Drivers, if you have more than 5 pallets you need an appointment (day, like Fri 8-4). If you are early you can try to call to see if they have room for your product a day early. The listed phone # goes to a main switchboard operator basically, so you tell her youd like to speak to shipping & receiving in Largo, FL and she transfers your call to them. Decent people to deal with here, but sometimes they just cant take your order early. Good luck.

Have been buying from this company for years and there is only one issue and that is the lack of communication between buyer and office and the between the office and warehouse. My branch has gone to pick up orders and they are not ready even though the office calls and tells me they are ready to be picked up.
