So pleased with the custom built security door from All Custom Iron. I took advantage of their special buy which is an amazing price since I did get two other quotes for pre-made security doors that were at the same price and the other much more expensive. Additionally, you get to choose from a wide variety of colors. Do know that it might take a few weeks for the custom build but worth the wait.

Rarely can I say that a company over-exceeded my expectations. In this case, it is even more than that. We had four new gates put into our house yesterday to replace the older ones that were on the house when it was built. In addition to the existing gates being replaced, we opted to do an iron security door in our curved entryway. Our neighbor across the street had something like this done, creating a barrier in front of their entire courtyard (same type of house as ours.) We met with All Custom Iron to discuss our options, because we didnt want it to look exactly like the neighbors (that one looked a little like a jail.) They came out and were very polite and thorough discussing the options and how they could create a custom look for the front area that looked both elegant and secure. They sketched it out for us and gave us a 4 to 6 week timeframe for fabrication and installation.At almost exactly 6 weeks, we got the call that the pieces were ready for installation. The installation crew arrived on time, were polite and were wearing clean t-shirts that had the company name on them. They got to work immediately and finished within 2 hours. When I saw what they had done, as well as the quality of the iron security gates they had fabricated, I was blown away. They so exceeded my expectations that I dont think that 5 stars is enough. The gates are heavy and beautifully crafted, powder coated in a rich, dark brown finish that compliments my house perfectly. The attention to detail is amazing and the quality of the finish work is as good as I have seen on any million dollar home. The entryway was transformed into looking like a house worth twice what ours is worth. I never dreamed that I would own a home with this level of quality put into it. I know doctors who do not have security gates even nearly this nice.I cant say enough about this company. They were on time, polite, reasonably priced, clean and did a fantastic installation job. The custom iron gates they created for me have raised my property values instantly. I could not be happier with the service and final products. Great job guys, you hit it out of the park!

All the people you work with at All Custom Iron are professional and easy to deal with. We had an estimate very soon after calling the company and the man they sent did a great job helping us pick out an entryway and security door...he was knowledgeable and friendly. The woman who answers the phone in their office gives you timely information and answered all our questions...she was great. Six weeks after we ordered both doors, they came to install exactly when they said they would. The owner of the company actually did the install for us...he explained everything and it looked terrific when they were done. Thank you! We are very happy with the work you guys did!

Words cannot express how happy I was working with this company. Not only did they come out to my house in a timely manner to do an estimate, but they also bid it at a far price. Greg was very detailed when going over the options I wanted for my entryway. He drew up the contract for me exactly how I wanted it. It took about 4-6 weeks for the fabrication to install, which I didnt mind one bit. I know that they took the time to make everything perfect and just the way I wanted it. They also kept me informed of when it was done with fabrication, moving to powder coat, and then when it was ready for install. The color I chose was so much prettier in person. The install went as smooth as possible and the guys were very respectful. Like I said, words cannot express how wonderful this company is and the quality work that they do. If I ever move or decide to do anything else, they will be my number one choice!

Chris and his guys are top shelf. He fabricated a beautiful RV gate at my house! The powder coating was perfect, the welds invisible, the craftsmanship, second to none. I sold my old RV gate (I moved my gate forward on my home and I widened the entrance). When the guy came to buy the old gate, he told me that he was an iron gate fabricator and was planning to modify my old gate for a friend. However, when he got to my house, he was blown away by the skill and craftsmanship of the gate All Custom Iron had just installed. He literally inspected every inch of the gate and pointed out features that only another fabricator would notice. He told me that whoever made this gate definitely knew what they were doing. He said, I dont think Ive ever seen such gate at a residential house. I thought that was about as good an endorsement as Chris could get-- a competitor fabricator was blown away by his skill and craftsmanship. So I can say youre not going to get a better made iron gate than what Chris and his team produces. All of my interactions with his staff were professional and courteous. Great team, great company, great product.

All good things take time.I hired this company to build me a custom security gate for my entryway, overall the customer service was excellent, you may not always be able to reach the owner by phone because of business needs he’s not always there but I was able to reach the office secretary every time I called.The price was competitive and I was quoted 4 to 6 weeks between fabrication completion and install. The Quality of the finished product was above and beyond my expectations and the installation crew was as punctual as I’ve ever had anyone do work in my house ever. In and out in an hours time, overall very satisfied and would definitely recommended. My doorway is now the envy of the neighborhood, I even had to ask for extra business cards because people that drive by keep asking where I got it made at.

I read the reviews before hiring Chris and his team at All Custom Iron, I do understand that the only opinion that matters was my own. Despite the couple bad reviews I decided the good reviews was enough for me to move forward, plus the price BIG DIFFERENCE was better than anyone I received bids from. I decided to draw exactly what I wanted and. All Custom Iron Gave me exactly what I designed, Im very happy with the craftsmanship of the Iron. A couple weeks ago the big wind storm ripped the screws out of the wall and damaged one of the motors, Chris and team came right out and repaired the bracket with an additional L bracket for more support and replaced the damaged motor. Not sure what others expectations are but All Custom Iron did an amazing job and the customer service was 5-Star... I guess if you dont take a chance, you dont have a chance...Thank You, Chris, Naomi, John

Needed a Pool Code fence for the backyard, I took three bids and was very happy with All Custom Iron, they delivered my Fence and Gate a day or two early and did a great job. They did everything they promised and stood behind their product. We called them about a year after the installation for some minor adjustments and they were out in 24 hours and Gate still works great and more importantly they were there even a year later to make sure we were still happy and satisfied...we will be using them again for additional work..

Professional, honest, and dependable. All Custom fabricated a couple of drive gates for me that turned out great! I would definitely recommend them for any iron work. The gates were high quality, and completed without any delays.

Scheduled an appt as we liked one of there courtyard gate designs. Gave them my phone number as well as my wife’s number to meet. My wife arrived 15 min early and proceeded to wait and hour and 15 min for them to never call and never show up.I called them multiple times with no answer. Our business will go elsewhere....appt was for today at 9am...over 6.5 hrs later still no call.Makes you wonder about service....

This is the worst company I deal with. Nothing is custom, you have to chase the contractor for the work to be done and work on their schedule even when you are the client and the employer. The worst customer service and nightmares. Save your time and run for another company with a great experience like iron Works.They didnt finish the job and they took my money.

Beware of these guys recently had a new gate installed gate does not work properly company failed to get necessary permits as required by the county building department. Billed credit card without permission. job is not completed owners are very rude. they brag about how great they are however the proof is in the bad work they do. my old broken gate worked a lot better than the new one they installed. What does that say about all custom iron. they take your money when you have a problem they dont return calls. When I asked the owner Chris about a permit that is required by the county he told me if I wanted 1I should go get one on my own. They are supposed to be licensed professionals Instead they created a great liability for me subjected me to fines and possible lawsuit as the life safety device they installed does not.

We entered into a contract with Chris from All Custom Iron for custom iron and fencing around our home. The job was quoted at almost twenty thousand dollars in a very detailed quote. The time for delivery (installation) was three to four weeks. Almost four months after the fifty percent down payment was made and the contract signed they finally came to install our fencing. I was immediately horrified by the product that they began to put up in front of my home. It was not at all what was detailed in the contract. The large sliding driveway entry gates were a full 6 inches shorter than the 6 that was detailed to be the height in the contract. This is a huge problem since the gates are not only to secure our property, but our swimming pool. In addition, the custom designed scroll work on the left gate, did not match up to the scroll design on the right gate. The metal privacy screen on the back of the gates is jagged cut and about 1/3 of the screws holding it on are screwed into the gate and the screen was missed completely. This has the gates very noisy in the wind and making a horrible racket when the gate is opened or closed. The very ornate front entry gate was also made incorrectly and not to spec. It is a full 10 inches taller than designed in our contract. The visual flow of the fencing and gates is a problem with the driveway gate being 6 inches too short and the front entry gate being 10 inches too tall. The additional height is a huge problem for the gate because it has made the gate very heavy. As a matter of fact, the hinges on the gate broke just four month after installation and the gate fell into the street. In addition, the front entry gate was made to swing outward onto the street instead of the obvious inward open. The gate opening out into the street made the gate hit the garage gates and of course any car parked in the street. Once the gate fell into the street when the hinges broke off we had the hinges repaired and direction of the swing corrected. We also have a curved part of the fence that was to curve around a radius of the lawn, it is not a radius and is four flat pieces of fencing placed on a curve; the contact clearly states radius and it is amazing that a custom fence company is incapable of making a radius and would put four straight pieces curved around the tree. There are dozens of holes in the fence that have been miss drilled and left, and another dozen or so screws that are screwed in crocked and left. To top off all of the above mentioned issued, it rained two days after installation and rust runs were all over the black fencing. I immediately called Chris who came out with a can of spray paint and painted all over the rust runs. (three cans of spray paint later, and you could no longer see the rust) of course, until the next rain. Yes, we paid for the fencing and gates to be powder coated, and of course if it was properly done, or even done, it would not rust. The list of complaint to the Nevada Contractors Board was over twenty items. The Nevada Contractors Boards investigated and found them to be valid complains of workmanship defects. This company should not be in business and it is a shame that the Nevada Contractors Board can not shut a business down. We are currently in a law suit and in the mean time, the far from custom rusty fence and gates are still up around my property. I cant wait to rip them down and start over with a company that can actually design and build custom iron.
