Good place for some cheap insurance companies. Except for Dairyland insurance theyre terrible. And the only downside is that they take like a 3 hour lunch.

I was in n out in less than 10 minutes. Ths staff there is awesome been using this company for years. Saved alot of money. Thanks guys

Customer service in the claims dept. Was terrible. Apparently only two people could help with my claim. Neither of them would answer the phone or return a voicemail. I would call the claims dept and the women there would transfer me to the same people who wouldnt pick up the phone. I would call back and could here the claims staff giggling in the background and making gestures. Their customer service is no-existent!

Sabrina made me feel very welcome. Yes she was busy but she made sure I knew She noticed me. Her prices are amazing.

Rude, never open when it says it is online. Very unprofessional. Not a pleasant place to do business. If you liked to be yelled at this is the place for you. If im going to spend money id rather go somewhere else.

My policy was due for renewal and I was looking for a better rate than where I had been going. Sabrina was definitely busy, but she was polite, helpful and she saved me some money.

My insurance almost got cancelled becausr they needed papers signed but i was never notified and the time i did go down there they lost my file and i was told to go back next day before 5 becouse thats the time they close well thats the time i get out so i got off early and went around 4:30 and they were closed this is a sad Business ran by people who dont know what there doing!

Those $10 application fees and $10 late fees and not to mention the $1 no bill fee 😂 None of that is legal! That place wont last long! Pay your taxes Ms. Perez
