Johnnie is the best barber Ive ever had, so much attention to detail, perfection! Great atmosphere, great conversation, Im new to Vegas and I immediately felt right at home. Great cut using the straight razor to perfect the lines. This is going to be my go to spot. Its a new location and not too many people know about it yet so I got a same day appointment, which is usually difficult for this level of talent. I was lucky to find the perfect spot right away!

The best place in Vegas to get a shave and a haircut!

Ive been seeing Johnnie for over 6 years now and refuse to get my haircut by anyone else. Ive seriously flown into Vegas like clockwork every two weeks to make sure I stay looking my absolute best. There have been a few times where I havent been able to make the trip, and everyone in my life instantly knows I got my haircut somewhere else. You wont find anyone else that pays such extreme attention to detail. Every single line on your beard and hair has to be perfect before Johnnie lets you get out of the chair. There is a reason why most of his clients either fly in to see him or fly him to them to get their haircut. I refer everyone I know here, and no one has ever had anything short of an excellent experience. Hes always the first stop I make when landing in Vegas. Theres no better way to start the trip! It also helps that hes met all walks of life from all over the world and can literally have a conversation or give insight about absolutely anything.

My fiancé made an appointment at 8am and called ahead of time to remind her that his appointment was at 8am. We arrived at 7:55am and waited til 8:10am to call her again and she said she was getting her floor done and will be here in a shortly. We left angry at 8:30am because we made an appointment and got confirmation that he would be attended at 8am and now we were running late to our event. Very unprofessional don’t waste your time on someone who doesn’t want to work especially if the client was going to spend about $70 for this appointment. If she did that to us I would imagine she wouldn’t show up either for a regular $20 haircut. I would give zero stars because of our wasted time.

Royal Shave was a refreshing experience. Its a shop where your barber invests in you with modesty and works to help you find the style and peace of mind that youre looking for. Most stand alone barber shops glorify their niche and tout themselves as holier than thou. So walking out of this shop with a clean cut was one thing, but leaving with a boost in confidence is what separates it from the rest.

Lovie is awesome. I called and got a last minute appointment before the end of the day. She is a true master with the straight edge razor. I will be going again as well as telling everyone I know about Lovie and Royal Shave Shop
