Dr. Podila is great but I wish he would explain more things. The office is terrible at answering calls, returning calls and messages, and there’s always a long wait to be seen when I always see the doctor for 5 minutes.

Its a sweet little park which is a much needed resource for the neighborhood. Walk my dog there every morning and totally love it.

Busy, busy, busy, busy. Love Dr Podila and his professional services ( he was highly recommended) but staff seem over stressed and good luck in getting your phone call answered without having to call 3 or 4 times then put on hold and disconnected several times. Once you get a live person then you get service you need. Left messages with answering service during their noon closure and never got a return call back from the stressed staff for a very important call concerning medications before a procedure next day. This made trying to schedule and trying to get my h needed information very a very stressful process. Dr Podila was very timely and professional so he is the four star experience.

Had an appointment on the books for over a month and then the Dr realized he doesnt treat my condition?!....

When i did my EGD they tell me to wait 2 to3 weeks and we will send the results they took 5 weeks and called them every signal day they said we sent it and the i go to them to pick it upAlso my laboratory results sent to them in 29 of may and i saw dr Sunny in 13 of June he said we didn’t receive anythings also he didn’t answer my emails phones and never answer me questionThen i go to them today to know about my test results they said we receive on 29 of may and the doctor didn’t answer me at allWorse experience ever change him
