I had a refrigerated air unit installed replacing a master cool a/c, and they had to install a new return duct in the attic and run a new duct to the master bathroom, Jeff and Jesus came out and did exactly what Alex the estimator said they would do, the work was done properly, on time, and cost was what was quoted. I am very satisfied with there work and I am not easy to please,And I am very impressed with the whole staff of Sun City from the girls that answer the phones to the guys who work in the field, this is not the first time I have used them and I promise it won’t be the last, to all the employees“GOD BLESS YOU AND HAPPY TRAILS”I recommend them very very much.

Professional from start to finish! Shayne Jacksons attention to detail and customer service was exceptional. They dug a four foot hole under one square of tile, repairing the pipes without damaging another!! They completed this job in a day, compared to another estimate I received which was thousands higher and lasting five days until completed. DONT EVEN CONSIDER THE REST, BECAUSE SUN CITY IS THE BEST🦾💯!!

After Sun City completed an electrical panel upgrade (and did excellent work) for our new AC unit, there was a need for some exterior stucco repair around the new breaker and meter boxes. Todd very skillfully repaired and painted the stucco so that it matched the wall. In addition, Todd was professional, friendly, courteous, punctual, and communicative.

Yes, I like to compliment the professionalism and curious service that I received from the Sun City employees Raul, Gonzalo, Victor and Mike with his colleague on the replacement of my HVAC system. While everyone can improve their service these gentleman met all my expectations with a system they hadnt installed every often. Raul and Gonzalo did the bulk of the work to remove and replace my equipment with the new Mitsubishi Heat pump and air handler. They answered all my questions and made sure I was satisfied, making certain my install was top notch. I cant thank them enough great service from all, Id recommend Sun City anytime!

Todd showed up today to patch the ceiling where they had added a new duct to the bedroom. The guys that installed the duct did a great job and Todd repaired and re textured and painted the ceiling where they had to gain access to main duct. You cant even tell it was patched. The hand texture matched perfectly. Great job!

Charlie came to tie on to the existing gas line in our kitchen to allow us to install a gas range. After opening the wall, we found the gas line had not been installed in the wall behind the stove. It was in the wall behind a cabinet next to the stove and capped off just above the slab. After cutting the back panel on the cabinet and the drywall, he gained access to the pipe. He turned off the gas and was able to cut the pipe to allow the installation of an elbow and pipe to extend the line to be behind the stove. Fortunately, Sun City had a compression tool to allow a compression elbow to be installed. There wasnt room to thread the pipe let alone install a threaded elbow. He put on another compression elbow to allow the shut off to be installed and the stove was connected to the gas line. Charlie was very thorough in sealing and leak checking each joint. He reinstalled the drywall that had been cut out and the back panel in the cabinet. His communication during this visit was excellent. The gas stove has performed perfectly.

Please forgive me I don’t remember all the names of the workmen who came. Gabe, Dell chapel and Todd plus the two men who installed the HVAC all did an amazing job! Thanks to Jason for all the help! All my interactions with sun city have been very professional and amazing! Recommend all the way!😊

Jessy and Socorro worked in my house for 3 days in a row to switch my house from swamp cooler to central air. They were respectful, on time, quiet (I was able to work from home writing and holding zoom meetings without interruptions or disruptions!), extremely professional and clear about what they were doing each day. By the time they left, my garage and area they worked around were CLEANER than I have ever had! Both are highly commended for their excellent work.About 10 days later, Todd Hensley came to patch and paint a closet and ceiling that Jessy and Socorro had had to tear apart for extra air flow. Todd worked from 9am to 6pm and his work was spotless. I could not tell that the ceiling had a whole and the closet space looked great! And again, I spent all day working at home and it was as if I were by myself.I hope that these 3 individuals represent all work quality and workers professionalism at Sun City. After Sun City installed my A/C system, they noted the entire duct system needed changing. Sun city employees Jesse and Socorro finished in two days doing the duct work, and did a fine job. The ceiling needed to be cut out for the length of the duct work. Sun City sent Todd to repair/replace the ceiling. Todd did an awesome job, looks better than new. Todd painted the area required, cleaned up, and when he left it looked like he was never here. Thanks again Sun City.

We had a tankless water heater and water softener installed. Their price was fair. We are quite happy with both products. The work was done well and right away. Sun City installed a mini-split system in my house this week and I am more than satisfied with their service! They were professional, transparent, on-time, and friendly. The cost of the system was reasonable and they finished the job quickly. Raul and Gonzalo kept me informed of what was happening every step of the way, and they were very respectful of me and my space as I worked from home. They cleaned up their work areas at the end of each day and informed me when other folks (electrician and the crane operator) needed to come to my house. The quality of their work is exceptional! I called Sun City to help with a very noisy, (I mean it was literally driving me crazy and you could hear it from the neighbors) 2 yr old master cool that was installed by another company who refused to deal with the problem. Fernando came out to assess the issue and truly showed care and concern. Fernando and Angel came back and took it apart to find out it was installed incorrectly with missing screws etc. and reinstalled it correctly to solve the noise problem. GREAT customer service! She (although I have spoken with her a number of times over the years, I unfortunately do not remember her name) is always professional, responsive, helpful and friendly never making you feel like its a bother. One of my AC units had an intermittent problem with the blower. These can be a techs nightmare to fix but Manny troubleshot the issue and made an informed opinion on how to proceed and installed a new control board. Unit has been working fine since the new board was installed. Manny was great and I will be asking for him by name if possible for future issues I may have.

We raised the ceiling in our kitchen so needed to have the duct moved up to the new ceiling level. I was amazed that we were put on their schedule 2 days after having the work estimated. But, I was told we would be put on the schedule at 8 am. Todd didn’t arrive until 1:15pm. That was annoying. However, the job turned out to be more than anticipated andTodd stuck with it. He did great work and I’m very satisfied with that.

Shayne and Daniel were here to take out a really old sink of the mobile home variety from the 70s; they replaced it with a brand new marble vanity. The vanity had to be assembled and there were pieces missing. They used their talent and our wood shop to fabricate what they needed. It turned out perfectly...my bathroom is quite snazzy now. They will be back to work on some other situations soon....terrific guys and very professional completion of the job. Sorry I cant figure out how to share the pics they took. We have used Sun City in the past and was very impressed with the service they provide. This year we decided to purchase their System Care Plan. The plan has many benefits and is well worth the money. You can check it out on their web site. The tech. that did our service was Mike Estrada. He was on time, very knowledgeable, extremely polite and respectful. He answered every question I had and completed his work in a timely fashion. We will continue to use this company and will recommend them to people we know. Mike was great and I hope he is assigned to do our summer inspection.
