I have just signed up recently with SWD for residential services and live in the county. In a couple of occasions the the wind or animals have knocked my cart over. The driver has picked up the mess and serviced the cart. Another thing I like about SWD is that if their truck breaks down they send out notices by email to let you know they will be back the next day. Thank you SWD for the great service you provide.

Ive been a customer since 2008. Havent had any issues until the last couple years. Prices increase every year, even if gas prices are low. Trash pickup is often missed, sometimes the whole neighborhood, sometimes just mine. I call to complain but rarely can get ahold of anyone. I leave messages, but no call returns. Price just went up $3, even though service quality is declining. Considering switching to Mesilla Valley like many in my neighborhood have.

Southwest Disposal has great customer service. Any questions my family or I have had have been answered quick. The drivers are courteous and always pick up the trash when they are supposed to. Last year they attended my school for career day and were attentive to my students and gave a fun lesson! Definitely recommend them.

Community Service Extraordinare!

I recently moved to Las Cruces and found Southwest Disposals website. I was able to sign up for services through their website. They sent me a welcome email with all the information I needed.

Great customer service! Called for pricing on some potential service I may need in the county and the representative was very knowledgeable. Definitely recommend for county resiential, commercial, or Roll Off services!

I called and asked to have a truck come back because they did not empty my can completely and this was the second week in a row. Girl in the office told me driver was already out of the area...which he wasn’t he had just left my house. She offered no solution and basically told me it was my fault that they couldn’t empty my can because of the way we “stuff” the can. I explained to her that we breakdown all boxes and large items and bag all trash so nothing flies out. Still my fault and she did not offer any resolution. Very poor customer service

Great service in general and very happy for the services. Theyre never late picking up our garbage. The driver is also friendly and waves if he sees us pulling out of our driveway. Thank you for working through this pandemic and helping us during these hard times with all our trash.

While I had my services, we never received notice if there was a change to our trash day. At one point I called to have one of our 2 trash cans removed, after a couple months it still had not been done, I called in again and within a couple days they came and got it, a week later they came and removed the other one, even though we intended to keep it. Thankfully it was returned within 24 hours, after calling. Several months later I paid what I thought would be my final bill, and discontinued service. I later found out that I still owed just over $5, the company immediately started phone calls for collection, as early as 7am.

Is horrible service is more expensive than the new I got. They told me not to over fill my trash for almost a month they didnt pick up my trash. It wasnt over fill it was a misplaced box that make the top of my trash can pop. Just week later I saw one of my neighbors and they had the trash can lid more pop and they pick it up. I dont understand this service they told they have notify me about not over filling my trash can I look at the mail, my email and door never saw a notification. 🤨

Customer Service does not answer the telephone. 524-8482. I called yesterday, recorded music for half hour. I called today, same experience.

They are always prompt and on time. Reasonably priced and have wonderful service.

I have been trying to cancel my service for over a month. They are ignoring my calls, leave me on hold for up to 20 minutes then tell me to leave a message. On couple of occasions their recording would say I was the 5th caller on hold. I spent over 30 minutes on hold to get to the first caller in line at that time the recording would send me to voicemail. My call was finally answered and the clerk that answered was rude when I asked to speak to a supervisor she transferred me to voicemail. I’m not sure what to do with their containers.

Horrible service would not recommend to anyone always had to call to get my trash picked even though I had a scheduled day they still wouldnt pick it up... Mesilla Valley Disposal is much better and would recommend them!

They raise their prices without notice, puck up is supposed to be every Friday sometimes they dont show up till Wednesday and then show up again in 2 days on Friday. They have multiple was to contact us but never do.

Only because I have a newborn, they came and got my trash an extra week.I pay for once every two weeks. They said they got their days mixed up but it was after I called that they came.Thanks, nice people. The lady on the phone was professional.

Good friendly service. Even Offer a Cadillac service that helps my grandparents out. They get the trash cans out and dump them in their truck and put the trash cans back next to the house. With out making a mess or disturbing anyone.

My trash gets picked up every week with no problem! I do my part and they do theirs!

The services were great everybody I talk to on the phone was friendly nice and helpful my container was stolen and they were pleased to offer me a new replacement but container delivery driver even let me select a nice new one that fit my needs thanks to everybody at Waste Connections look forward to the next service date

Im very disappointed on the service they have provided so far to me!!! They havent picked up my trash since last month I have a mini dumbster and I have a schedule for pick up every other week!! I already paid my bill on time and still nothing, Im seriously considering going to another company who does appreciates my service!!! 😡😠

We live in Caballo, NM and have a RV park and store on-site. I have had multiple incidents where they did not show up to pick-up the trash because the truck was down. I would have to call and complain. I understand we are not in Las Cruces, but with a business, it is difficult to not have a trash service even for a week. 14 RV spaces, a store, and a residence will accumulate a lot of trash and skipping a week is unacceptable. If we had another option I would definitely switch who my service was with.

Since April of this year Ive cancelled this account at least 3 times now. It is now October and Im still receiving a bill?? calling the number is useless, Im on-hold for at least 15 min at a time ....sitting in the #1 slot. Im hoping that someone will reach out to me

I am new to the area and after price checking I decided to start services with Southwest Disposal. The young lady that answered the phone was very polite and helpful. She had my trash can and recycling bin delivered that same day! Talk about great service.
