Locked the keys in and he was there in less than 15 mins when others were gonna take over half an hour!!! Opened it quick and even made me a spare!

We were told that he will be there in 30 min. Didnt show up for an hour and charged 30% more than other services in town. That too in cash. Unfortunately, it is the only 24 h service.

After locking myself out at 9:00pm on MLK day I was prepared to sleep in my car (after calling the first 2 business and getting no answer). I called this business due to my vehicle being locked out. The gentleman who answered told me that it would be anywhere from 15-20 minutes. I wait for one full hour before I call them to let them know that I’m still waiting, and if they’re going to send someone out to open my vehicle. The gentleman texts me a number for me to call. I call the number twice and on the second call I get an answer. The gentleman tells me that he notified the locksmith that he was tied up and wouldn’t be able to come out...and then cut me off and hung up. I then call the locksmith again, who does apologize and tells me he’s sorry and that’s he out of town. No solution. Nothing.Neither men too responsibility or ownership for the mistake. Will never use this company and I will not hesitate to tell everyone I know of the awful customer service I received.

The woman who came out didnt know what she was doing. After 30 minutes of fumbling I was told I needed to drill my locks and the lady left me locked out. My neighbor eventually came by and was able to unlock the door with a credit card. Overpriced and unprofessional.

This is a horrible company. Too many things wrong with it to describe. They charged me $75 because they said I was in Dripping Springs. I live near the freeway on Fairway Drive. No where near Dripping Springs. The FOB key they made in November went out in May. I called them then. They were out of town. I reminded them of the issue today and they said its been over a year and that I must have done something to the key. They still havent engraved my metal key part of my FOB key. They said 8am was also a time worth charging $75. Normal business hours. Ive used them before and they charged me $40 other times. I am reporting them to the better business bureau. They charged me $180 for one FOB key in November. And never engraved my key. I was stupid for assuming they would charge me $40 again and after I had the worker unlock my car, he said its going to be $75. I was shocked and disappointed.

Freddy and his wife drove 90+ miles to our home in rural New Mexico because my husband lost the only key he had to his truck and it was our only vehicle. Due to some complications with the truck, they were unable to re-key it and were genuinely sorry they could not complete the job that day. However, they promised to return the next business day with some additional equipment to complete the job. They arrived, as promised, driving another 90+ miles to our house. They completed the job in about an hour and produced two new keys and a door lock key. They were incredibly professional, polite, and went above and beyond what was expected. If they had not helped us out, we would have had to have the truck towed 100 miles to a dealership to fix this problem. I would highly recommend Eagle Locksmith for any of your lock needs!
