Bath Fitters remodeled or bathroom by removing a bathtub and installing a shower. They did a wonderful job. The finished work is beautiful. I would highly recommend them.

Update1/302021, Happy to say I now have tub/ shower. Thank you. Corporate office called and hurried the delivery process and said whole job would be have a warranty. Now just waiting for warranty paperwork. I have attached a picture of completed job.Update 1/25/2021 Had an appointment for them to install today, got an email last night saying they dont have the liner and I should get a call from corporate office today. Not sure what is happening. Guess I wait for a call to know. 😕1/8/2021, Bath Fitter after much time had me sign a legal document, that they would install their product over the existing tiles that were cracked when tub liner was installed but that there would be no warranty for the wall shower product. This uninstall of old liner and install of new wall liner was to occur on 1/7/2021. Their lead installer came and was unable to install as tub liner was wrong size. Now I am stuck with a black sticky tub. They just contacted me and said end of January even though the installer said it would be top priority and installed within a week.This is a nightmare, I will try posting the picture of the tub I and my other half are now having to use to shower.... so disappointed, angry and frustrated.....Hope this black sticky stuff isnt toxic, last thing I need is more health issues to my already compromised immune system and body 😪Anybody know what I can do???Update: unable to get bid on cracked tiles as they cant match them. This is a guest bath, started using it today, noticed a bulge in the tub liner, where a overflow would be. Have emailed company with all of this today. Do I get complete retile bids?Company did contact me prior to this and said they would replace the liner and are reordering correct liner, although never remeasusered.Had tub liner installed yesterday, waited a day for things to cure. Two broken wall tiles that installer filled with caulk after breaking. Liner doesnt go to floor, liner bowed at front end of tub, liner gives at back inside tub, liner gives along side of tub. Overall so not happy. Called today, will see what they do.....Company came and asked if I would accept their liner, picked one of their colors, a soap dish and shelves. Now waiting, apparently they are not sure if they want to do this now, also they wont warranty it. I am loosing tile with their liner, thought okay they are trying, but no warranty? Tile enclosures are so much more expensive and value adding to a home. Waiting to hear something more, trying to be agreeable.....

I had two companies come out and give us an estimate and I was happy with Bath Fitter’s presentation. Bath Fitter did an excellent job for me. Their installers were at my place on time and did the job in a timely fashion. They took the tub out and installed a shower. Thereafter, they cleaned up everything. Im very satisfied with this company.

I am very pleased with my new shower from Bath Fitter. They did the work in one day, cutting out and removing my old bathtub/shower combo and replacing it with a lovely new walk-in shower. They put tarps over my carpets and even the stairs to hold down the mess. The installers were great and I am a happy customer.

Their salesperson, Matthew was very knowledgeable. Did not try to sell us extras. The installation took a couple of weeks but was done in one day and done right. Shower looks amazing (a little pricy-but we didn’t want to do it ourselves).We called them back to do our other bathroom with a tub.

Steven was great. He was very professional and did a fantastic job.My only complaint is that it took forever to get scheduled.

This company uses deceptive advertising. Their main selling point on their commercials is that they can put a new tub right over the old one. Less demolition, less cost, blah blah blah. Good idea right? Wrong.What they dont tell you is that the tub over tub conversion can ONLY be done when the original tub is cast iron. When is the last time you saw a cast iron tub in a track home? Almost all homes like mine have plastic tubs. So much for that idea. Then they try to sell you a whole new tub (at a substantial price). Furthermore, the shower doors ARENT EVEN INCLUDED. This is the old bait and switch at its finest.

I saw this product at a kiosk in a mall. They had two samples on display. I inquired about the process and some of the accessories and then asked about price. I was told every situation is different so I asked, what is the price of this exact sample here on display. Nope, the girl would not give me even a range. She kept insisting that an in-home estimate is free - and necessary. I would not do business with a company that keeps its prices so closely guarded. It reminds me of the old sales tactic where a company says they must come to your home so they can see what neighborhood you live in, what kind of car you drive, what type of furnishings you have, and THEN they will give you a price. This is an old school ploy that sets price based on how much money one has rather than the value of the product being sold. Im not saying this company does this, but Im suspicious about why they wont give a range of prices or even quote the cost of their sample. Caveat emptor!

I had a great experience with Bath Fitter and Im extremely happy with my new bathroom, the installer did a good job in one day. I would recommend Bath fitter to anyone planning on a new bathroom renovation.

I bought a new shower enclose from Bath Fitter several months ago. My old shower was a mess, being the original from 1976. It was impossible to keep clean. I tried many products, even paid a lot of money for a lifetime sealant. What a disappointment!! The Bath Fitter took about nine hours to complete. Adam put plastic on the floor from the front door to the bathroom, and did a very good clean up job. This company has a five star customer service. I had a small issue, and the manager came over in less than one hour, and took care of it. They dont force you to buy their shower doors, and they are quite expensive. I decided to get the doors, even though they put me over my budget. I got the frosted style, and they are BEAUTIFUL!! Im so glad I decided on getting them after all. Ive never cleaned this new shower. I just wipe it down before I get out, and it looks brand new. I love my shower. Thank you again Bath Fitter

When we decided to do our guest bathroom I checked with a few places and then with Bath Fitters and I was given a better price, so we went with them and when the day came to install the installer put paper on the floors and took the bathroom debri away and made sure the area was clean before they did the work,I did ask questions and I received the answers and they made sure that I understood the process and after the bathroom was finished it looked great and again we were delighted and these guys were very professional and again we were very pleasedThomas Moeller

Can’t tell you anything without coming to your house and hard selling you. I’m sure they know price range of typical baths but they won’t tell you anything except it’s not $100,000.

We had a problem shortly after install with the overflow. They stood behind their product 100%. I highly recommend them. The new tub is beautiful.

I recently had my bathtub removed for a walk-in shower thru Bathfitters. I cant say enough. From the initial visit to my condo ..by Kevin to the finished product. Bathfitters kept me updated as to installation date & day of installation went PERFECT! Three workmen worked like a well oiled piece of equipment. They arrived 15 minutes ahead of time (7:45) & by 5pm I had an unbelievable walk in shower. They left with no mess left behind & I had a smile on my face. I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend them.

Had bath fitters come do our shower. There is paint peeled from the wall and the silicone is applied very crappy. I paid a lot of money for a clinker. Very unacceptable for what I paid.... As soon as the worker left we started noticing many faults.
