I got a referral from Mountain View hospital from the doctor, I was calling all morning today and in the afternoon they are telling me that they will call me back or I can leave message.The girls are very inconsiderate for the clinic and their clients they dont give you a chance to talk and they hang up the phone before you finish talking or explaining your case.In my opinion manager better look for kind of girls who have patience and like/love their job because the agreement to this clinic must have people with a good attitude!!!! is a clinic that offers Therapies and I dont want to make an appointment with this clinic. Im going to complain and Im going to look for another clinic that is really professional ... I hope that the real person in charge of this place really tries a little in his/her clinic ... I DONT recommend HORIZON SERVICES for nothing.

Im seeing a really good therapist, i do think Jess is gonna help me alot. She actually seems to care and want to make movements to help me, which i highly appreciate, everywhere else i went didnt really seem to care. So i really like it here!

Absolutely horrible unprofessional company. I got a referal sent and they never called me plus I called multiple time which its always the answering service who picks up and no one ever returned my calls. I do not recommend them what so ever.
