If you are looking to get something wrapped, do yourself a favor and call Derek at Las Vegas Car Wraps. He took a solid hour to help throw out some ideas, designs and pick out the colors (hard to tell from the after pictures, too dark to see the contrast) the satin black and matte black is exactly what I was looking for. Great guy, great work and great pricing.

Terrible customer service, said would take 2 weeks, took 4 and a half. I almost had to file a police report for my car being stolen. NEVER answered my calls. They also stole the lug nuts off my wheels and never gave me the emblems they took off my car. I truly hate this EXCUSE of a company. I hope they go out of business. If you know what I know, find someone else.

I wish I had read the other (1) Star rating before driving out to there location. I spoke to Cindy in their office )side note* seriously, start smoking outside your office, it wreaks of cigarette smell.I almof had to step outside just to talk with her.I explained I was moving and needing a back window design installed.(I designed it and it was ready for install) I sent the files over and I had to follow up to make sure all was good...Cindy always had an excuse, “ I only got a portion of the file....” “I will let our art Dept review this and let you know “I’m still waiting!Never again! I had 4 full wraps on Buses for them, but if they can’t get simple job done, I could not use them.

I called this company I expressed the fact that I have a specific time line that I need to meet for a Sprinter wrap installation. I speak with the lady that answers the phone she said come on over I told her I am 45 min away but based on the fact that they could get it done I drive over to there office I walk in she says lets take a look at the truck should have been my first CLUE! She clearly has no idea about layout or 3M installation she says lets go back in and talk to my installer. We then walk back in side she asked him can you get this vehical done by set date. His reply is NO WE ARE ALREADY BOOKED. I bite my tounge turn around and walk out. I would strongly caution against using this company unless your time is not valued and you like driving across town for absolutely no reason. Very unprofessional to say the least!!!!!!!
