I hired H&S to replace the worn-out carpets in the house I just bought and I’m completely overjoyed with the results! The new carpet looks absolutely beautiful and runs seamlessly (and I do mean seamlessly like a glass sheet) from room to room, through the hallway, and into the living room.

If you ever need carpets cleaned do not go through H&S cleaning. I used them to clean my carpets in my apartment (the carpet was new at move in), and he called me saying he needed to use a heavy clean because they were so filthy. But I figured it was probably just the dogs tracking in dirt, no big deal, he wanted 10 extra bucks alright, whatever.Well my former manager told me that after the inspected it, the traffic areas of the carpets were STILL dirty and will need to be done again.Im 100% positive that the guy did a crappy job to get paid more money... I shampooed those carpets myself before and was able to make them almost new. The carpets were vacuumed often, certainly there were traffic areas but I am 100% positive that there is no reason a professional, heavy cleaning would not have handled that.When he contacted me to tell me that he needed to use the heavy cleaning on my carpets, he was very rude and unprofessional about it. I have never written a review like this for a business before. I am usually very lenient about how things are done, and I figure most people do their very best. I dont like to make a stink at all, but I am very upset about the way this was handled, and felt that everyone should know about this before hiring them!Just avoid these people if possible.
