I went in needing to purchase a new ac clutch for my truck. The parts salesman was very courteous and professional. They had the part sitting on the counter when I arrived. AND !! They didn’t price gouge like other places do. I really appreciate their service and kindness! Count me as a future customer for sure.

Charged me 300.00 just for a burned out fuse. Way to over price for something simple and non expensive they also took long. Dont recommend save your money and go somewhere else.

Took two units for AC repair in June. Both are not working again by July. Took the first unit back this week to have it checked. They want another $650.00 or $80.00 estimate fee to look at it. Leaking hose and blower motor this time. Asked them why the unit was still leaking even though I just had it fixed. They said we have no history of the unit here Then ohh yeah, it was here in June. no offer to fix the leak or otherwise. I understand things go down or whatever, but cmon. another $650.00 to change a $75.00 part? (just looked blower motor up). Ill skip taking the second unit back to even get it looked at. Im sure its another 600.00 too.Update: talked to a second guy there. There was no $80.00 charge. They found the work had been done in June. They are fast though and usually do a decent job, but i was grated about this last experience. For the money they charge, at least look the unit up and check the service history before you hit someone with an estimate.

Did a great job getting my AC back up and running in just a couple hrs.

I visited this business three times, for different reasons, in a period of two weeks. The visits went very well!They honored a return of a new AC compressor without any issue. I just presented the receipt and verbally explained what a local diesel repair shop (known to Andys Air) had done to arrive at the conclusion the AC compressor had a leak. No manufacturers paperwork statements to complete. Nice, nice, nice!(French Ellison, Amparts, Laredo Truck & Trailer & the rest could learn from Andys Air. Furthermore, the money was credited back to my card within the 2 days it took for my CC company to process the transaction. No waiting 90 to 120 days to get the manufacturers approval.)On July 4th, 2019 I purchased an AC fan motor. I asked if they could install it in a Truck Tractor instead of my having to look for a Road Service or head to the TA. With just over 2 hours left before they would close at 2 pm, we negotiated and they agreed to perform the install. I had the truck brought over from a nearby location. They said they would call me when the job was completed.At about 1:35 pm, I got the call informing me the truck was ready. Wow, that was quick! I had expected at least another hour before theyd be finished. The truck driver and I went over to pay and check out the truck. The AC was functioning great, as it should. No issues.Super-duper Kudos: (on July 4th) during the time I bought the AC fan and upon returning to pick up the Truck Tractor, Andys Air personnel offered us some of the BBQ, guacamole, potato salad and soft drinks they had prepared for their employees in celebration of July 4th. Everyone made us feel at home and as part of their team!We were very thankful & grateful Andys Air was among the few businesses open on July 4th. It would have been an extremely uncomfortable, long-distance, drive for the truck driver team without the AC system working, especially in the Texas heat.Thats not all: one of their Parts reps: Mario C., even provided me with his business card, in case we needed any AC parts, after hours. The owner didnt let us leave empty handed, he gave me some complimentary drink koozies (canned drink insulators) that had the Andys Air logo.Laredo, TX businesses and all businesses that involve customer service can definitely learn lessons from Andys Air and their crew. This, in my opinion, is a true U.S. of A. company that merits my continued patronage!!
