My experience at this store #2229 was great! Rocio and Laura were so nice and easy to talk too. Thank you girls for doing such a great job especially that you come down from El Paso to work and your attitudes are always so cheerful!!!

On 3/29 after visiting several banks, with no luck getting cash on hand, I stopped here after seeing banners outside about cashing Tax refunds here. Walked into a friendly greeting from the associate named Laura, after explaining my situation she was more than happy to help me get cash FAST. I also noticed the candy bowl with my favorite candy KitKats there for the customers, you dont see that type of appreciations from very many places anymore. While she was counting the money to me I couldnt help notice the holiday decorations in the store which gave it a more festive feel, again stuff you dont see often in stores anymore. The amazing customers service Laura provided will defiantly be getting this first time customer to be returning.P.S also I will be recommending all my family and friends to go to this store.

Even though sometimes the Ace associate did not know what procedure to use, she asked her co-worker, and was able to complete the transaction, and save me money at the same time. My client (receiver of payment) was impressed with the professional attitude and cooperation between co-workers.

Did you know the Ace location where I live and have lived for the past 8 years have the most amazing employees! They see me maybe 2 times a month and they know I only come to withdraw money for my rent and maybe once in a while I need cash for personal needs, never takes more than 2 minutes. Even if I am in line, they always wave and open another register just to help as they know my work schedule. I do have automatic deposit sometimes there are a few people ahead trying to get loans or trying to pay different bills with money orders and it takes a lot of time. They have questions about payments or transactions, but I never do. I have a Flare account and everything is handled directly with them. Not with Ace. I love my Ace in Las Cruces!

The only pleasant part of this experience were Brenda and Sophia were very friendly and helpful. They made it an easy transaction. But did not go into any details on the charges So I end up paying almost $40 dollars to cash a check for over $700. Then I get a card with $10 on it and the rest in cash Before I left brenda tells me make sure that u cancell the card if ur not using our services permanently or youll be charged. So I call to cancel my card and they want to charge me again .OMG Not to mention this whole ive been on hold with the card rep..next time one day of waiting wont seem as bad!

This place sucks big time! Theyre nice until theyve got you, and then when your due and they call you, you feel as if youve just been threatened, like its your money or your life! So much for being professional! I will never go back there or recommend them!!

Very rude dont ever come here! The lady couldnt answer my question so then she hung up on me. As i called back again trying to get information she hung up on me again. As my wife went into the store to ask information she had the worst customer service, i dont why she works there she cant help over the phone and she cant help at the desk.
