They did a pretty good job. Want exactly what I wanted but it worked out.

Asked for a number 4 all around. The lady missed patches and I had to go over my own hair at home with my own clippers. Left a gap between my beard and my haircut and wasn’t clear what she was doing during that process. Uneven behind the ears...worst haircut I’ve ever had. Never going back. Wish I didn’t tip her because she didn’t deserve it.

I’ve come to this barber shop multiple times, and each time I’ve been incredibly satisfied with the results. The barbers are fantastic, and their skills aren’t in question, what is in question is the customer service.I made an appointment yesterday (Saturday Nov. 28th) for today (Sunday Nov. 29) at 1 pm. When I arrived at 12:55 I sat down and waited for 1 pm. There were already two customers sitting for their cuts so I wasn’t too worried about being greeted and asked what I was there for. 1 pm rolled around and the barber I had scheduled with didn’t come to the front. “Ok, maybe he’s just running a little late with another client.” No big deal, I’ve waited longer for other things. 1:05, still nothing. 1:10, not a word from anyone. At 1:15 pm I walked out.After being there for my appointment and to not at least be asked if I was there for one in the first place is rather unprofessional from a customer service standpoint, and is the main factor in my decision to not come back, and to find a new barbershop with a more reliable appointment system.

It seems like most of the hype in this place is around the oriental ladies that use to work here.I got my hair cut by a young latino girl that goes by V and I think I am being a little generous on 3 stars but the quality of the hair cuts was worth 13 dollars that is now 20 dollars, soo I guess.The customer service was great and the customers in there at the time looked like they were shaping up nicely mid cut. V did a real great fade on an older gentlemen before me, but when I say, I lost my confidence next day. Bro my confidence was murdered, the next day. I didnt get to see the hair cut at all until the end AFTER a heavy hair product was applied. She didnt show me the back or anything. If you are HOLLYWOOD. I do not recommend for the caliber of this city.

My brother is in the marine Corp and came down to get a hair cut, they gave him a discount and even did a clean, fast job.

As soon as the businesses opened back up i went to get a haircut. The 2 Korean ladies are still not back, and we understand. Theres 2 young guys working there, they are ok, in my opinion but I think they need more experience, at the end of the day the did the job. So the issue is that the price of a haircut went up again to 20. Look, we know times are tuff, and that the business is probably in the red, but in this pandemic where people are struggling, is not the time to raise prices.

Very happy with this haircut. Customer service was awesome and the two ladies cutting hair knew what they were doing. Price was excellent and the place was clean. Left with a smile. Definitely coming back next time I am in vegas.

Very nice place and friendly ladies who work there. Walked in and got my haircut with no issues. They cater to military folks on price which is awesome. But even a result haircut is less expensive than most places Ive been to. $14.25 for a regular haircut (non military). Some places Ive been to charge much more.EDITED 15 Aug 18 - these ladies are awesome and now theyre handing customers a free raffle ticket for a comedy magic show on the strip. Still the best price Ive found!

This is a barber shop by name only. They can do a good haircut but when I want a shave and pay for one I expect there to be a blade involved. Instead, they used an electric razor to shave my beard and the next day I ended up with razor burn and a lot of ingrown hairs. If I just want a haircut Ill probably come back to this place; however if Im looking for a good shave with a blade Ill go to another actual barber shop.

Place is great and there is almost never a waiting time. I like the vacum cut. It doesnt leave all the tiny hairs all around your neck.

Just went yesterday, been going for a while, but i havent seen the korean ladies anymore, they where good and quick, noticed yesterday that all of the pictures hanging on wall are gone, they dont take atm cards no more, oh and the regular price went up from 14 to 17 now, the korean guy that cut my hair still did great, but i think someone else owns this now, so hard to find good spot now. Anyone know where the younger korean lady works now? I would follow her, she is quite good at her job.
