6 hours to unload. They tell drivers to all show up early just to wait around and get your trailer damaged. Lost a refrigerated load because of their poor loading practice. Still waiting on reimbursement. AVOID THESE GUYS!!!!

I can only tell you what it is like to deal with Freeman Expo.. and it was great. One of my clients cargo had been delivered there damaged. Freeman Expo, and Kim Flores who helped me, went above and beyond for which I am exceeding grateful. If all facets of the company and services are as good as Kim Flores presented to me, I would highly recommend!

We have 3 pallets do deliver.Its been 6 hours, no dock yet.Its safe to say im not taking any loads coming to this location soon.

This place socks! Working as a sleeping beauty! No appt, no nothing, all drivers stay at 5 row with numbers, like a shower line at truck stop at rush hour.

Limited signs for delivery. No one present at the gate to help guide. I had a single pallet to deliver from my personal truck and called twice to confirm this was OK. There was no instructions where to go and I was also not warned it would take 3+ hours to unload 1 pallet. I walked dangerously around the dock area until I was finally helped. It was implied that it was my fault for not knowing where to check in and operations appeared unorganized. I would suggest using a different company if that is an option!

I love my job. Freeman is not only in my top 5 favorite jobs Im sure its my number 1. Great people awesome atmosphere, management that genuinely cares. Like I said, I love mu job.

Employee bullied us into using her unnecessary services. We arrived early to unload our booth at SEMA. A Freeman employee made us believe we had to use her forklift services. She overcharged us to do a job we were prepared for and fully capable of doing ourselves. We will dispute the unnecessary (and deceitful) charge and do all we can to avoid using this company in the future.

I work for Freeman through Teamsters and they are a really good company to work for. Very dedicated to their customers and kind to their employees.

Our company was there for a trade show and during those times things can get hectic. All of our questions and concerns were answered by a lady named Natalie V. and she was professional, courteous, and overall, making the trade show experience a breeze. Would highly recommend coming back to Freeman for all future trade show events.

I am a little bit suprised at this moment 18:39 an employee just said you did not check in your last after checking twice to see why we were not getting unloaded, I hope a supervisor would like details. After 4 hours of waiting, we were told dock workers/ lumpers, however, take bribes the driver next to us said. Not an image I would want, I wonder how the union would feel about employees taking drivers hard earned money..... the office staff was deplorable, the hostlers drive way to fast and unsafe, Im shocked the union allows this level of disrespect to internal customers, if you command a union wage, act like a professional and remember without the drivers your out a job.

I stay for 5 hours on line and Im waiting, work very slowly! if you come here ready to stay for 10 hours!

For over 20 years Freeman has been one of the best employers to work for. I have worked for other big contractors and the difference in organization and customer service is night and day.

Super slow to unload. Have to wait on the dock while they are unloading.

Had to work with them at the G2E expo. A bunch of union workers that offers way overcharged services!!

Lazy unhelpful employees. unfortunately often you are stuck with these worthless crooks if you have an event at some of the convention centers in town. Its a shame las vegas has let a corrupt worthless company terrorize vegas and visitors with such a horrible company. protip, when setting up a display booth and its a freeman event, ignore them as much as possible, most are too lazy to get up and get your name so they can charge you a carting fee, or set up fee.
