I love shopping at Lowes for home improvement needs. You get quality products at a great price. Only thing I recommend is to have certain employees educated on the R- rating of insulation. Last time my husband and I were given a bit of attitude when we asked about what insulation was recommended for ceilings here in Dona Ana county. Of course I knew which it was, but a 2nd opinion is always a good thing to get. But for some reason it felt as if this guy got upset about the fact of him not knowing the answer... Which is fine, like I couldve educated him a bit for future references if he wasnt so rude. Other than that everything else was great.
Excellent! Found just what I needed. Lowes consistently seems to have that above standard stuff to solve those project challenges that always come up. Very cool.
Always crowded and long lines. Not many helpful employees but they do have some. Pretty good selection of stuff.
Located right off the Interstate (I-25), good selection, friendly staff. We were there for several items: we were able to locate and purchase screws, tile, paint, paint brush, glue, wood, cinder blocks. However, some staff didnt want to go the extra step to walk down an aisle to help us locate something (happened twice) even though we had already looked - they just said which aisle and pointed. Its quite a large store with cement floors, so I got tired with sore feet and back, and because of having to back track a few times, we did not finish all of our shopping. Overall, a decent Lowes. But, I will finish shopping for things on our list somewhere else since there are similar stores located close to us.
My project took me to Lowes 3 times today. I was at the plumbing isle and Anna was very helpful. At checkout, both Steve and Moh were very pleasant. I love shopping here. Thanks!

Picked out a few things for my new house & I really wish I would have paid attention & gotten the name of the gentleman who helped me!! He was a fantastic help & knowledgeable about electrical things I have been concerned about. He was also a great help with my choice of light fixtures that I will get on my next trek thru. This time I got ceiling fans.

Purchased a Brand New Honeywell portable swamp cooler - paid full price. Opened the box only to find water inside. Turns out it was used, still had water in it, wheels and control panel scuffed up, and remote missing. It was half an hour to closing time and I live that far away so I called them to try to see if they can wait for me or at least hold another of these units for exchange for me for tomorrow. No one answers the phone! Horrible service. If youre selling used products that are missing pieces you should be upfront about it and reduce the price. What was this a demo unit?! Taking this back first thing in the morning. Unbelievable
This store has so many displays set up in every single aisle that it makes it impossible to maneuver carts and people with any degree of safety. It is also impossible to maintain any distance from others. Absolutely NOT ADA compliant.
Went in to get a quote for some building materials and it was the best experience. Customer service clerk at the Pro Desk got me sorted out and even gave me a discount without me having to ask. Looking for another product and the girl in that department read right there to check on me and help get me to the right place.
We explained to the sales rep we needed exterior paint for plaster window trim and she couldnt understand us. She tried to sell us interior paint. Thankfully she got another sales rep who was able to assist us.

Getting help and assistance out on the floor was hap hazard at best. 3 different associates told me 3 different locations for the same item. Rather amusing with the store being very busy during the middle of the week.
Lowes is so awesome! I just go there for the plants that need rehab. Peggy in garden is the nicest! So is this dude who was really helpful in inside garden taking care of the indoor plants. I cant remember his name but he was super cool. He was a healthy looking chocolate dude with the friendliest smile that just made my day! Best place ever with great advice from garden!

Terrible!! The garden department cashier was locked out f the register. Her scanner wasnt working. So ended up taking items to front cashier. I tried handing her my plants and she grabbed them from and said, stop! I will do it. Very rude. Very unpleasant!!
The store itself is OK enough but the installation services...forget about it. I setup a consult appointment for fencing and Paul never showed. I called the main number and was told to call Paul directly, but he never answers and his voice mailbox is full. He ignores his emails too.

Worst customer service. Employees just stand around talking to each and dont bother to help. If you have a smartphone, download the Lowes app, the app has a better chance in helping than an actual employee.
I am in my sixties, and asked a young man to help load my drywall mud into my car. He said if I pulled into the contractors area, which was busy, hed help. The line was long,and he couldnt leave the shade, so I loaded it myself. What ever happened to customer service!

This place is one of my favorites to shop at,the tool selection is great, however,its seems to be getting harder and harder to find an employee thats knowledgeable. I have to ask someone to find me someone that knows the items I referring to. I would suggest more specific dept.trainning.
Customer service could be better. If I ask an employee in painting, about lighting. They should at least know where to point me in the right direction. If not get me in touch with someone who knows lighting.

First time in the Lowe’s store in Las Cruces. Looking for kitchen cabinets, rudely told that only one person could help, rudely told by that person that we needed to make an appointment.Went to plumbing department and had a young man, who tried to assist but obviously knew nothing about plumbing. I left without spending a dime.Will not spend my money in these stores that haven’t a clue of what customer service is.
Overall the service is good. There are some great people that work here. Lowes cares for our veterans, which for me is a plus. They will help you get what youre looking for and help you get loaded and on your way! Would definitely recommend. Plus they have an app that tells you where stuff should be in the store!!!

Curbside pickup is pretty much non-existent here! This is my second time trying to use it after an online order and nobody on curbside phone number ever answers. Ive had to whisky go in the store each time. I recommend you just pickup in store if you can. Good luck trying curbside pickup.
Young man is an asset to your company.Not so the company as I ordered the doors months ago. NO ONE contacted me stating they were going to be late or out of stock. Makes for a bad business relationship.

I wish there were negative numbers I could rate this store because itd be as low as I can rate it. Word of advice; if its not in the store, LEAVE, do NOT order it, and above all, NOTHING customized. Despite taking my original blind into the store so I could show the girl EXACTLY what I needed, the EXACT measurements and the EXACT way they needed to be hung, everything was delivered incorrectly. The blinds only needed two screws through the top frame to go into the valance; no mounts, no brackets, nothing. I was told oh yes.. they all come that way (pertaining to the two screw holes). Since the girl trying to help me wasnt batting 1000, I called the online tech later and was told the same thing. The blinds came with more hardware than the space shuttle, and NO holes at the top for mounting. At the store it took nearly 20 minutes to get my address across to this girl, and after I got home (1 hr. drive) I again noticed that the address for shipping was wrong. After two days and three phone calls, the address seemed correct. So after two weeks, Im right back where I started. Round two, trying to return the blinds was even more fun. They wont be around for another week to pick up the blinds so thats at least 7 days, and then not even sure how long the process will take to get my money back. Interesting how THEY get their money right away from me, yet I have to go through all of this BS to get my money back. Probably the worst experience at any store/company in my many years. Maybe if the salesman would put her phone down for a second or two, theyd pay better attention. Who knows. I just know, never again for Lowes.
I like being able to make an order online then get a response when it is available for pick up. The person who brought my supplies to the car was professional and wore a mask to keep people and himself safe. I appreciated this.

Went in say the 20 percent off today sign.... Huh!!!! Wrong!!!!!! We spend lots of money, it would be nice to get a discount. We had to be contractors to get the discount. DIDNT say that on the sign. We spent over 1000.00 and plan on spending that much more in a few weeks. False advertising!!!!!!! I think its a bunch of BS to do that. Oh.. this was the day after Christmas when discounts do happen... Just not at Lowes.
We were helped by a knowledgeable person but would like to see the actual item instead of having to order from the internet. A kitchen island is what we needed to purchase. None are available to actually see.

Clean and orderly, friendly staff, helpful and knowledgeable. I have been a long time shopper at HD but have decided to make Lowes my go to Big Box hardware store. If you had to choose one over the other then Lowes is the better choice because the have more items stocked and do a better job with inventory levels.

Whoever doers the scheduling of employees should bee demoted or fired. Used to bee employees would ask me if i needed help. These days, i cant get help matter how hard i try. 2 days ago pushed the assistance button and then i asked at the customer service desk and they sent me back to the isle with a promise that someone would show up and 40 min later, i walked out frustrated. Yesterday same thing for 30 minutes. Today same thing. Your scheduling manager SUCKS A$$. SCHEDULE MORE PEOPLE

Online order made on Wednesday, received email saying I needed to wait as store was busy, they’d send me another email when it was ready. Waited four days and nothing, so I decided to call. II was transferred 6 different times and accidentally disconnected all 6 times, I continued to call and finally a young lady at the customer service desk tells me she can see the order but has no clue if it’s ready for pick up, she will transfer me to appliances, appliances then tells me they have no way to figure out if online orders have been pulled, so he transfers me to that department, girl says please hold and once again I get hung up on. After an hour and a half of wasting my time a department manager said he would find out and get back to me. Finally was told it was ready for pick up. Overall Horrible customer service and horrible manners from almost all the 5 associates I spoke to. Then I receive the merchandise and it’s got scratches down both sides, but the individuals need a refrigerator and are not willing to wait for it to be right. Horrible experience all around.
Great location with lots of merchandise, but its difficult to find specific items. Employees are friendly enough, but it can be hard to find assistance sometimes due to the size of the store.
Just tried to talk to someone in the Garden Department where I bought Miracle-Gro All Purpose Plant Food that didnt have a scoop as represented on the box, and I have had it included in previous purchases for over 20 years. When I was told by the person who answered the phone that Lowes has no responsibility for anything they sell, and asked to be transferred to a supervisor or manager in the Garden Department, I was transferred to a financial manager who told me it was just fine if I gave them a negative review since I couldnt talk to anyone in the garden department. RIP Lowes! I will take my business to Home Depot from now on.

Ordered a product online and chose curbside pickup. Called when I arrived at the store and they brought my product out to me very quickly.
We had a great trip to Lowes! Our intention was to pick up a range that had come in. When we got there we decided to grab a few other things. $1016 dollars later, we were done.We have needed a fence for a long time but didnt know what to order. Two young men, Laterrian and Andric helped us figure out what we needed. They were helpful and kind. We couldnt be happier with their assistance.
