Just took my mom to the office and my goodness! I am in awe of how nice the folks were and the security guard was a sweet older man and the ladies were super sweet. We just moved from Chicago and this experience is so positive compared to Chicago y’all are lucky to have such an amazing place. We spent 35 minutes to get everything done; in Chicago it literally takes 3hours and staff is so mean and rude.

I would give them 5 stars, but nothing is perfect. I have always been treated so very good there. From the time I walk in the door they are helpful and caring. Sometimes they get busy and you just have to be patient. 😀

Ever since they started routining their calls to a call center, this location has dropped tremendously in customer service. You are left waiting for close to an hour on hold after trying to find the right combination of cutting to get a person. Once you get a person you are given the run around on how to truly resolve your concern, only to find out all this call center does is send emails to the main office. They show no respect for your working schedule even though you are require to work. They have made an error on their side with the benefits and have left me and my family with no other solution than to wait for some other unreachable person to fix it. This was 3 days ago. Still waiting for the call back.

Helpful for low income familys if needed, see inside for other sources that are available to you. There a little rude but understandable. But be sure to be willing to sit and wait to be called!

This place is very often packed and the wait is long. Be prepared, call ahead to see what paperwork you will need and have ALL your paperwork with you the first time or you will have to come back and wait all over again.

I have been a client of theres and I have recieved service that was mediocre at best. I have submitted my paper work and after 3 months they cut me completely off! I then have to redo everything all over again. The problem is that they say, they have sent me my recertification paperwork but it never comes to my p.o. box. I dont receive that paperwork that everyone else receives every three months, so they assume that I am the problem not there system. I have counted on that paperwork just like everyone else does.It reminds everyone who receives help that we need to be on the look out for that recert paper work. I never have received any paper work on anything but my insurance. The Medicaid insurance receives and sends me my paperwork so why do they insist that this is my fault, when they send me nothing to inform me of my current status is? I have called to correct this issue but they say it was sent and that is my fault!???!! They will not even look into it for me because they think it is my fault. This has been going on way to long and no one will do anything about. I know I have responsability when it comes to pw, but why cant I receive the same services that everyone else receives? I have worked my behind off for 20 years and when I go there the women in the front desk act, as though it is coming right out of their pockets. I never apply for cash assistance I receive Medicaid and EBT and I should be able to get the same services everyone else who is applying for it gets. So what makes them think that I would be so incompetent and lazy that I keep making the same mistake over and over again?? It is not me, its yo. Again.

The staff are very courtious and helpful. The waiting area is clean and there is enough room for a large walker or wheelchair to move around.

Ive never had an issue with this place until this past month! The lady at the front desk April Martha/matha is very rude she screens your case and i guess assumes she can deny you because she answers calls! She didnt even let me speak to a supervisor 3 times! Needless to say a complaint and police report filed against this place once again!!

I find it very rude that they can find time to talk to each other but cant help anyone and when I told them I turned my paperwork in the Dropbox I was told I needed to provide the date of drop off in order for them to find it a real big inconvenience hope they can get it together.
