I had a non-guaranteed repair (he couldnt test as I had it torn all apart) done here that failed and he took it in to see if he could fix it with no issues. Awesome customer service.It was seriously damaged. Power connector ripped off my PS4s motherboard. Works like new again.

As other reviewers mentioned, they will mess up your device. Terrible experience. Long story short, not only I have a malfunctioning ipad now (I went to replace a charging port and they damaged: the battery, the touch screen, both buttons, the audio, and now the headphone jack) but the owner won’t give me my initial $200 back. I had to come back 4 or 5 times for them to fix each mess. And he lied to the bank so they wouldn’t give me my money back either, he said my ipad’s power was off when I brought it in so he didn’t know if I brought it damaged and that’s a lie because I brought it powered with charge and we all saw it was working perfectly, it just wouldn’t charge every time I plugged it in. Jacob his employee knew the truth and felt terrible when he saw how unfair the owner was being.Horrible experience. I’m so honest and I was always nice to them. I should have gone to the store upset the second time they messed up my ipad, not the 5th.

I was there this past weekend to get the back screen of my iphone 10xsmax replaced. Their prices and customer service is spot on, initially I was extremely happy with the service. You cant say anything bad about their customer service or response time, I had a very pleasant experience with everyone I talked to, and the repair was done in a timely manner. I was planning on coming back today to leave them a cash tip (as they dont accept card tips and were closed Sunday), but now will be going back because my phone is worse than it was when I dropped it off.I went in to get an iphone 10xs max back screen replacement. The phone looked beautiful at pick up, yesterday I was off work and didnt use it much, but today I work very early so Ive been using the phone almost constantly since early this morning. The problem started with my phone restarting itself out of nowhere. When it turned back on, a notification came up saying that Face ID isnt available. I went into my settings to try to reset face ID, the warning kept popping up. I restarted the phone, and when it restarted the notification popped up again, and now the touch screen wasnt working. Another notification popped up saying it couldnt connect to wifi. I tried to restart it again, and it turned off permanently. The phone started leaking a grey/black glue like substance out of the sides, and the screen is popping out of the back case slightly. The phone was just sitting in my pocket when all of this started happening. Now my phone wont turn on at all, wont react to being plugged in, and is burning up.When they open today I will be calling and seeing how they deal with their repairs going wrong. My review will be adjusted accordingly.

I brought my I phone in a couple weeks ago for a new battery. No upsells, no BS, just fair and competent techs. Theyll even give you a little education on how batteries cycle and how to get the best life out of one - all in about 20 minutes in a nice clean shop with a comfortable waiting area.

I am one of the last Blackberry (Keyone) users and I cracked my screen. My mobile carrier insurance didnt want to fix it, they wanted to replace it with an entirely different brand/model. I called all the places in town - U Break/I Fix; CPR - who advertised my exact phone repair on their website, and none would touch it. I was given I Will Repairs name and happened to stop in. Chris Martin immediately told me, If he could get the part he would repair it. Well he ordered the screen. As expected, the screen took a couple of days to arrive, but when it did, Chris expertly repaired my phone in about an hour and it operates as good or better than the day I took it out of the box. For those rare devices (ie Blackberry) there is nobody else I would trust to repair. Parts, labor - all reasonable and less than I expected (less than my insurance deductible for a new phone I didnt want). All around great experience. I would take any device to them first to see if they can repair it before I scrap any device I am accustomed to. Total pros.

I brought in my sons cracked iPhone and they did an amazing job replacing the screen. It looks like a brand new phone. The employees were helpful, friendly, and efficient. I was in and out within an hour. The price was unbeatable.

I brought my Nexus tablet in for a new battery. After testing and inspecting the unit I was advised that I could buy a newer model on eBay for the price of a new battery. I appreciate how honest he was. Although I didn’t use their repair service at this time, I definitely would go to them in the future with any problems. Everyone I dealt with in the store were very friendly and courteous.

Got my Andriod repaired. They had great customer service and was not pressured into anything, just given all options. Staff is friendly and they deliver on the quality of their work! Like the guy said, I hope I dont need to go back if I do Ill be visiting this place again!

I highly recommend this shop if you are having electronics issues.My wifes phone turned off at 60% battery. From that moment on, it was non responsive. It stopped accepting a wired or wireless charge. The button combo phone reset modes didnt work either.Dalton was great and easy to work with! He ran the diagnostics test and completed the repair in just an hour or so.Im very satisfied.

I have galaxy 7. On Feb 7 I talked to Chris that my camera lens is broke and told charge is $39.99. He take the broken lens out and camera was still giving faded view and told need to have camera replaced. Cost another $50.I had no choice other than buy new phone. And I agreed. When he put the outside lens back, he found that picture is back to normal without changing a camera. He came out and told me that I do not need to change camera. I was surprised. Many places would not tell you honestly and charge money- i.e. $50. I thanked for his honesty. In future for any problem I would go to I will repair.Dinesh Shah-i

Iwillrepair, was fantastic. This was fortunately the first time I need a screen replacement, but luckily I choose the right place to get it done. I shattered my ipad6 screen shortly after buying it. I looked online for a replacement and a YouTube how to video, knowing the screen would be the biggest cost but my time is money and I didn’t want to deal with it. I took it to Iwillrepair, for and estimate and found it only about $20 buck more expensive than doing it myself. I had then do the work and they completed it in a very timely basis. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful not pushy at all. As a bonus, they offer a 10% discount for first responders and military so it only cost me 89.00 for the repair. Couldn’t recommend them more. Great family business.

As soon as the technician held my phone he knew what wrong with it. Om a few seconds it was repaired. No charge. They also have a great selection of antique electronic equipment: receivers and amplifiers and speakers.

Just had my iPhone 7 screen and battery replaced. Ive had my screen replaced at other places which resulted in a washed out color and intermittent issues with Touch ID. I Will Repair did an excellent job of replacing the screen as the Touch ID is now back to normal and the colors on the screen are back to normal. I wont hesitate to recommend this place for those needing their phone screen and battery replace.
