Awesome barbershop! Been getting my haircut by the owner Joseph for 10+ years and going to this shop since they open. The Shop is clean (extremely sanitary during the COVID-19 pandemic), and all the barbers are professionals. The atmosphere is always pleasant with music and they always play the sport games on TV. Would recommend this shop to everyone the haircuts are great quality from tapers, fades, designs, line ups, beard trimming or just a classic cut. Best way for a haircut is call for an appointment. The shop has an ATM inside which makes it accessible.

Jhoseph has been my barber since Ive been in Vegas from the east coast, and hes better than my barber that I had back east. Theres literally not a bad barber in the shop, so if you cant get an appointment with him, any barber in the shop is just as good.

It took me a while to find a quality barbershop but the wait was well worth it. I always book my appointments with Elias. He knows exactly what I have in mind and adds his own expert twist to it from experience. His line up game is on point! Quality is abundant in this barbershop and the barbers are friendly, funny, and professional.

Never coming here again! I came as a walk-in for the first time and they put me with someone. I asked for a drop fade with scissors on top(only the tips). As she proceeds it was obvious she didn’t know how to cut hair very good and the other guy had to come and finish cutting me. When she started cutting the top I told her only the tips which should be really like a quarter or half inch that she should cut and ended up cutting most of my hair off. She cut nearly 2 inches of my hair off from the top. To top it all off they still made me pay the $25. Never coming here again

Pretty poor phone etiquette by whoever the employee answering the phone is over there. Didnt introduce himself, didnt even bother to mention the name of the store. Just said hello. If that wasnt bad enough, I tried asking him a question about a service that they supposedly offer and he thought I was trying to sell him something and nearly hung up on me.He then tells me that the owner isnt there and to call back when hes there. Ill be taking my money somewhere else thanks.

My husband loves this shop. All the barbers here are excellent! Clean and sharp cuts! They take there time and give you what you want. Ramone is da man. They are a multi cultural barber shop and know how to do all hair types; black, white and everything in between! This is my go to spot for a fresh cut!

My husband and I walked in and requested a time frame of how long because they seemed really busy. We were told an hour by some other barbers. They said to come back. After an hour we went back. Other barbers were in the shop. Not once were we acknowledge that we came back. Both barbers that were working did not acknowledge us. Not one word to us. We sat there for 45 minutes. On top of it, as we sat there 4 other people were called before my husband. Its unfortunate that a business that does quality work has POOR customer service.

The barbershop over all is awesome, and if you are gettin a haircut there i would suggest not to have Victor cut your hair unless you want to pay $50 for a haircut that usually costs $15 anywhere else. he took advantage of the fact that we were from out of state and clearly over charged, total of $100 for 2 mens haircuts. mind you its a simple fade . and to top it off he wont even trim your eyebrows or small mustache which takes less than 1 minute each. i will post on fb and Twitter as well.

I rarely write reviews but I feel motivated based on my experience just today. About me, Im 42 gringo white guy. I had fully long and unkept beard and hair. Went to here a Latin barbershop, had haircut and beard trim by Ramon M. I felt like a man who could relax, forget about worries, and be treated like a king. The kindness, attention to detail, he is a man who cares about his craft. I will be back every time I am in Vegas.

J&G Best barber shop in Vegas Joshep Morel has won most of the competitions in town that pretty much tells you everything.When you walk in they ask you right away if you have an appointment or your gonna wait for the next barber available great customer service if they had 10 stars here I would give them all 10

Great service... I took my 10 or old son and was treated very quickly and efficiently. The guys are super respectful not just with the parent but also the children... Very satisfied!!!!! Recommend it for sure!!!!

Victor and the guys here are Supreme and you dont have to book online still a traditional shop. The best in Vegas and Always clean.

Knowing full well there are 3 customers(My brother being among them) waiting to get a haircut (one with an appointment) one of the barbers decides to sit down after getting done with someone. Doesnt acknowledge any of them. My brother was told 30 minutes before he can get a haicut, which would have been fine. Hell, it would have been fine if he had to wait longer due to one of the customers sitting down having an appoitment. But some man walks in and gets seated right away BEFORE the man with an appointment and my brother. Frustrated with poor customer service, my brother walks out and demands we go to his regular place. If you want good customer service, DO NOT go here. They dont understand the definition of it, let alone practice it.

Very disappointed with this barber shop. I was told to cone in at 9 am When they open so I could get in without appointment. They opened their doors at 910. Once I got in Joseph my barber was chilling in his car because he had a 10 am appointment. Why would you ask me to come in at 9. Joseph was my choice due to my experience with him last time. It should be noted that he was rough and I had cuts all over my neck and face. I came back because he understood what I was looking for. I am not coming back to this place where barbers are like little princesses and cannot work as scheduled and keep their word. I am from Arizona and never diaapointed with barber shops there.If you are looking for barbers who work hard find a different place. If you are looking for disrespectful and lazy barbers who are on their phones while cutting your hair, come to J&M.I believe you should open on time and show up to work on time. Please indicate on your doors that walk ins are not welcome and we are appointments based business.

Yeah my husband went there and some Cuban guy,I know for the accent was very rude to him, and while he was doing my husband beard with the trimmer he was watching baseball at the same time...and he sneeze almost in my husbands face... dont go there especially with that Cuban guy dont cut your hair with him....

Always a tight and clean cut when I leave there, i feel like a million and a 1/2 dollars.
