SKC Group Absolutely destroyed my business. I was the owner of Bluenote Tattoo and between building us a website that didn’t work (we went a month without a phone call or email from a new prospective client as their contact page was not functioning) and social media “experts” that make posts putting the phone number of the wrong Tattoo Shop (Revolt Tattoos- who, for the record, I have an excellent working relationship with and now work out of), literally sending potential clients there which I wasn’t paying them to do;, or just the wrong phone number altogether. They are not experts at all. When I had the time to do our website and social media, they ran great, we appeared high on google searches, and had great interaction with clients. SKC took over and we disappeared from google, and they also made social media posts that didn’t have anything to do with our business. The pics attached show examples of their posts, a few with the phone number to Revolt Tattoos- not Bluenote Tattoo- and when it was brought to their attention, they said they’d correct it, but future posts continued like this; as well as a blatant promotion for Revolt Tattoo on our dime when I did a guest spot for Revolt. We cancelled the remainder of their services before our 6 month contract was up because things just kept getting worse. They knew they did a bad job and didn’t charge us for the remainder of the contract after they were released of their services. We wanted a full refund and they declined us.A few months later, we had to shut our doors.
