I went to AutoNation not knowing what to expect. The salespeople were friendly & for the most part very knowledgeable. The process moved very quickly from the appraisal for my car to signing the paperwork for the new car.My only complaint is that I was misinformed about the actual payment amount for the new car (by the 1 salesperson) & secondly, I signed the paperwork & drove the car home without final approval for financing. However, I felt confident about the financing after speaking with the finance director.I would definitely recommend AutoNation Honda East Las Vegas to anyone looking to buy a new or used car.

Theres a sale running right now so if you havent taken care of some much needed service get it done now. I saved at least $50 on transmission service.
Andres Solano was the best sales person. He was so knowledgeable and helpful. I was going to begin commuting an hour away and needed to trade in my car for a hybrid. I reached out online about a particular car and he emailed and called me right away. We set up a test time a day later and I walked out with a new Honda Insight about an hour after I walked in. They not only paid me more for my trade in than other popular online car sites quoted but made it effortless. It was probably one of the quickest and most satisfying car buying experiences I’ve had thanks to Andres and the rest of the team. A couple of years ago my son also bought a car from this dealership and had a similarly great experience.
Ariel was my Service Advisor. My Dad recently passed away and left my husband his car. I just wanted an oil change and a diagnostic just to see where the car is at and if there were any major problems going on. Ariel didn’t pressure me into any additional services. He went over the service he recommended as well as what maintenance recommended for the vehicle. He had a very calm demeanor about him, didn’t make me feel pressured or rushed, and he got me in and out quick and smooth considering the rising rush that was happening. All in all, for this being my 1st time here at this dealership Ariel made it a pleasant 1st visit. I will be requesting him each time. Thank you Ariel!

I called and made an appointment for a power steering flush and a brake check for my older Honda. My technician David was very helpful and communicated throughout. I ended up needing work on front and back brakes and a drive belt, but they still got it done very quickly, same day. And I used the shuttle service to go to and from my house, very convenient and much nicer than sitting for several hours. Brandon and Nichole were both friendly and great drivers. I will definitely use this location again.
This place is excellent place to purchase for first time buyers. However, there services are somewhat to be desired when it comes to quality control. I left my vehicle in there care to check on a problem I was having. When I received my vehicle again If found a massive deep scratch on my rear spoiler. This is a new car. My first one. I enjoyed my experience going through the process of buying it here. This being done to my new car is not acceptable! I take care of my car and strive to make sure it is free from any damage. I left my car in your care and this is what was brought back to me. If you could correct this mistake your employees made I would really appreciate it. Untill this is resolved I will leave this low score.I will leave the photos so you can take a look at the damage.
Arial took such excellent care of my odyssey on a day I was really stressed out. My granddaughter died of cancer last week and we needed to travel to Utah for the graveside service. I don’t think he knows how sad and upset I was inside plus I knew my van needed more than just a lube job, but he got it completely checked, got both front abs back brakes done PERFECTLY, took the Costco auto program discount for me and gave it back running like new in a few hours. Thank you!!!!
Dealership is great. Staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint was finding parts to fit my car. I supposed all dealerships had plenty of stock for their own vehicles. But that wasn’t the case. However once the part arrived, the staff was quick to fix the problem. I’m happy overall with the service.
With the attention to detail and excellent customer service of Service Advisor - Roger Asel, I was convinced switching to this Honda dealership for the servicing of my old Civic. I used to go to the other Honda location (Sahara Ave - west side) which is closer to me but Honda East is far more responsive and communication is great whether updating me with the cars status or with their courtesy customer pickup-drop off service. Also, I can feel that the employees are happy working there. Highly recommend this branch even if its a little ways to drive to.
Really wonderful dealership. Everyone was so nice and inviting. The entire process was very quick. From start to finish 3 hours. That was the quickest car buying experience I’ve ever had. I would purchase another car here in a heartbeat 💓
Had some issues with low pressure light always coming on. Went in last minute, with no appointment to get it checked out. From the moment I arrived Kayla greeted me and made sure I was attended, even though the service center is under construction and they’ve shifted to having people pull into a tent, she made sure I felt comfortable and assured that I was taken care of. She walked me through every step of the process and communicated with me every step of the way. When I found out that Justin was no longer there I was concerned, but Kayla did not disappoint, and provided the attentiveness in care that I was accustom to with Justin. Looking forward to continue working with her.
Had a great experience at AutoNation Honda East Las Vegas. Price was not mark up like other Honda dealers in town for the same car. Leon was was great and made the whole experience painless and quick. Definitely go see Leon. Finance department was great answered all our questions and had us out in a few minutes. I am from another state. I usually only allow my friends at Piazza Honda of Springfield service my vehicles, but I needed an oil change and tire rotation while on vacation. When I found Autonation Honda I was skeptical. I arrived on time and Mariana Bejar was ready to take care of me. She was polite, friendly, and about business. She took care of me & made sure I received outstanding service. I was very pleased and will add Autonation Honda to my favorites 🤭
I was able to get my van in quickly and was updated at every step of the process. I wish it was done faster but with all the demands all the Industries are going through I am happy the transmission swap was done in less than ten days. Drove to back to my home state 2,000 miles away with no problems.

Brought my 2016 Honda Odyssey for an oil change and brake/rotor service on 4/16...excellent service! Danny was super friendly and helpful. Very informative on what needed to be done. Felt confident about my vehicle after leaving. While waiting, we also spoke to a financial advisor (sorry forgot your name but he was also friendly and super helpful). Also spoke to a few sales rep, they were alright, nice at the beginning then disappears. Anyways, the service department is awesome!
My recent visit to the service dept was great. I made an appointment beforehand and when I showed up they were ready for me. We discussed what I needed and left for awhile. I received a call in a few hours and was told my car was ready. There was no upsell or shady business. Just the cost, which was very close to the estimate and thats that. 10/10 would take my car here again.

ANDRES SOLANO & KENNY were absolutely amazing! I have been to many car dealerships and my honest truth is - this one is NOT sleazy at all. Andres has only been here for 6-7 months and hes quite young, but he presents himself in such a mature and formal manner. Both him and Kenny were super kind, super honest, and they make you feel comfortable. Andres did not bully me into purchasing anything I didnt want or couldnt afford. He took the time to listen and understand my goals walking into this dealership and took the time to present honest information to me. Kenny - SUPER funny and a very nice man. He was the cherry on top to this experience and very fast with the finance process. He explained everything with clear understanding and even made the process fun by cracking lots of jokes that were actually funny! I walked in with a lot of anxiety thinking I was going to be peer pressured and walk out with something I had to settle for, but in the end, I walked out very pleased with my dream car! I definitely recommend this location and recommend working with Andres and Kenny. I truly hope both Kenny and Andres make it to the top within this company or any company they reside at. AutoNation Honda east is the best. I was having issue with my ac not blowing out cold air. So I thought maybe I just needed Freon so I stop at a local ac place and they told me that I had a leak in my suction hose. I immediately took it in to AutoNation which diagnose it with not just one leak but two leaks. Had I let the other ac place fix it I would still be having issues with my ac since it had two leaks and not just one. I recommend always taking it to your dealer and being I was under warranty I was covered. My service advisor Roger was the best.
It never fails that I always get the best service when dropping off and picking up my car. Everyone is so nice and helpful, especially Kayla. She always walks me through everything in detail. However the only downside is that when I pick up my car my tires always make a noise that it didn’t make before and I always have to go back. Aside from that everything else is great.
Exceptional Service! I cannot say enough about the incredible service provided by AutoNation Honda East Las Vegas - particularly Ariel.My two young children and I were driving through Las Vegas on a cross-country drive from California to Colorado. Out of no where a shred of tire on the interstate ripped the heat shield off of the bottom of my CRV and and metal was dragging below the car.It was Friday at 4:30 pm. I was traveling with two small kids and distraught that I would be stranded for day.Ariel at AutoNation Honda worked miracles. The car was towed to AutoNation Honda Friday afternoon and inspected that evening. Parts were ordered and AutoNation completed the repairs and had me back on the road by Saturday afternoon.Thank you to Ariel and his team!

During my visits there, the staff were extremely helpful and kind. When first looking into buying a vehicle Yessenia went above and beyond and showed me all the best options for me when decided how to purchase/finance the car. My service advisor was very courteous, and helpful. Explained everything that I needed to know and what would be recommended on my vehicle. Although the wait time was long due to being under staffed, I believe it was out of their control. This was minor to me. All in all I had a good experience and recommend people having their vehicles serviced here.

Probably one of the easiest car buying experiences I have ever had. Ken Schwartz reached out to me via email after I entered some information about my trade-in. I went to the dealership the next day and left with a 2021 Pilot Black Edition. From sitting down with Ken to getting the keys and driving away was about 2-1/2 hours. I highly recommend this dealership for the experience and expertise in their products.
I would come to the Honda East any day to buy a car. I first looked online and researched the cars I was interested in and then I contacted them thru online and made an appointment. I had a trade in also. I had Jon F. He was awesome, explained everything in the car! I spent a total of Two hours there. Awesome friendly staff from the phone call to when you pull up for service. My battery went out so I was a drop in and Roger worked me in and my car was ready in less than 2 hours with a brand new battery. He and the mechanic are my HEROES : ) What an AWESOME team!!!
Stopped for a part. Not only did they not carry the part but if they had it the mark up was insane. Overflow cap. They wanted $30. Went down the street n paid $6. Unbelievable.

I do not recommend any one to deal with this dealership. I experienced the worse customer service. They are very hard to get hold of either via email or phone. Not even any one answers the main telephone line. Further, they do not hold to their commitment - I made an advance payment to secure a new 2021 Honda CR-V prior to its arrival in the dealership. Once the car reached the dealership, they committed that they would not allow anyone to get in the car for test drive. But once I got the car it had 8 miles on it and there was a dirty spot on the back sit. When I questioned it, I was told that they had to use it for test drive by other potential customers as it was the only available car in the lot.
If I could put No stars I would. This place wants nothing but your money and cares nothing about its customers. These people are trusting you guys to do the right thing and all you care about is money.
I Stopped by for a service without an appointment and Mariana took excellent care of me! She let me know ahead of time that I would be waiting for a while since I know they are busy attending other customers. Definitely recommend there service department! I will be referring my family and friends to go with her!!

Service advisor Victor was very nice and helpful. Service advisor X (I never got his name) was extremely unhelpful.On 5/24 my Honda Insight lost power on the high way and got towed to this dealership. Upon arrival I go to one of the service booth and X greets me. I tell X my problem and he mentions he wont be here tomorrow and ask if I would be okay if the car sits here all day. X says he will try to find someone to help me. I wait in the heat with all my luggage in view of the X and the other service workers. After 15 minutes and no update I go back to X and wave to him to get his attention. He is in the booth texting on the phone and motions to me to wait a minute. Finally after another 10 minutes of waiting another service advisor asked if I have been helped. She ask Victor to help me. Victor was very prompt and easy to work with. I got my car fixed the next day and everything was good.Working with Victor - 5/5Working with X - 1/5

This is my second Honda CRV and I do all my service at AutoNation Honda East. I trust Honda. My favorite service writer is Robert Calvario. He takes time to explain any service needed and Ive checked, the prices are reasonable. He never recommends any service that I dont need. His main priority is my safety.
We purchased a CR-V on April 22, 2021. Kenny was our salesman and was fantastic. I will not purchase another vehicle from AutoNation because of their payment policy. We said we wanted to pay cash (check) for the car. Nothing was said to us at that time that we could not pay that way. After we had written the check, we were told that only half could be by check and half with credit card. I was shocked. Who has that kind of credit limit on a credit card. Then I wrote a check for half the price. they told me it was denied. So I wrote another check from a different account. Again denied. Impossible because I knew the funds were there. All we were told that it was company policy. Our options were all on credit cards or a cashier check. It made us look foolish. They wouldnt even verify with the bank if the funds were there. When we went to the bank to get the cashiers check, they said there had been no attempt to check funds.This is BAD business on the part of AutoNation. I will NEVER recommend AutoNation to anybody.

Honda East gave me more than I expected. I didn’t think I could get a car because of everything that’s happened during the pandemic. But Leon Allen and Carlos took great care of me. If you’re in the market for a car, even if you think you won’t qualify.. I recommend going into Honda east. I am so happy I stop in. Clean friendly and open.
I came in on a busy Tuesday and Roger was able to accommodate me . My car needed an oil change and i didn’t have to wait long. Roger also provided me with information regarding my car’s maintenance needs. I’ve been coming to this location for almost 10 years now and the staff are always so nice and patient.

I bought a new Civic here. The sales process is what you expect. The people are pleasant here. The sales staff are ok. One negative star is due to the store looking dated, needing a remodel asap.But the high point of the entire process was the Finance Mgr., Joshua Pascual (bilingual). He was exceptionally polite and professional.You can tell he worked at Lexus before. He carries that top shelf professionalism into a non-luxury brand store. He makes you feel that youre buying a car four times the value of what youre actually buying. He made the experience extraordinary and exceptional.Thank you Joshua!!!

I am happy with the car I leased, except that one of the side view mirrors is loose and shakes while I’m driving (on a brand new car). However it was all around not a great experience with this dealership. Sales rep left me waiting for an unreasonably long period of time completing the credit application. I had to bring my young children with me which wasn’t ideal but I didn’t have other options. My 2 kids were fussing and I was tired of waiting, so I took my application and walked out. A manager caught me at my car and apologized profusely. I ended up leaving the application for them to run and then returned later to complete the deal. Due to the not great experience they promised to fill up my gas tank for completing their Honda Experience survey with a satisfied rating. I had to come back 10 days later for something else so I did the survey before I went and when I asked about filling up the tank they claimed they were unable to verify the survey was completed until the following day and refused to honor their promise of filling up my gas tank until they could verify. Yet, I could pull up that the survey shows completed through the email link on my phone. It seemed like that was just their way of getting out of following through with their promise. They expect me to drive back 40 miles round trip likely with my infant and toddler because it’s difficult to find flexibility to run errands without them. That’s INCREDIBLY inconvenient. I asked to speak to the manager (Robin) I dealt with previously, but he was off. However (Eddie) said he was essentially the same management level and still refused. They should have honored their word when I was already there and it was convenient for me instead of expecting me to make a separate trip. This dealership is not willing to do what is needed to ensure a pleasant experience and happy customers. I’ll go elsewhere for future car purchases. I’d recommend another dealership that has better service, managers who care about keeping happy customers after they just made a large purchase with them, and keeps their word.

Terrible service, even worse excuses.I brought my 2019 Accord in for the fuel pump recall and about a month later my car ends up stalling in the middle of the road. I was stranded for hours near a busy intersection in 115F weather. I eventually got my car towed and dropped my car off for them to look at the next morning.I came back the next day and I am told that a faulty fuel pump O ring was the cause of the issue. I asked to meet with the service manager to see why their team did not see any issues while testing the new fuel pump. In a nutshell, the service manager told me that it was a Honda design issue and there was not much their technicians can do.If it is a Honda design issue, then why is Honda still selling cars? It seems like the service manager was deflecting the blame from him and his service team and putting it on Honda. The service manager asked what he could do. He proposed doing something like refueling my car. What a joke. I guess putting my life in danger and wasting my time has the value of a tank of gas.I would avoid buying your car and getting your car service at this dealership. They clearly do not value your time, money, and safety. My family and I are lifetime Honda owners, but I think that might have to come to an end. I have filed tickets at Honda Corporate and the NHTSA. A Honda Corporate investigator has contacted me and I will be speaking with her next week. NHTSA has also reported this incident to the manufacturer.I find it unusual that I was not asked to fill out a survey about the service. Instead of being spammed by phone calls and emails to complete a survey, all I am getting is radio silence.
First of all Im not very fond of new car dealers, but on 12/28/2020 that changed when I had a conversation over the phone with Andres Solano.Me and my wife were looking for a newer reliable vehicle when we spotted a silver accord online here at Autonation Honda, unfortunately the vehicle sold before we could even look at it. Thats when I inquired about the red one online and was told it was still available. (WHOO HOO)Must say very happy with the way we were treated and dealt with here @ Autonation Honda East... THANK YOU ANDRES FOR EVERYTHING YOUVE DONE!!!! AND OF COURSE WE GOT THE CAR AS WELL AND EXTREMELY SATISFIED A++++ CUST SATISFACTION (WILL BE BACK AGAIN)

I had a spare key made for my car, one of the programmed fob keys. Roger Asel took care of having that done. He was so pleasant and helpful, answering all my questions immediately and it was clear that Mr. Asels professional knowledge is right on target. He was so nice, so interested in helping me out. A spare key may not seem like a big deal, but I had only one single key so receiving that spare was critical to my peace of mind. Thank you, Roger! Paul John was very professional, great personality and friendly that you will feel at ease with him, he was very detailed on showing us the best features of the cars and help us compare and decide which car to choose. Normally, I dont do a review but great service needs recognition. My service advisor Roger is awesome. I had to get some repairs, and a Rent A Car, and he made the process easy.Also, Alan from financial was awesome, with an upbeat personality, and very knowledgeable. I wanted to buy a new warranty and he told me everything I needed to do first. If you a Honda out of warranty, buy an Extend Warranty its so worth it in repair cost. I came with my family to look at a particular vehicle. The sales associate seem to be very confused and was giving me wrong information. The so called sale manager named Eddie was called to see if he can clear things up. Eddie was super unprofessional and was very rude! If you dislike you job or dislike helping people, this job aint for you. Eddie was quick to dismiss us. I will never come back or recommend family and friends to this location if he is still there!

I can’t say enough good things about this dealership!!! They really have the best interests of everyone in place by putting the price up on their inventory and not fluctuating. The culture of this place is something totally different than every other dealership in town I had been to. It was the ideal car buying experience and it was nice to be able to enjoy the experience without being viewed as an easy target for a higher price by the sales team. Who wants to have to continue to go back n forth about a vehicle based upon the dealership’s perception of what you’re willing to pay for the vehicle-profiling for profit. NEVER AGAIN!!!! Service tech Justin is awesome. He has taken care of me bad my car for the last 5 years and his care is always on point: knowledge is there, courtesy and respect is there, he explains everything, and has good people skills. Its what made me have great faith in him when it comes to my car maintenence. THIS MAN NEEDS A RAISE! My experience with him is always a 10/10. A few weeks ago, the spoiler on my 2018 Honda CR-V was damaged in a storm. I took it to the dealership hoping it would be a quick fix. After looking at my car, the representative helping me said that Honda does not sell the clips needed to reattach my spoiler and he would need to order the whole part - parts and labor being approximately $450. I ended up buying my own spoiler for about $200 ($60 of that was shipping) because Hondas parts service was backordered. Upon looking up a video on how to replace the clips, I learned that they are in fact sold by Honda (for $10 each...) or on Amazon for a total of $15 for 10 of them. I guess the fault is on my for not doing my own research but to be blatantly misled by this dealership into purchasing a part I did not need for 10x the price (I did my own labor once I learned how easy it was) is unacceptable. Please do your own research and do not go here for any repairs unless absolutely necessary.
I NEVER HAD AN ISSUE BEFORE !!! IT’S MY FIRST TIME ! THIS MARIANA WAS SO UNPROFESSIONAL! MY APPT. WAS AT 4PM I GOT HERE 3:20 AND BEFORE THEY START YHE SERVICE HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE SHE TOLD ME 45mins to hour and 45 mins ! BEEN SITTING FOR 2HRS AND I ASKED HER AROUND 5:00 PM IF HOW LONG FOR JUST A FREAKING OIL CHANGE AND SHE TOLD ME THAT THEY JUST STARTED MY CAR !!! AND HAVE TO WAIT FOR 45 MORE MINUTES OR MORE !! FOR JUST AN OIL CHANGE !

Roger is a very knowledgeable and helpful service advisor at AutoNation Honda East. Ive taken my mothers car there twice now for service and both times I received excellent customer service from Roger. He takes the time to discuss any issues with the vehicle and is honest and upfront about what service items need to be taken care of urgently and which ones can be put off until the next visit. So far my experience with AutoNation East has been very positive and I look forward to taking my mothers vehicle in to be serviced by them in the future.

We’ve always received great service from Roger Asel. Even though we have another Honda dealership a lot closer to our house, we prefer to take it here because of the service we’ve received. He always goes the extra mile.

While vacationing in Las Vegas from Corona, Ca my 2018 Honda Accord would not start, jump started 3x all on Saturday 3/27/21 from 4:20 pm to about 5:10 pm at about 5:30 pm. Took car to your service department and was greeted by Kayla in service, who was very courteous, polite and professional! Kayla took my info and stated she would assist, if the technician had time this late, since they were closing in a half hour. When I walked into the service waiting area and there were 6-8 people waiting for their cars, I felt very fortunate for them not to turn me away. Kayla not only had the technician diagnose my car she had the battery replaced under warranty and even offered to wash my car, obviously I denied the car wash. I felt both the technician and Kayla went above and beyond to assist me in that short period of time. Thank you for managements leadership and really appreciate all your service department staff’s positive energy and professionalism even your cashier who received my paper work, reviewed it with me.
