Made me pour out my water that I drink constantly and they were not serving anything. Could not replace my ice and water. So wrong to make people throw out their water!

Was there for Covid vaccine, not the Ferry, but both get a thumbs up from me. Just make sure you have reservations and/or tickets.

The ferry terminal has ample parking now that ridership is down. Everything looks clean and I feel safe riding the ferry, even in this pandemic.

If theres a more pleasant way to make the trip to San Francisco Im completely unaware of it.On a warm sunny day you never want to exit the boat, on a cold and rainy day, theres nothing better than sitting below deck, staring out the window and enjoying your beverage of choice.Sections of the boat are cell phone free, you can bring a bike and in the summer there is no better view of the sunset. The ferry is just wonderful on every level.Theres plenty of parking, but they do now charge during the weekdays.JUST GO!

The ferry service itself is excellent. Larkspur also has a nice ferry building. But no one is allowed to use it. Customers are kept waiting outside until 5 minutes before the ferry leaves. What a waste

Surely this ferry is one of the best ways to see the bay? Forget an expensive private tour - this ferry has great views of Alcatraz, The Golden Gate Bridge, and the whole of San Francisco from the bay. And Larkspur is a pretty nice little town at the end of it. Heads right to the Ferry Building!

Great way to see the SF Bay, Golden gate bridge, get from one location to another after a great ride on your bike through the parks and across the bridge!

Unreliable for commuting. Great views, expensive, and a nice ride when you get on it but nothing ruins your evening like poor scheduling that results in overbooking. The inconsistency and unreliability make this service untenable as a commuting option.Lastly, they seem to be getting worse, not better. Fine as a tourist option during weekdays but dont plan or rely on it. I also dont park in the lot but would certainly have a worse opinion if I did.

The Golden Gate Ferry is my favorite way to go from Marin to San Francisco. The trip across the bay is a quick half hour (longer on the single hull boats) and you can get drinks and snacks (including beer and wine on the afternoon commute).

The fact the ferry for all purposes is not reliable transportation on the weekends shows lack of leadership by the management, whose minds are probably still in the 60s. drive drive drive. the highways are worst on the weekends than during the week. America has a habit of not providing public transportation for the convenience of the public. Its only about money money money.. The state of california has managed to rip up all the train tracks so that train travel between major cities is non existent. Is the state going to make us buy our own boats now so we can have reliable transportation to the city? Lots of questions, no answers

Great parking. Clean terminal. Friendly staff. Ferries are in great shape and make the trip across the Bay short but lovely.

Great way to commute but they need to add WiFi to the boats!!! Also the beer prices are a little steep. The key is buy your beer in the Market and bring on the ferry.

Good reliable transit between SF and Marin; staff is friendly enough, but fare increases are a bit absurd.

SMART (the train running in Marin County) led to Luxpar, making it easier to travel from all parts of Marin County to San Francisco. However, on weekends and holidays, the number of flights is too small.

Excellent opportunity to come straight to SF and enjoy wonderful views of the Bay, Alcatraz and the Golden Gate Bridge (if the weather cooperates).
