They were assigned to me through AHS to repair my Fridge/freezer and the Ice machine. They gave me an appointment soon and came, ordered parts even with the covid19 situation it took just 3 days to get the parts and fix everything. My technician was Roman an amazing guy and Kate the managing Lady at the phone she is such a sweetheart nice women, she called AHS and wait for hours in the line to solve my problem with AHS to get the job done quickly.Thanks to Kate, thanks to Roman, thanks to Greg and Sons Appliance Repair!
Honestly I have never seen any company so unable to answer their phone calls or return messages. We got to them through a home warranty company. They went out. Fixed a dryer. A month later the dryer is broken again. Doing the same issue. Of course it’s a call back. Have been trying to get them out to my tenants home for 2 weeks now. No answer no return calls and hours on hold with home warranty which is a whole other story. You’ve been warned: if you need additional help with their fix they will not answer.
They showed up and diagnosed the washing machine issue, but after a week of waiting for a part, still no call to finish the job. Absolutely no communication. I think they are going or are out of business. American Home should not be sending them to jobs.
Accurate is the right word. I was leaving town, and they accommodated me quickly, kindly, and on a holiday. I barely described the symptoms. The tech knew immediately what was wrong, and had the parts to fix it. I also reported there was a bit more wrong. He could have walked away, but again the tech knew it was a known issue with Whirlpool ice makers. He could have left and said call that it, but again, he went to the truck, had the part, and all was fixed and cleaned up in a jiffy. I appreciate that!
Run the other way, save yourself, they schedule appt then dont show up, they say they ordered the part then pass it to another company without telling you, a nightmare
