YOU! They are a company based out of California and they charge California prices. The average cost to remodel ones bathroom can clearly and easily be seen on Home Adviser (Home Depot, Lowes, etc) listing price ranges between $500 - $2500 on the low end and $6000 to $10,000 on the high end. REBORN CHARGES $13,000 as a BASE! Not only that, they dont even remodel your entire bathroom. Its ONLY THE BATH!!! Be warned, the quality DOES NOT match the price!!!!! This company is ripping off the Las Vegas community!

We made an appointment a week ahead and they called a few hours before meeting up with us and canceled.I read some of the reviews and it looks like they are in a habit of canceling on the day just before the meeting.I personally feel it is unprofessional as people have plans and if you don’t have adequate staff then don’t take the appointments.

I made an appointment for a consultation. On the day of the consultation, I get a text. “We can’t come today due to an emergency.” I gave them the benefit of the doubt and rescheduled for the following weekend.The following weekend comes and I get a text that morning that said we look forward to seeing you today at 10:00 am. 10:00 comes. No call no show. So I call the company. “Oh we won’t be able to do the consultation today due to an emergency.” Seems any time they have a consultation scheduled they have an “emergency.” This company is a waste of my time!

Reborn just finished installing a new shower surround in our master bathroom. Danny and Reggie (our installers) did a fantastic job. We are so pleased with their work. They never left a mess anywhere... I wouldd highly recommend this company.

This was a horrible experience and a waste of time! Requested financing for a project for which I waited for seven days with no clear answer. Had to request a cancelation as they never got back to me. Requested to talk to financing numerous times without any success. The seller didn’t answer calls or messages unless I mentioned payment. Extremely frustrating and disappointing! Hope nobody else has to go through this.

Cesar R. and Josh D. were just fantastic in doing our renewed kitchen. They came in and protected all of the areas that were not being worked on and both of them did a wonderful job. They even cleaned off the top of my refrigerator and at the end of project they sweep and vacuum our kitchen floor. I noticed a mark on my ceiling and they cleaned that off for me as well. Reborn Cabinets do not care about customers time. 5 mins after appointment they called to cancel for lack of personal. In fact, they text me 7 times and called twice to confirm the day before. Disappointed of leadership and accountability behavior. No longer interested to deal with them.

Tony just completed my new shower in the master bath, and I am amazed at how quick he put it all together. He moved the water lines, added a wall, all by himself, worked none stop all day. He protected all the floors from the front door to the upstairs bath. Very professional and friendly, could not have asked for a better contractor. Hope I can get him back to redo my kitchen next year.

I needed a bathtub shower combo removed and replaced with a walk in shower. The workers were on time and the completed work was flawless. I did meet with plumbers before hiring Reborn Bath and although it was a much higher estimate to go with Reborn the time saved along with a lifetime warranty was worth the money. The project was completed in 2 days. If I had hired the plumbers, they would do the demo and plumbing. Then I would have to hire a tile person and then hire another person to install the shower doors. With reborn they did everything in 2 days and the final result was a beautiful walk in shower.

I was a little apprehensive about how this was going to look. But the 2 guys that did my install Cesar and Bula did a phenomenal job. They were clean/respectful and detailed.Very happy with the outcome.

I met this company at a Home Show in Las Vegas NV. They came out promptly for the evaluation of removing a bathtub and installing a shower in its place and in replacing a bathroom toilet. They showed up on time to do the installation. The two men were really nice and very knowledgeable about the installation. I would recommend this company highly and will use them for future projects.

Tony Dinh did a very fine job without a bath. He installed a walk -in tub by himself. He was on time every day and completed his job and I professional fashion. We would recommend him again to anyone considering a walk-in bathtub. We are very happy with the work hes dish for us!

I had a bathtub and shower installed in the master bathroom. Daniel G arrived on time with a helper. As it happened, Daniels helper was reassigned to another job halfway through the renovation. Daniel showed up timely and kept me abreast on the progress of the job. The area was cleaned up daily after working hours. He was very pleasant and informative. The job was completed on time. I am very satisfied with the work that was done.

I had my master bath tub replaced with a shower. It is breathtaking. The team was efficient, fast and competent. They left my bath clean (no residue from destruction). However, the tub itself was NOT non-skid floor. My husband did slip. The designers need to fix that. I had to purchase non-slip stick on tiles to accommodate that. For the amount I paid, it should not have to be that way. BUT... happy with the look.

My install team of William S Godirez and Tanner Barrick did a great job installing my new walk in shower. They kept me up to date along the way as they did their job. As they encountered different issues they asked what I would like them to do and gave me options to choose from.They were a very professional team.As far as the material goes it is very beautiful and looks very durable.

As a person who knows nothing about installation or plumbing, William Godinez and Tyler Snyder did a great job walking me through the process and truly understanding what Im getting done. They were quick and efficient, but made sure that the job was done right. When it came to complications, they contacted their boss and gave me all the details to make a final decision. Im impressed with how my shower looks now! Before getting my shower done, Justin Cruz did a great job walking me through all of my options and helping me work out the kinks to get the shower of my dreams. He was there for me to answer any silly question but also make sure that I was getting the best bang for my buck. I highly recommend this company and plan to use them for any future cabinetry or bathroom remodeling!

Awesome experience with Reborn Cabinets Inc. Las Vegas. We had both baths redone and are very pleased with the results. Giovumy Lopez and Fernando Lopez did an outstanding job from start to finish. They always made sure that we were satisfied with the work being done. They also made sure that our home was protected at all times.

Based on the reviews I was excited to have our remodel done by Reborn. However, my experience was less than positive. We scheduled our estimate with a designer and anxiously awaited the appointment. Day of, the designer had a family emergency and had to cancel. Although disappointing, we understand that life happens, but that was not the problem. It was the fact that for weeks they didnt call to reschedule (despite the fact they said they would). We had our remodel done by another company, who was prompt and on point.I had all but forgotten about Reborn and their lack of interest in our business (the job ended up being around $5k), until they called about a month later. The representative had no knowledge of my account or the fact that Reborn dropped the ball. I explained the situation, he apologized and offered me 10% off if I should want to do another remodel with them. Cool, no problem. Then, two weeks later ANOTHER representative called, again with no knowledge of the previous appointment or phone call, trying to sell me service. Honestly, this level of disorganization and inability to communicate coupled with an overzealous sales team is a complete turn off. I would imagine this work ethic would spill over into any remodel they do.

Great company, very professional. I had my kitchen and bathroom cabinets done. Their refinishing process is great and required no demolition. Took 5 days but well worth it. Any flaws we found were quickly taken care of. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants new-looking cabinets without the demolition or price of new ones.This is a follow-up to my review.Although my install was a great experience, their warranty dept is not quite as efficient.One of my kitchen mouldings warped. Not a big deal, but it doesnt look good. Took me about 2 months to get replaced. A wrong part, a couple of no shows by installers. Finally got it repaired.

They did a good job. I had a leak also and they fixed it. I love my new bath. When I am ready to do my kitchen. I will use them

They did a wonderful job, the bathroom turned out great. Only suggestion if you decide to use them is to get the glass company to come for their measurements the day after Reborn finishes. We waited for them to give us the contact for the glass company and didnt get the name and number until two days after Reborn was done. Their delayed get the glass ordered and ultimately installed. Other than this little issue every other aspect of this experience was fantastic.

This was the simplest, cleanest, and fastest bathroom remodel we have had. Everyone from the salesman to the installers to the staff who call to follow up have been friendly, polite, and respectful of our time and our property. In one day, the old tub and tile were removed, and replaced with a bright, safe shower--including a new sliding door--for my elderly mother to use. They accommodated our requests to alter the plumbing so the showerhead is lower, and attached the extra grab bars we had already purchased. Its amazing that they could work in such a small space without having to intrude on the rest of the house. Even with the plumbing modification, the water was shut off for only 5 minutes. This review sounds like I am family or friend of the company, but I am not. Only found Reborn in the magazine with home improvement specials that is mailed to our house. Highly recommend!

Had appointment today. No show. Contacted business, said they were trying to locate designer and call me right back. 3 1/2 hours. No call. Moving on.

Excellent work. The project manager, Memo, made sure everything went smoothly. The contractors were prompt, and very quick. Top notch work. Their clean-up was amazing. It was almost as if they were never here. I had my entire kitchen reborn. The only draw back that I had was with the designer, Michael. I would definitely be careful about scheduling expectations with him. He is the designer that arrives to give you a consultation during the first estimate. I was specific about my scheduling expectations, and they were not met by him. It was only till a month later that my project date was fixed by the actual project manager, Memo. He was accountable, and apologetic. I never even received an apology from Michael. I plan on calling Reborn Cabinets to return and start on my master bathroom for another project. I will only ask that Michael have zero involvement in my next project.As far as my kitchen goes, the project was left with ZERO mistakes. No touch up work required. Amazing work. I strongly recommend calling this company.

I inquired about a bathroom renovation on the internet and almost immediately someone contacted me after I filled out the info on their website. An appointment was set up the next day to look at my shower stall renovation. Philip, the company rep, brought samples and at the end of the afternoon I had made arrangements for the bathroom work to be done. Very satisfied with his presentation and the wide array of designs and material for the shower enclosure.. I highly recommend Reborn Bath solutions.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I scheduled an appointment for this morning at 9am and they didn’t show up. When I called in a 9:30, I was told they tried to confirm the appointment but couldn’t get ahold of me. This is a total LIE. I set up the appointment yesterday evening at Sams Club. Waste of my time and they couldn’t even take responsibility for it.

Home construction is inherently chaotic. It tends to be messy, loud and invasive. Although I experienced several setbacks with my project, this company went above and beyond with every effort to make it perfect. The finished job is far better than I even imagined it and all the workers involved with the remodel were very professional. This company took a personal interest in making my home look good. Reborn Cabinets replaced our large shower unit in Master Bedroom with a great new shower unit. Two men did the job completely in one lengthy day.They did a very professional job and were very polite and courteous to us while they completed the job. The project was very expensive. My only complaint is that the contact person was very difficult to reach. Long waits and leave a message. My questions were unanswered at times.

They delivered on everything promised. Very effienct, professional, & timely. I really was a little concerned what did I do? OMG best decision ever!

The team which included Guillermo, Ricardo, Fernando and Giovanny did a great job on refacing our kitchen cabinets! The beginning stages of design process was very thorough and detailed and customer service was more than happy to Help with any questions that I had at any time. The project manager responded to emails immediately and addressed any concerns with high priority in regards to any part of the project. The entire refacing took less time than we thought! The whole team went out of the their way to make sure we were 100% satisfied! Thank you Reborn!

The finished work was great. Reason for only 4 stars is a miscommunication in the responsibility of tear down of existing shower/bath, seat bench not adequate for size of shower and my responsibility to call a company and purchase shower glass.My understanding was that tear down would be down by installers yet somehow it was communicated I would do prior to installers arriving at house. Reborn did correct issue but only after being called by sales person and manager.The bench I requested, too big for shower. Bench is convenient yet it sticks 15” inches from wall therefore I keep gitting with knee. It sticks out so far that it covers approximately half the floor pan. I would think I would have been given options of different sizes based on shower design but was not.Glass...well, to get someone to come out and measure and install, two weeks. Why the glass was not part of the design and install, I don’t know.I will say though, the installers, Danny, amazing!! Took only a day. Finished project, awesome. Kept me involved and would seek my input. Even clean up was great. Didn’t leave a mess behind.Overall, would recommend Reborn. I would just be aware of these possible concerns to make experience a better one.

Had 2 guys over for what should be a very simple and quick quote for cabinet resurfacing. They had me watch an Ipad video of their whole company history for 10 minutes then reviews and reviews of client testimonials for another 10 minutes and sooo on. We spoke about what I wanted for another 15 minutes and I asked more then 5 times for them to just measure the cabinets and give me a quote and they told me multiple times they can not just do that and I needed to wait for the whole presentation. I can appreciate them showing me 100 power point slides & their sales tactics to up sell their product. All I wanted was a quote and for the life of me I asked them I kid you not 5 times and they refused to give me a number. I told them I didnt have time for all this up sales non-sense and just wanted a cost effective way to make the cabinets look nice and if they could please just give me a number. After coming to the realization I would never get a number out of them until they made it a point that I had to watch their half hour long ridiculous video I told them if they can just get to the point and price Im very busy and they were very rude and never gave me an answer and left..what a joke. I seriously put aside 2 business calls to try to get this quote for no reason. Thanks for coming for a quote and doing nothing but wasting my time. Im sure you guys do a great job with cabinets but your customer service is terrible. & next time when someone asks for a quote 5 times... just give them the quote thats what you are there for.

Im very, pleased and impress with the refacing of my kitchen cabins!! JB Chidester/Tyler my Son said he was very professional, friendly and was on time I didnt get to meet him because of work....but he left me a nice note thanking me for allowing him to work in my kitchen and I want to say youre very welcome and thank you very much for such an amazing job🙏

They were great, called to schedule an appointment immediately and it all went downhill from there. Night before appointment was scheduled and they cancelled because the designer was out sick. We rescheduled and they no showed. Unprofessional and disorganized. Probably dodged a bullet.Edited to add: owner makes public apology online but never tries to contact me directly. BEWARE

They could not have been more professional. The work was completed in just one day, as projected, and with NO MESS... the finished product is absolutely gorgeous AND functional - we could not be happier!

Had a interview with the most nicest lady ever...had a second interview in person...then they told me to take this test and that the answers from this test wont count towards the possition i was applying for...then i get my final phone interview only to be told that the answers from my test make me a better fit for a possition that WASNT EVEN AVAILABLE...so 3 WEEKS later after all that i get told no from the answers on that test so company is BS...dont apply cuz your test answers might not get you the job

The is the second kitchen remodel that Reborn Cabinets has done for us. Reborn exceeded our expectations! This was a big job for the new Las Vegas operation but the entire project went very smoothly. Our installation manager, Memo Gamero kept the project on schedule and resolved any issues that came up along the way. Our installers JB Chioester and Bryan were excellent craftsmen and did an excellent job of installing the cabinets. The installation team was always on time and did quality work and were very neat. Overall we were very pleased with the quality of products and excellent service by the Reborn Cabinets team.
