If I could rate Negative 5 on Professionalism I would…!After consistently bringing all (8)of my Trucks here over the past six months, Shannon refuses to do work for Me…?Sure I flipped out when I brought a truck back for the third time (same problem) & he refused to even let me leave it…I did call back & apologize for my heated language but you don’t tell regular customers “I don’t have time for you” when they are prepared to leave it over night so you have it the whole next Day…Bottom Line Ted Weins & Big O are Much more Professional…I do Not Recommend Nevada Tire City…Shannon, the Customer is always right…

I got a flat tire while driving cross country a few months ago. They were clearly busy but were able to install a new tire for me and get me back on the road WITHIN THE HOUR! Made it 3,000 miles back across the country with no car issues!!! Highly recommend them!!

Second time I’ve come here for tires after being referred 12 years ago by a mechanic I wholeheartedly trusted named Wolf. This time, they beat a quote from another tire place by $350 and gave me better quality tires. If you need tires, this is the place. They are fair, honest, and fast.

Dont buy Tires from this Place they will sell you cheap Tires that dont last and then when you have a blow out on the Tires with only 2,000 miles on the new tire the weasel Victor will just tell you tires just dont do this you must of ran over something or hit something. Save your money and dont buy from Nevada Tire City they Dont understand the concept of doing good business or customer service. Dont go hear go somewhere where they back the products that they sell and where they take care of customers.

Excellent service, very helpful. We were more than 2000 miles from home when our class B RV developed vibrations. Stopped at Nevada Tire City to have the tires inspected. Shannon the manager fit us into their already busy schedule. We decided we needed new tires and they were able to install them and check the alignment for us. Their service was so appreciated. We have a nice smooth vibration-free ride now and can finish our journey with peace of mind.

What I got was outstanding service and a great price on 4 tires. This was my first time going here, and after one visit I know I will never go anywhere else.

I was traveling from Wisconsin when I cracked a rim on my way to Las Vegas this tire shop was the only place that had the tires that I needed. They mounted the rim from another shop the prices were phenomenal the service was outrageously awesome and as Ive ridden on these tires for a couple weeks I am still pleased. I cant accurately describe the customer service I received it was just outstanding. Thank you for getting me home.

I bought my tires here for 25 yrs. NO MORE! Last set, 1 had slow leak, twice they couldnt find it, so with new tires I had to put in air every 3 days. The set b4 that, 2 tires completely fell apart after 2 months, I was stranded on I15, 200 miles away, for hours

Victor, Shannon, and their crew are very professional and do a great job. Both of our vehicles got lifts, wheels and tires from NV Tire City and we constantly get compliments on how great they look. I will continue taking my Silverado here for routine maintenance as well, nothing but great experiences so far.

I needed new tires on a five year old Subaru. I called all over town to check prices, and they had the best ones. They got me in and out with no problems, and were friendly enough.I disagree with the suggestion that their lounge is luxurious, but their was an HD TV going, and I was comfortable enough to get some work done while I waited.Its now nearly a year after my visit there, and my tires have been great. (Im writing this review because I just visited the website to check on replacement tires for my other car, and noticed the place to write a review.)

Very friendly

Went in to get tires, everything seemed fine until I got on the road. Noticed my pressure sensor light was flashing, I checked the tire pressures and everything was fine. Contacted the shop about it and they immediately said it was already on before I got there. Not one person in that shop said anything about it and there was no notes about it on the service receipt. The funny thing is I also noticed they took my chrome caps off and replaced them with the black plastic ones. They offered to exchange them and hook up my car to their computer but whats the point of their first response was to immediately shift blame to their customer. This shop was pretty good the first time I went in, but after this, I caution anyone who goes in to make sure they inspect their vehicle before leaving...you might end up with my caps on your car and a sensor light flashing.

These guys practically welded my wheels on when they did a tire swap for me--well past 2x the torque spec on my wheel bolts. This caused a great deal of difficulty when removing the wheels shortly thereafter, as well as the destruction of one wheel bolt. So now Ive got to find another shop who will slot the bolt and take it out for me.FOLLOW TORQUE SPEC.
