Bob has worked on multiple computers for me over the past 20+ years. Until recently, he has come into my home to fix my computers. Now, he works remotely, which I appreciate as well.Bob has been a lifesaver. Bob has set up all my computers, installed software and tailored computers to my needs. I would not have been able to keep my home-based job without him. He has come to the rescue on innumerable times when things have gone wonky. Bob listens to me, digs around in the bowels of my computer, figures out what is wrong and fixes it. I think Bob is incredibly (impressively) knowledgeable, reliable, dependable, fast, fairly priced and best of all, available when things go wrong. Bob has the ability to translate computer talk into English so that I can understand the problem.Over the entire 20+ years Bob has been working on my computers, he has always done a fantastic job, charged a fair price and been there when I needed him. I would give Bob 10+ if there was an option for that.

Im so glad my friend told me about Bob. He has been a godsend to me on more that one occasion. Bob really is the best experience Ive ever had with any sort of IT support. Had a PC that I practically gave up on fixing, brought it Bob and he had it fixed in less than an hour, all for less than $20! Bob straight up killed it and I recommend everyone with PC troubles in the area go to him.

Analytically and methodically and with great patience, Bob peels away layer upon layer of computer issues as he works to put me and my computer back in business together. And then after all that, after discovering printer hook-up problems, he remains undaunted as he continues to contemplate, research and experiment, test and re-test, and discovers the problem and fixes it! Throughout this entire process, Bob also makes time to explain technical things in a way that even a computer know-nothing like me actually can understand a lot! He’s a real pro . . . and an educator!

Bob is patient and non judgmental when dealing with a new computer user or someone who is not an expert user. He also works through the problems with an expert user one by one and will back up if there is a lack of understanding on the clients part and insure that his advice and help is well understood before moving on to correct a new problem. He can tune in to the clients computer and see problems on his computer at his office and therefore suggest corrections in real time. He also makes house calls. Good service!!

Bob has been managing our home computer system for the past few years. He has rescued me from our internet provider on more than one occasion and managed to restore smart TV function when that device mysteriously stopped working. He is responsive, efficient, thorough, and extremely patient.

Bob is a lifesaver, my computer was totally hosed, lost access to all Microsoft products, Windows, etc.. An online support person had me do somethings to the registry. Needless to say I ended up with a mess. Also my computer had been running extremely slowly, boot up allowed me to go get a cup of coffee, etc. Now all is running like new. You wont go wrong having this experienced computer person deal with your issues.

He really does come to your home or place of to make the necessary repairs. He doesnt just come to your home, pick up the computer and walk off with it only to return at some indeterminate time with the machine and an impossibly large invoice.. He will stay at your home or place of business until the machine is working as though you just bought it yesterday...and his invoice? I have always thought they were too little. But, I am not complaining. You will not have to beg the Treasury to print additional greenbacks or mortgage your first born to meet the repair obligation. I assure you. You will put Bobs card in your rolodex. Computer glitches are ongoing. You KNOW you will need him again....hopefully later than sooner.To sum up: efficient, affordable, and competent. His insistence on getting the job done may wear you out. But Bob does not wear out. He will get the job done. The service was excellent and fast. Bob is professional, and the best part was that he resolved my problem at my office and I did not have to take the computer in to a shop or store.
