Very helpful staff, good rates, would encourage anyone to call them

Car insurance, or any insurance can be scary! The thing is... customer service! There are so many offices and agents and policies bust customer service is a lost art! I was able to call, ask my questions and the representative (Robert?) was so patient answer all my questions. I specifically love that they are able to use the resources they have to find me the best quote with the best company for ME.

I love them i actually still have a policy with them the guy entering is always going above and beyond to help me with questions.. the lady on the other hand is lazy i called to get information and she said i can call because she was busy rude lady.. anyways on the other hand the experience the gentleman gave me was 5 starts i dont know his name but he has glasses

During the middle of sheltering in place, Marian Uribe was incredible at finding the right insurance company for our business. She did everything and even helped fill out the application and spent time answering questions and making everything go smooth all over the phone and electronically. It was so reassuring to have someone so professional and great at their job yet also so compassionate and understanding of the stress in getting insurance during sheltering in place . She went out of her way to be accessible and to get the job done. I am so grateful for her help.
