Decent amount of selections and a friendly staff. I got one or two of each of their fresh sausages and a porterhouse. This place is kinda like a craft beer. Its nice and packaged well, but dont expect it to be priced like Bush beer... and who wouldnt want bacon flavored lip balm.

Rude staff, overpriced pork products, I thought you were a local butcher shop, how come everything I asked for was either unavailable or frozen. I would encourage everyone to ask if it is in fact Wyoming produced meat, as a lot of the products they are selling were not! The lady and gentleman working acted like I was a nuisance for asking questions. The gentleman was very rude and extremely unfriendly. I have heard great things about this place but I will not be returning🥲😢😭

What a great company! I really like their custom processing and the different cuts in comparison to other companies in the region. Very friendly staff when taking your orders and it’s great to have another processor in Wyoming! I appreciate the owner and his employees for what they do because it is a labor of love. Plus, they support community events and organizations when I know first hand other companies bow out. I will be back in the future with my custom processing of our home-raised beef.

I have gotten some great steaks here, fresh and better than the grocery store. I also like the salsas and selection of interesting seasonings. I went in near closing time today and really just had excellent service. People there also know their stuff, which is great. I will be back next time!

My Dad surprised me on my Birthday and we stopped by and got some steaks! They were so yummy I decided to make it a Birthday & Father’s Day tradition and order him some steaks and pork chops every holiday!

This place is about as Wyoming as it gets, if you want to support your local ranches, and ranchers who raise their beef go here. Youre not only supporting a locally owned business, the prices for the quality and quantity of beef you are getting cannot be beat. They have way more than just beef as well, they have a variety of seafood, bison, lamb, also pork along with local honey. I highly recommend and will continue to go here.

Just went in for the first time. They had walleye and we got out ribeyes cut to order! We’ll definitely be back!

Clean environment. Friendly staff, quick service. Nice counters with different cuts, sausages, sea food and tons of seasonings, jams, salsa and green chili.

Reached out to the owner and he was rude. Not the type of business I would spend my hard earned money at.

Fresh high quality meats. Everything is packaged and prepared locally. Nick helped me find the right cuts and was able to explain everything to me and help me understand the difference between different cuts. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and directed me to the perfect cuts for my needs. I made the most amazing roast with a chuckeye that was freshly cut. If I could give higher than 5 stars I would. Highly recommend and will be going back to get all my meats from them in the future. The prices are fair and competitive as well.

Staff was extremely rude, a female staff member acted like it was an inconvenience to help me, made me feel uncomfortable/unwelcome. If you hate your job just quit!

This place is Awesome. Usually we go to the Butcher Block but because of supply and demand they have been short some items so we had to try this place out. I have to say Im impressed..

The quality of the the meat and cuts here or something thats almost unobtainable anymore if you love good meat drive here support these people. Its worth the trip from Salt Lake Denver wherever just call ahead and make sure theyre opened they will custom cut anything you desire.

This is the real deal. They do their own processing on local animals on site under USDA inspectors. Not the central factory-processed stuff that all the grocery stores get. They even do their own aging onsite.You will pay more. You will get more. It will be worth it.Absolutely going back, I hope they open a retail location in Cheyenne in the future.
