We switched to TATU Limo after our taxi driver from a well-known Marin cab company fell asleep at the wheel on the way to SFO and almost ran up the sidewalk and into a tree. (We did not report him as we did not want him to lose his job.) In contrast, TATU has been absolutely reliable and courteous. Their drivers are professional (and alert)... Limos are modern and clean. Our family has used them over 15 times over the last year and they deserve 5 stars.
