Very upscale mens hair care! The shop is clean, relaxing and a great step up from the typical walk-in places Id used for years. Its not just a dressed up salon though. The haircut was one of the best Ive ever had. The stylist took the time to walk me through style and care and the results have been fantastic.

A very welcoming venue, greeted promptly and felt like I was a valued customer once through the door. Easy on line booking is always a plus and for first time customers you can read through the bios and match your wishes with the barber’s specialties. I received the 5 course haircut and hot leather shave. What I enjoyed about the haircut is the almost hot towel treatments and shampoo session with the scalp massage. This was so worth the extra money. This is a nice way to pamper yourself and there was no hard sell of their membership. The price is not the same as your corner barbershop but the experience is worth the price.

Sometimes you need something just for you. This place has excellent attention to detail in its customer service, product offering, relaxing music, store layout, pre service drink in lounge, and above all the staff. Its priced right in my opinion for what you receive.Once youre done treating yourself and feel like a million bucks, you have a whole new energy to take on the week.

Talking to the hair stylist later it turns out that this location does not have a liquor license.Asked to go to the restroom, came back, and before I could ask for a drink my hair stylist was ready, so no drink for me.I had Chanel who did a really good job with my short Asian hair. Probably one of the best hair cuts Ive ever had. Tipped $20, which is a lot for me, but not sure what the norm is.Went back to the front, got asked how everything was, if I wanted a membership, etc. When I declined a membership the receptionist asked if we were charging everything a-la-carte, if so, the balance was $50.Wait what?I replied that I had gone through their survey/ad and it offered a free 1-day membership. The receptionist asked to see the text with the offer. I pulled up my phone and nothing about the exchange from The Gents Place mentioned the free 1-day membership! I started looking through my emails, other texts, for about 5 minutes before the receptionist said that they found me in their system and I didnt need to worry about payment this time. Not sure if she just felt sorry for me or actually found me in their system.Keep in mind that after you finish the survey, you enter your email and phone number and they reach out to you to set up the appointment. Either way, Id strongly recommend double/triple checking and taking a screenshot of that last page after the survey/ad which says Free 1 Day Membership to ensure that youre covered. Also no prices for a-la-carte are posted.Ultimately I dont think I will be coming back even though the haircut was fantastic. I cant justify $60 ($40 + $20 tip) every month just for a hair cut and maybe a beer. $70 without a membership!

The Gents Place is a classy, comfortable place that you want to hang out at. The stylists are professional and simply nice people. At other places, I just wanted a quick haircut, but The Gents Place feels more like a private club where I want to go to relax.

Belle is the bomb. Love having her cut my hair. Super friendly and gives a great haircut. Dont love being asked to sign up for a membership everytime Im there. I get that subscription service and money up front is the way alot of companies like to do business now but maybe put notes in the system when someone says they are not interested in pre paying for haircuts. Maybe some people are interested in feeling like they are part of a club with lockers, a lounge, and weekly haircuts, but Im there for a great cut. Just wanna get in and get out.

The Gents Place in Summerlin is a luxury experience at a competitive price. Abigail and Chanel are both top notch stylists and gave me great haircuts, beard trim, and conversation. I’ve never been dissatisfied and always leave feeling fresh and brand new after an appointment. They do book up quick during the week so think ahead especially if you want more than one of their services.

Personalized, friendly service. It may sound strange, but having someone else wash your hair is quite relaxing. It might look a little pricey on paper, but this place is worth it. Ill be back.

This place is great! Good value compared to other places and you get way more. Free beer and the haircut even comes with a message. Free shoe shine is included with a membership as well. They are always on time, Ive never had to wait past my scheduled time which is something I dont think I could have ever said before coming here. The Gents Place in Summerlin is staffed with great personalities. There are some things you need to know before you sign up for service. If you choose the monthly service, please note that if you miss a month for whatever reason and fail to give proper notice, they keep the payment and do not give you a cut at another time. This location only provides beer, wine and soft drinks unlike some of the others. Finally, a lot of men have their hair cut to a bald fade. The company now charges an extra $10 to complete this normal hair cut. The packages include a hot lather neck shave and this service is never done. So if you like a friendly staff, go here. If you like getting nickled and dimed and dont care about your finances, by all means choose this place.As you can see below, they ask to email. I’ve sent them a rather detailed email to which they did not respond. It’s another example of poor customer service. Their service also promises a hot towel neck shave included, which would transform into a fade to bald. This service was never ever performed. Now, false advertising is also part of their issues.

The Gents Place keeps me on my A game looking sharp. With my membership I see my stylist Belle weekly for either a hair cut or an upkeep. TGP is always time efficient and the stylists are cutting edge professionals with advice and recommendations for hair products, facial moisturizers or a sprits of cologne. The staff really makes you feel like a true gentleman.

Ive been going to the Gents Place for a few months now. I love the service my team provide. It starts with Gwenny & Kendra always greeting me with a smile and a beverage. Angie does a tremendous job and makes me feel like a King! I am 100% Satisfied with the Gents and recommend it to any Gent that wants to look and feel special.

The place feels like a fancy club to hang out rather than a barbershop. The people are friendly and the services are great including complimentary drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic). Yet its no more expensive than an upscale barbershop.

This is more interms of hiring. I had set up an interview for a specific time (as I know their time is a s valuable as ours), I didnt get a call at all, and they incessantly sent me reminders of my interview date and time, I had responded to them all with confirmations that I would still make it to the interview. When I called to follow up and see what happened I was met with the most canned response from their receptionist of theyll call you and Ill pass the message on, of course none of that happened and I might have missed out on an opportunity for a job because of carelessness. Based on their reviews I had expected a different level of professionalism but thats far from what I got. This wastes applicants time and dissuades people from applying. I dont necessarily care if this lessens my chances of getting hired with them, I just want this to be addressed.

I love this place. I take my 1 year old and 10 year old here all the time. My 10 year comes out every time with a big cheesy smile and says he love how he feels like a king and gets a coke every time. With my 1 year old they are so patient and playful with him and treats him like a king as well with some apple cider and cartoons and some one there to help with his apple cider and keep him still and his hair cut came out amazing. Every one is so nice and friendly it is worth the extra money and I love my boys hair cut every time.

I had a great experience with this place. Lauren who greets you is one of the sweetest people Ive met and was very knowledgeable about the products and services. She gave me a quick tour of the place and its beautiful. Had a couple drinks then got my haircut with Ellie. She was amazing and I loved the cut. This is an amazing place and cant wait for the Henderson location. I live far from this place, but drove all the way out there to check it out, and Id do it again. Great place!

Different experience than a normal run of the mill men’s haircut establishment. Was a little pricey if you just wanted the basics, but in contrast the stylists working there knew exactly what to do and were very professional in doing the service you requested. So all in all, I’d have to say like always you get what you pay for and you won’t be disappointed in the quality of the work preformed.

I was warmly welcomed and checked in immediately, offered a beverage and given a tour. Ellie provided me with one of the greatest customer experiences Ive ever had and probably the best cut too. We had a great consult, she is very knowledgeable on every aspect of the establishment and also a master of her craft. The shampoo was the best part and the styling tutorial was much needed. Super excited to be a new member. Unlimited upkeeps was a major selling point, the price is incredible but the quality is even better.

This is my 2nd time that I have went to barbershop. Each time I went get my beard trimmed and a line up. I actually had a great experience with the grooming specialist each time.Today, I had a great experience with my grooming specialist and receptionist. She did a great job with neck clean up and lining up my beard.When it came time to pay, the normal receptionist had to leave. The gentleman stylist came to finished the transaction when came time to pay. This guy was super rude.I inquired about walk in clients with the barber since my work schedule is chaotic with the gentleman that finished the transaction. He had a very condescending attitude and told me thats not how we conduct business. He recommended that I go somewhere else and he worked at other high barbershops on the strip. Was he trying to say that this barbershop does not caterer to African Americans. I was hurt and deeply offended. I just moved to Vegas and I am looking for a new barber.I felt very disrespected and totally ruined my experience at the barbershop. I will not be going back. Maybe the guy was having a bad day or he does not like African Americans. They need to teach there workers how to speak to paying customers. I might be a walk-in but I did not deserve that. I hope that they get it together. Beautiful barbershop with some amazing products for men. I just cant support a business that was disrespectful

Great concept qnd space. The quality of the haircut was not even on par with a $18 cut from sports clips. The stylists who washed my hair was amazing as were the 2 people working the front desk. The shampoo and experience with the 2 people at the front desk were the only reason I didnt rate 1 star

I had the 3 course package and enjoyed the scalp massage and wash very much. In and out within an hour and enjoyed my complementary drinks in a very relaxing atmosphere.

Ive worked with several stylists and barbers here (trying them all out) krystal gave me some of the best cuts in my life and Ive been to some pretty great Barbershops. This is by far the best place Ive been to and will continue to come back!
